Sometimes they're having a great sale and other times they're not. Before I picked up my online order, I opted to look around. There wasn't anything in particular that caught my eye. The store was well kept, organized, and team members seemed friendly. I stood in line to pickup my online order. I gave the team member my last name, she went to the back, and within a few minutes I was on my way. I was lucky enough to find parking in front, but beware, if it's a busy day at the outlets, parking can be problematic.

I do not visit as much as I would like but I go when I can. Every time I have walked into this store, I was greeted by a staff member. It always seems like the staff is busy and productive instead of standing around like other establishments. The staff is also very friendly and personable. I think every time I have been to the register, they have engaged in conversation. J. Crew used to have a punch card that only ran a couple months each year. Each time you visited, they would mark off your visit and after 3 visits, you received 20% off your next purchase. That was really cool but I only completed it once! They also have a student discount if you show them your student ID. That always helps me! The store is very clean and tidy. The music playing is always pleasant. I have rarely seen items out of place because the staff is usually walking around checking everything.

I love to walk and stroll around Dillard's on occasion, especially when it's hot outside! The…read morelayout of this particular Dillard's is more spread out than Town Center's, but as you'd expect, it offers the same high-quality clothing, cosmetics, along with many other superior shopping items here. I'll say up front, it's rather pricey, but I'm sure deals can be found if you walk around. There are sales racks in various places throughout the store. Apps and other means of advertising may offer many of them too. This Dillard's is one of the three pillar department stores at The Avenues. Belk and J.C. Penney's are the other two. There is a wide array of superior men's and women's clothing, both casual and formal on both floors. But I did notice that female clothing and other accessories are found on both levels. I like to visit the men's section to feed my attraction to ties! There is a nice array of ties distributed across three separate tables - all name-brand. Though I didn't make any purchases on this visit, I did have a nice chat with a very courteous sales rep in this section. It was good to hear a little bit about the background of this outlet and The Avenues too. In all, it was just another nice pit stop to visit another Dillard's and keep my stroll across The Avenues going full speed ahead! I certainly would visit and purchase something from Dillard's when in need of apparel. But I would also be certain to look for deals as well! Swing by when you visit The Avenues! Recommend: MED-HIGH

The clothes are nice and good priced. But can be a hit or miss in quality. I have bought some bras that I thought fit well. And after I got home they really didn't work. And then fell apart really fast. Nothing like a wire popping out and stabbing you. Also I used to go here for good quality hands free phone holders.. the last few have broke on me. The backs on them have gone down hill. The cashiers are typically fast, even though they are good at what they do, and put you through a maze of looking through stuff, while you wait for a cashier, so you buy extra that you didn't come in for. I bought some cute nail stickers here, that lasted longer then the color stay, and was only 4.99. I received so many compliments. Glad to see the fitting rooms back up and running. I never understood the whole fitting rooms closing so long during covid. Sorry you can't try our clothes on in the store, but you can buy them and return them if they don't fit. Your still trying the clothes on. Did you think someone was going to lick the walls, or doors or something?

I went there to return 2 items that I had purchased online. Labels attached and receipt on hand. She took a deep breath and made me feel like I was committing some sort of fraud. I will take this matter further, because I love Tjmaxx and don't want to stop shopping because of this location.
