Had to stop in here for an online order pickup (or so I thought). I really only seem to go to Kohls during the holidays, due to their great deals. Their parking lot gets filled pretty quickly, so while they appear to have ample parking, sometimes you have to park pretty far away. When I entered, I went to the back, where I thought online order pickups would be. I had to pick up two separate orders, one for my dad, and then one for an order I placed yesterday. When I arrived, I went to the back, but this was the self serve pickup. Being totally confused, I asked an associate, I gave her my order number and she says, I don't think it's filled yet after checking and there being no record of the orders. I wound up leaving, then because I didn't want to come back, I downloaded the app and noticed one of my orders, the most recently placed one was canceled, due to the item being out of stock. I came back in, asked an associate about the order my dad placed. Come to find out one of the items in his order, the one that was for pickup was also canceled due to lack of inventory. I wish Kohls would do a better job of making sure items are in stock before allowing you to pay, and then saying your order is good to go. read more

Order most items online so when returning I now sit in 30 minute lines because they have 1-2 cashiers. I use to walk in and return within minutes before they restructured the store and make returns be at the same place for check outs. read more

Had to take my 3 year old with me for a few amazon returns and I stumbled upon the beautiful, Christmas decor!!! We spent our time dissecting many items and settled on 5 great pieces for this Christmas season. After doing our amazon return, I was pleasantly surprised when I was provided a 20% off coupon just for doing my return at kohls!!! Whaaaatttt!? Okay! Thanks kohls!! At checkout i met a super friendly, kind associate named Leslie who could see we had many items and an energetic 3 year old! Really love this Kohl's. They have a big & tall section unlike a lot of other clothing stores. This section has a lot of great selections from shorts, pants, shirts, etc. All at a reasonable price. Also if you plan going back the next few days to a week you will get $10 Kohl's cash that you can use on that next purchase. Unfortunately you do have to wait until the following day to use the Kohl's cash. Service here was very friendly, but short staffed. Love me a good kohls, have only been a few times to this one for different things, from Amazon returns to kids clothing or home bedding. Not sure why, it always seems a little messy and dark, I do always experience friendly staff and they seem to always have some sort of "clearance" and by that they just ticket items a dollar or 2 off the regular marked price, maybe that's how it works, not sure. It's certainly nice to have a nearby location when in a rush and needing something for the same day or next day. They have a Sephora Inside that seems bright but I have yet to check out. read more

Let me start of by saying I love Kohl's! And so I'm clear...I love Amazon too! But today I had a "wow" moment at Kohl's and here's my experience... You may have heard recently that you can take returns from purchases at Amazon to Kohl's. Cool right? It is! But wait, there's more... Recently I made an online purchase through Kohl's and as usual, if I need to make a return I go to the store. I stood in line for over 15 minutes (give or take, maybe more, but probably not less) and everyone in front of me was making an Amazon return. I heard the customer service staff ask now and then if anyone was picking up from an online purchase...no one was. In the meantime, I've heard just about every person returning an Amazon purchase say, "We get this every time we return something from Amazon?" And the reply from a Kohl's employee would be "Yes, and you get 7 days to use it". I don't know what "it" is, but the customers were happy...I can only assume it is some kind of Kohl's cash maybe. Pretty good huh? Return your stuff from Amazon and get a freebie of some sort from Kohl's? That's a pretty good deal. The line grew behind me and finally...finally I'm at the head of the line and it's my turn...I should be next! The next free employee (Susan) asks, "Is anyone here to pick up an online order or make a return from an in-store purchase?" What the heck? What about returns from online? Don't they rate? Don't they count? It's Kohl's!!! So, the woman behind me who hadn't been waiting as long as me jumped all over that since she had an in-store purchase return. It's not her (the customer) fault...anyone, including me, would have done the same thing...after all, they didn't say online order returns or anything of the like. Kind of unbelievable really. OK, next free person was Naikita (sp?)...she looked at me and asked if I had an Amazon return. I told her I had a Kohl's online purchase return and she said she'd take me. She was nice, but dang...I certainly felt like my Kohl's online purchase had rock bottom priority compared to Kohl's in-store and especially Amazon purchases for return. Even the next available free employee asked for the next Amazon return after me. I am a big fan of first come, first served and/or wait your turn. It's not the customers fault when they call out their priorities. But for folks like me...it's one of the many things that makes me go, "hmmmm..." since I am waiting to make a Kohl's return myself. I do understand an online "pick-up" having a priority. My point being...when it comes to returns either have the customer wait their turn or if anything...since we are at Kohl's, shouldn't any, and all, Kohl's returns have the same importance/equal significance and/or have a slight precedence over Amazon returns? It was definitely a "wow" moment for me today. I shop a lot at both and knowing I could get a possible little freebie for returning my Amazon purchases one day to Kohl's is a nice perk. It personally seems to me that the focus is on bringing in those Amazon customers...but what about the loyal Kohl's customers? Again, I do shop at Kohl's and mostly online since I can't seem to drag my guys into the store. Today I totally felt like a second class shopper and that my Kohl's online purchase didn't matter and wasn't as important as shopping with Amazon or in-store at Kohl's. Love their selection and the clearance items are AMAZING PICKS AND PRICES. Wallflower jeans I can only find here and they're worth every cost effective penny you get. Haven't been in a bit, but the Kohl's Cash was an awesome perk! Their return policy is the best by far. Love their Knick knacks, just wish they had a bit bigger selection of toys. Now that COVID-19 vaccines are out, and I can get back to work I can't wait to drop a paycheck here! I love Kohls! I had never really shopped at Kohls until a few months ago when I got an amazing deal on a new Keurig. Since then I have been hooked! When I moved, I did a coastal theme in my new place and found some great artwork, decorations and odds and ends to help out. Nothing was severely overpriced and the quality seems to be good enough. The clothing is great. They carry all sizes for everyone which I really do appreciate. I have also been able to find some good deals for Father's Day and for other holiday shopping. Their rewards program is definitely worth signing up for. I have earned quite a few rewards and there are very few exclusions for what you can use the rewards on. The service is also great and their return policy seems outstanding. I have never had to return anything but when I am in customer service I have heard them tell other customers that there is no time frame. You can return something from months to years ago. I really love the fact that I can order online and have items ready to be picked up at customer service. Some days I hate browsing and I know what I want so this option can fit me perfectly! read more

This is a great location for Kohl's to be in. It's in the heart of Bartram park, so it's very convenient for me to stop by whenever I need to buy something. I love that they are always running promotions and as a discover card holder, I always get the $10 off $30 coupon every now and then. The store is very clean, well organized and the associates are quite helpful. As a busy mom, I usually don't have time to browse through the store so I tend to do most of my shopping online and pick it up in store. I usually could get the item I order on either the same or the next day to be picked up, which is pretty awesome. I like purchasing work out clothes, such as running leggings, shorts, and tanks from here. The quality is great and the price is amazingly low when they're on sale (of course). Some of the tanks and shirts do run big so I would suggest ordering a smaller size or try them on in store just to be safe. read more

I can't believe I had not Yelped Kohl's before because I do shop here but...???? I get emails for % off all the time and if you get the FTU newspaper there are specials in there too. So on some days when I feel I need something new or am shopping for gifts (got a real good deal on good pots/pans for my mom) I come here! I can always find clothes but I don't always need clothes so they have to be unusually nice/different and a good price! Come on my money tree died awhile ago so it matters! Again as in many places now finding someone to help you could be tricky. They do have price checker machines there so that's nice... the prices don't always reflect what the sale says but the cashiers are good about believing you and I appreciate that! The selection here isn't that great and they should probably consider adding another computer to the Amazon return station. I've already been in line for 15 minutes and the cashier has only worked with one customer. There are still 4 people in front of me not including the person that's being assisted now. I normally return at the UPS store (which I'm always in and out in under three minutes), but erroneously selected Kohl's. I don't shop here enough to use the Kohl's cash or coupon that they give with a return, so lesson learned to make sure I pay attention on my return location next time. Update: It took about 30 minutes to get up front and get my return processed. I also noticed that I didn't immediately receive an email/message from Amazon saying that they've received my return like I get from the UPS store. read more

This is a well stocked department store. Each department I walked through was well organized and very tidy. Prices were displayed above the racks of clothing items. If the item was on sale there was a breakdown of the sale price listed. The clearance racks were full of great deals. The racks were organized by sizes. Each department featured a clearance area. The clothes they carry are really nice and stylish. Lots of brand name items. The quality is quite nice. Prices are reasonable. I really liked this location. Checkout was fast and friendly. The cashier gave me a scratch ticket and I got 30% off my purchases. read more

If you're going to Kohl's to shop, then you will have an ok experience. However if you're going there for a online order or amazon order, you will have a horrible experience. All 5 times this month of picking up online orders, I have had problems. With it being the employees being rude, snarky comments, talking about each other behind the counter, having an attitude; you would think it was a bunch of teens behind the counter, but it's a bunch of grown adults. Now I have shopped around the store twice this month and have no complaints. The 2 cashiers I had were super friendly and nice, and even reminded me to check the app for coupons. (They work by the men's apparel section) I will never do a online pick up with this store again, that's for sure! read more

I have literally never been to such a messy disorganized store. There were piles of clothes all over- rude staff- and the makeup department was just downright dirty. I used to work in retail and would loose my job if I worked at a store that looks like this. I signed up for a Kohl's card, returned items, used the Amazon return station, purchased online and picked up in store... don't tell my husband, but I may spend TOO much time here lol. I had an awful experience with the online order and store experience of a pickup order. When arriving to the store I went to the pickup and stood behind 4 people to retrieve my item. After getting to the counter, my item was not immediately ready and had to be retrieved. I got the item, walked to the car and realized the item was not correct. I received toddler socks 3y-5y. Ordered a 9y-11y. I went back in the store, waited in line again, and was directed on a wild goose chase around the store to find the items I originally purchased. After more time searching, I realized they did not have the size I ordered. I walked back to the returns, waited in line for the 3rd time, and had to return the toddler socks. The whole process took 45 minutes and I left without the item that was supposed to be ready for pickup. I would have never wasted my time going to Kohls to begin with and the convenience of online ordering was not convenient at all. read more

I have had 2 occasions to speak with him and he could not have been nicer and absolutely took care of the problem with a smile on his face. How can anyone not like kohl's? Kohl's has it all from inexpensive suits to cheap summer clothes! Okay, okay, I'll admit I sometimes come off like a spokesperson for places I like but seriously, I've been to this store numerous of times through the years and they really are quite convenient. Do they have mark up? Of course they do but like a good shopper you wait for a sale to use with their coupons to bring their prices low! I ended up buying my husbands suit for our wedding here for about $115 which if you know it can cost more than that to rent! So I saw it as a win win! I was then able to buy two wedding gifts which according to their store retailed for $160 for a mere $32 after using coupons and kohls cash that I had accumulated. Seriously you can't beat that oh and did I mention that this location takes their expired kohls cash! So if you find it, even though it's expired don't worry bring it in and use it. Just know that they take the kohls cash first before any other coupons. The store is always well stocked and yes their clothing gets a bit disorganized but it can get difficult with the amount of foot traffic that they get so I forgive them. They do lend a helping hand when you need it and they are very friendly at checkout all the time. I def recommend this place for some shopping needs :-) read more

I live in the area, and so me and my wife come here often. Whenever we do it's a fine experience with no real issues to ever complain about. All in all the store is always pretty well maintained and the staff have never been anything but courteous. As far as I am concerned this is a great location as it's just up the road from me, but the prices and selection are pretty noteworthy as well. My wife finds great clothes for work and so do I. The coupons and deals she finds are insane sometimes. She found a pajama set for me (don't laugh) that was normally listed at $50 which is INSANELY high, but it was discounted and then add to that $10 in Kohls Cash, and she got them for $10!. Now as for me, I'm a nerd. And as a nerd I love me some graphic tees. Comic book stuff like Spider-Man, The Avengers etc. and rock band t-shirts are right in my wheelhouse and they have a very good selection. The only issue I have with the display is that it's rarely if ever not messy. Yesterday I came in and it was like a bomb had gone off. Not a big deal, but still it didn't look very good. read more

I returned a gift from Christmas that had no tags on it. Lucky for me the customer service rep recognized it and happily gave me a credit. I have only shopped here a handful of times, because frankly, they are further away than most of the stores I could go to for similar things, but each time has been pleasant. The staff is helpful and responsive, and I usually find what I'm looking for. They had one of the better maternity sections of all the department stores, and believe me... it's pretty slim pickin's in most of the stores. Kohls bucks are pretty helpful, especially for Christmas. All in all, I have been pleased with my visits here. read more

My wife and I are longtime customers of Kohl's and had a 30% off coupon, so we decided today to use it to buy Asics running shoes. We selected Asics because Kohls has signage indicating brands such as Nike, UnderArmor, and Adidas do not honor coupons and there was no signage that Asics did not honor coupons. So, after an hour or so of trying to find our sizes (which the selections were poor to say the least) and trying to find a good fit we head to the register. Our total is well over $100 and the cashier says NO DISCOUNT on the shoes but a discount on your $4.95 socks. The clerk then calls a supervisor as she doesn't understand why NO DISCOUNT on the shoes. The supervisor looks at the computer screen and says, nope Asics price is the price no coupons honored. I said there isn't any signage indicating that like there is with Nike, UnderArmor, and Adidas. The supervisor's response was, Asics sets the price so no coupons. Then asks do you want to buy them, we said NO and walked out. Kohl's inventory, selective couponing, and employees have changed over the years and not for the good. I will be closing my account, I'm tired of falling for the 30% coupon come on only to find out at the register it will not be honored. read more

I am addicted to shopping at kohls! They always have great sales and awesome rewards. Every $50 you spend you get $10 kohls cash. It's amazing! The employees here are very nice and always ask if you have coupons and sometimes even give you coupons if you don't have any. They are very helpful. It's very clean. The carts are equipped with car seat carriers if you have a baby. I love this store. It's never overly busy. If the line gets too long they very quickly open another line. I really like Kohl's normally, but this specific location was so messy today, I had trouble finding clothes. I started in the women's plus department. There were many many clothes on the floor in heaps. There were two employees just standing there having a conversation. Then I've moved to the women's department. The same two women moved near me and continued their conversation. There were tables with T-shirts on them. The T-shirts were disorganized and looked like they had just been thrown on the tables. I think the manager needs to walk through the store and be blunt. The store needs Desperately to be cleaned up. Bad management! read more

This location specifically. Normally my family and I have always shopped Kohl's. My dad has had a credit card with Kohl's for years and always does our Christmas shopping there. The other day, my mother (who also was once an employee with Kohl's elsewhere) who is older now took my younger sister there to do some shopping and the whole time this employee kept following my mother around the store (Must be LP) literally every turn and corner she was there and then at some points my mom would look up and she'd be across the room just standing there staring her down. My mom felt so uncomfortable she was telling me this three days later. Not good for people who are socially uncomfortable. She could have at least simply went up to her and started a conversation with my mom and showed she was friendly but doing her job. Don't take anyone here that gets uncomfortable or is anxiety ridden because they will chase you out. I'm really disappointed that this place has employees literally chasing people away. Train your staff please because you lost some customers today that spend hundreds at a time there and have always gave good word of mouth. Shame.... read more

I've been shopping at Kohl's for nearly 3 years now and love the fact that it's not just a clothing company, they have housewares, gorgeous pic's in all avenues you need for the house interiors, kitchenware, lots of stuff for the 'techie' spirit. Another great thing about Kohl's shopping experience is great no questions asked Returns, CSR outstanding, help always available, sales continuously going on, and new items every week...You simply cannot get 'bored' at Kohl's!!! Kohl's has sooo many ways to save on top of they're savings promo going on, and/or keep your savings and accumulate points to get something you've wanted but wasn't the time to get it. The App is such a neat item and a must have tool because as your shopping you can use Kohl's app in the store and scan immediately the items bar code to register for you or anyone you want for any event your saving for; if the item is low/out of stock, you can scan the item and order colors, #'s of that item you need, so much more!!!
