The…read morelayout of this particular Dillard's is more spread out than Town Center's, but as you'd expect, it offers the same high-quality clothing, cosmetics, along with many other superior shopping items here. I'll say up front, it's rather pricey, but I'm sure deals can be found if you walk around. There are sales racks in various places throughout the store. Apps and other means of advertising may offer many of them too. This Dillard's is one of the three pillar department stores at The Avenues. Belk and J.C. Penney's are the other two. There is a wide array of superior men's and women's clothing, both casual and formal on both floors. But I did notice that female clothing and other accessories are found on both levels. I like to visit the men's section to feed my attraction to ties! There is a nice array of ties distributed across three separate tables - all name-brand. Though I didn't make any purchases on this visit, I did have a nice chat with a very courteous sales rep in this section. It was good to hear a little bit about the background of this outlet and The Avenues too. In all, it was just another nice pit stop to visit another Dillard's and keep my stroll across The Avenues going full speed ahead! I certainly would visit and purchase something from Dillard's when in need of apparel. But I would also be certain to look for deals as well! Swing by when you visit The Avenues! Recommend: MED-HIGH

I understand the policy that the owners would rather help the customer in trying on the formal gowns because some of them are quite difficult and challenging to put on. My daughter tried a few gowns. The owner was not pushy at all, and in fact, she is so sweet and understanding of what a customer wants. I just don't understand some of the bad reviews here because the owner just struck me as the nicest and one of the most patient salesperson I've dealt with. She was very helpful and supportive to my teenage daughter. We didn't feel rushed. By the way, we also went to the gowns store across the hallway which was a complete opposite of Clelia's (that store across the hallway was so pushy and we felt rushed). Would definitely get our formal dresses thru Clelias from now on. Just very good customer service and the dresses/gowns are also beautiful and reasonably priced.

I found a beautiful dress within budget, that even if it was too large/too small i would make alterations at home. I walked up to one of the sales associates who didn't even bother to say anything to me when i walked up and asked to try to dress on. She proceeds to lead me to the dressing room when another woman basically stops me and asks what the size of the dress is, i tell her "10 i think!" (it was actually a size 12 the tag was marked wrong) This woman. Then proceeds to look me up and down and goes "it'll be too small but i guess you can still try it on" Immediately i knew i wouldn't be purchasing anything from them, but i tried the dress on anyways to see if i liked the style and cut so i could purchase it somewhere else. Which i did! it was an amazing dress i'll just find the same one elsewhere for sure. But as im walking out from trying it on, the lady walks up and goes " awe didn't fit huh?" never in my life have i been treated this way at a store. I am not plus sized im a medium/large in most stores, but clearly that is considered plus size to them. I highly recommend NOT going to this store. The customer service is awful. (And everything is over priced anyways)

The Copper Closet is located at the upper level of the Avenues mall. The reason I've never shopped here is from the outside, it seem like a boutique to me which usually means that the prices will be high. We went in and I believe we were greeted but that was pretty much our only interaction with the staff before cashing out. There were teenagers working and they seem to be busy chatting away with a customer who appeared to be a friend. We continued to browse on our own and I was presently surprised to see how affordable the prices were. Towards the back was a rack with clearance apparel. Average price was around $20. I ended getting a romper, long sleeve shirt, and dress for $48 which wasn't too bad considering I purchased 2 items at Forever 21 for the same amnt. The teen staff were friendly once we cashed out. The one thing I didn't like was their return policy (see tip) which I wasn't made aware of until I looked at my receipt. In summary, The Copper Closet is an affordable boutique according to their website and I would agree on that statement, however I wished they had a better return policy.

I had their jeans in the past and didn't really like them, but I heard that they carry stretchy jeans (mostly jeggings). I'm at the highest size and was a bit afraid to try them on. The associate suggested to try them on because it's different materials used than years ago. So I took a chance and tried them on. I actually really liked them and it fitted just right. Not too tight and not too loose. I can't breathe thank goodness from all the eating I've done for yelp. Lol. They had a promo going on for the jeans. Buy 1 get 1 free with a free beanie. It was really nice and glad I bought them. Most likely to come back and shop some more!

They have everything from tennis shoes and flip-flops to high heels and dress shoes. They also have shoes for men, women, and kids. Also, always make sure to check out their clearance rack; you never know what you may find! You won't find the really high-end brands here like Michael Kors or Coach, but you will find brands like Nike, Reebok, Reefs, and Sperry (among many other top names). How great is it to by a $90 pair of Sperry Top Siders and then get an $80 pair of Nike tennis shoes half off?! Amazeballs! They also have these little odor balls you can purchase to put in shoes and they really work! I won't buy them from anywhere else but here because I know these work! I'm not trying to call my hubby out or anything, but most men have some pretty stinky feet. Pop one of these little balls in each shoe and you'll never have the stinky shoe problem again! (Sorry, hubby... I love you... but other women need to know about these ball thingies!) The store is very neat, clean, and organized. Customer service here is excellent. The employees are always very fast to help and even make suggestions.
