There stores are fall hazzards . They have no employees in the shoe department and the shoes are everywhere and if you fall they turn it around saying you sat on the ground . Shady business . Customer service needs to improve ALOT . You need people there to keep the store safe .not just self check outs . Your store is messy and your prices are getting way too high . read more

I decided to get out and do a little shopping. I love going to Kohl's and checking out their Deals. Upon entering I found out that there is a Sephora in there now which is really exciting. They have an amazing selection of just about anything you need. If you need clothes for you or your family they got it, if you need something for the baby they got it, if you need something for your house or your pet they got that too LOL. I also couldn't help but check out their new fall collection. Fall is definitely my favorite time of year and I can't wait. They had lots of beautiful things from rugs to Interior decor knick knacks and also some really good smelling candles. The store is very clean and well stocked the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have an Amazon return in the back of the store. If you haven't shopped this Kohls you should definitely check it out. read more

I typically go to Kohl's to make my Amazon returns. But you know how they always give you a 25% off coupon for the store when you make a return, so I end up looking around to see if I find something I like. Kohl's is a little pricey for my tight purse LOL. But they always have lots of clearance and some sales. I typically shop the clearance rack and find at least one item to purchase. Usually it's a shirt or a pair of shorts. Over the holidays I found a Christmas sweater I liked. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the store is typically pretty organized. Plus it's a large store with lots to check out. I have also found several pair of flip-flops or sandals at this location. I also like it because it is never too crowded. And bonus it is not far from my house. I will continue to window shop and occasionally purchase a good find at this Kohl's location. read more

I used to shop Kohl's pretty regularly- but today with the weather stormy, I popped in and ended up buying more baby clothes! 9 months sizes because I know my grandson has plenty up to that point. Carter brand was on sale and I got some really cute outfits! I did look through womens clothing, shoes and jewelry and nothing jumped out at me. Shoes didn't have any good sales (or no signage if there were sales). So while I was disappointed for my closet shopping, I was happy I found some cute overall sets for my boy! read more

My favorite store to buy household goods! My husband and I love this place! We have so many household items in our house from Kohl's such as art work, bathroom decor (curtains, rugs, hand towels), holiday table decor (Thanksgiving and Christmas). Every time my husband and I walk into this store we spend at minimum $100 and we have so many amazing finds. We are avid Yankee Candle fans and they are always fully stocked. Kohl's has kitchen items that we use everyday in our house such as our plates and my favorite item, our red Dash air fryer. But I must say my all time favorite items I ever bought at Kohl's would have to be all the Thanksgiving decor. I purchase the large pumpkin bowl, a serving plate, spoon holder, eight place mats, a juice holder and small pumpkin bowls for less than $100. I love how my thanksgiving table decor came out. I was hosting Thanksgiving for the first time and had eight family members coming into town and they loved my decor. Thank you Kohl's! Also, they have an amazon return section towards the middle of their store meaning you can return your amazon items in a fast pace. Afterwards, you're giving a discount coupon for Kohl's that varies from 20-35% off your transactions or a single items. It's amazing and gets me every time. They also offer something called Kohl's cash. Once you spend a certain amount you get a return. For example, you spend $100 you get $30 Kohl's cash sort of like a certificate for a later date that can be used at their store and works just like currency but Kohl's currency. read more

Return only, turned into me finding a lot of cool and up to date fashion as I browsed through the racks. The store was very organized in sections. Properly marked items made it easy to find my size and most of the store had been organized in color coordinated-sections. The staff was very friendly as they where very nice and inviting by asking if they could help us as we walked around. There was ample parking and lighting in the parking lot. There was signs for sales, clearance racks, and Khol's cash when you spend a certain amount you get cash back to spend at a later date. Pretty good deal especially around holidays. The pricing on some items seemed to be a little expensive and then discounted up to 60% which made it reasonable but still a little far from a great deal. One feather that I found exciting was an app the store representative told us about to scan items and see if they have the size, if not displayed on the shelf, was in back inventory or had to be ordered. If the store didn't have it , it would ship free of charge. The stores location is convenient and I would definitely go back as I signed up for deals and coupons off their website last night. I generally like shopping here, although half of the time I'll order online and do an in-store pick up. The staff are usually friendly, although there have been one or two people that either seem like they don't want to be there or weren't too friendly. Recently I had some Kolh's cash that had to be redeemed and only remembered about it 40 mins before the store closing time. I thought I would be able to run in and pick out a few things, but I simply didn't have enough time. During that shopping experience, one of the worker reminded my oldest a few times that she / we had to hurry up because the store will be closing soon. She was like how can I focus on looking if she kept on telling me to hurry up? I ended up spending enough so that I could redeem a $10 off $30 coupon and went home and did the rest of my shopping online. The Kolh's cash only gave me 1 week to redeem it. The cashier said that for in-store purchases you have an extra week after it expires to redeem it but wasn't sure how online Kohl's cash works. Kohl's is one of the retailers that has a really high markup; sometimes my receipt says I saved over $100 or something crazy like that just to give you and idea of how much their items are marked up. This is why I always try to use a coupon even if the item is on sale. Some coupons can even be combined. The reason I do the in-store pickup is I can get cashback from Ebates.com and don't have to pay shipping. What I wasn't told before when I made a purchase using the Kolh's cash and made a return was I could apply the Kolh's cash credit towards a new purchase instead of receiving a portion of the refund. I only recently found that out in case anyone else wasn't aware of this as well. read more

While I was volunteering at Kohl's for their collaborative event with my employer I decided to do something I normally never do and that is shopping. For those who know me they know I hate shopping. However the store was very well organized And i was able to find what I needed easily. I was also impressed with the sale prices, they were actually very reasonable then when you get your Kohl's dollars it does kind of make you want to go back; I can see where they hook you into it What I really want to focus on was the customer service I received from Linda, the cashier. She was a mature woman who had a great sense of humor maintained I contact and a very pleasant smile. She was extremely friendly and you can tell that she takes pride in her work based upon how she was interacting with me and I watched her interaction with the customer prior to me. She was a true people person and if this location had been closer to my house I would've gone back and stand in a long line just for her. read more

I bought a Cuisinart air fryer online 3 days ago. Package arrived sitting in the rain yesterday and torn open on one side. OK, I know this is UPS 's responsibility but Kohl's wanted no part of it. Their return policy sucks. They do not necessarily refund ALL your money no matter what. I wasted 20 minutes on the phone dealing w/ inappropriate prompts and NO ONE to actually speak with which is clearly the way things are for many companies now. Just as I was about to take a tranquilizer, UPS drove up w/ another package for me. I was able to get the driver to take the package from Kohls. Had this not happened fortuitously, my next call would have been to American Express. They DO have people to speak with to rectify issues that companies won't. Do NOT deal with this company !! Oh, and Amazon own millions of shares in Kohls, another company I don't purchase from. If I decide to buy another air fryer, I will buy it from Home Depot. My mom loves this store and I'm beginning to love it too! The Cash Points are a great bonus and they always have coupons available. Sometimes we can use three different coupons which lowers the total amount by a lot! They also have cute children's clothing as well. Their Carter selection is too expensive however, and without a great sale it's not worth me paying that much for children's clothing that they out grow to quickly. Today there was a sale on Carter's Kids clothing which the sign above the rack stated one sale price and when I did the self check it was a different sale. It made a huge difference in pricing. For example, I picked up a size 4T jean jacket and the original price was $32! Yes!!! Ridiculous for a toddlers jacket when it cost way less for my jean jacket at H&M! The sign above the rack said 55% off which took it down to $14.40, however, when I went to the self price check it, it said "buy one at original price and second item 50% off". The other item was a long sleeve tee shirt for $20. If I went with the "sale" on the self check kiosk I would have paid $42 for both items. If I went with the sign, my total for both would be $32.40....$10 difference! So I took a picture of the sign for the cashier and sure enough, they were ringing me up for the, "buy one get second at 50% off". When I showed her the sign she got her manager who wasn't far away and she honored the sign that I took a picture of. The manager didn't fuss nor did she have to think about it, she immediately recognized that the sign was posted incorrectly and granted me the better sale. I was extremely grateful because I had other items in my cart from the same sale rack. Great Kohl's customer service! Love this place! read more

I have not visited a Kohl's in quite awhile but this location appears to be getting ready to close for good. The mens department was the worst I have ever seen. The shoe department was completely bare. I will not be shopping there ever again. Walmart has a better selection. So disappointed in this location. Kohls. Man, I love this place. I really wanted to make this a 5 star review based on the fact that I ALWAYS leave with wayyyy more than I need... Seriously though - the customer service/returns staff is insanely awesome. They are probably the most helpful staff I have dealt with in a hot minute. What makes them so great you ask? Well, I love that when I'm returning something or a lot of somethings, they never make me feel like I am some sort of criminal. (idk why but at other retail stores, I usually get treated like I've done something wrong by returning stuff). The staff is always patient with me, understand that it's normal to return something, they work with me so that I don't end up loosing out on my Kohl's cash, and they'll even be honest with me instead of just letting me unknowingly return something I originally bought for $30 and only end up getting $1. Every time, I leave the returns/customer service feeling like the transaction was such a breeze. Shout out to Morgan for being extremely helpful and very knowledgable about her department regarding return policies and all those fun things. Why not 5 stars, though? Because I have had about 4 to 5 interactions with different (and even the same) cashier associates where I have left speechless. Everyone eventually experiences what it's like to work in customer service - where "the customer is always right." But hell, I don't want you to think "I'm right." I just don't want you to argue with me about if I found a dress in one spot or another. Not sure why it even matters. This has happened multiple times. Multiple. If I'm off on the price and thought I was buying something for $5 less than what you are ringing me up for, I'm pretty sure the fact that I'm purchasing about 20 (or more) other items would mean that I'm not just looking to make a sketchy move. No. I'm a loyal customer that even after these interactions - have continued to come back and shop my little heart out. I can't believe I'd ever let myself say something slightly negative about Kohl's where it would possibly hurt their business on a local Yelp level. But yeah, they need to take this stuff seriously. This rating is purely for housewares because I certainly don't shop at Kohl's for clothes. Target is a step above what Kohl's seems to carry & that says something about Target's clothes game. So Josh G. needs some towels, a few bathroom things, & maybe kitchen items for his new apartment, thus our trip to Kohl's. Ain't nobody got time (more like money...ain't nobody got money) to shop at Bloomingdales when you're in academia! Got some nice towels out of a huge selection of brands from Sonoma to J.Lo, placemats were a bit lackluster in style, nice patio chairs were on sale but impossible to fit in the car as is, & my Mecca was hanging out the corner of the store. THE FOOD NETWORK brand is strong in the kitchen section. Got 4 colorful Bobby Flay knives for $30+! BF, you have to change your portrait on the back of the knives, man. Wasn't sure if you were selling knives or a pop ballad. Anyway, tons of things on sale from a food processor ($19!!!!!) to novelty kitchen items like a handheld mandolin. This store is probably one of the neater Kohl's I've been in, but some of the items are still kind of rustled & missing pieces. Not everything is the best quality so double-check that things aren't missing! read more

I don't usually shop at department stores but this one sucked me in. The best part about it is the Kohl's cash that they put out every now and then. I usually spend most of my trip in the Clearance sections of the Women's department because I enjoy hunting for a bargain. This area has clothes thrown in haphazardly with the sizes on the hangers not matching the actual size of the clothing so you must check the tags. This section and the women's shoe section are pretty much the same way but it doesn't stop me from returning. For the most part the store is clean and the store employees are friendly. read more

Spent 45 minutes in the jewelry area. Clerks were too busy talking about a manager that was upset about the tables being empty to offer any help. The selection is decent....just hard to tell what is on sale & what isn't. The Christmas decorations were already out. This made me happy, because I like to shop early. I have been a Kohls customer for many years. I placed an order 5/19 and checked today to see the status. It said it was cancelled. I called and asked why. They said it was restricted but could not tell me why. They took all my information and said they would send me a text to reorder with the same price. For some reason they said they could not send a text to my phone. The customer service said they needed to check to get approval for the reorder at the same cost. All if my information was checked and correct but they said they could not activate the order because they couldn't send a text. WTH I will pay the balance and close the account read more

This is a clothing store with just about everything from The Food Network. I do like to go browse from time to time to see what high priced FN stuff there is. On this trip I was looking for some flat caps and they don't have any and the lady looked at me funny when I asked. So keep your stuff and I'll find my hat elsewhere. read more

You get name brand clothing and household items without paying mall prices. I'm all in. They always have great sales during back to school, black friday, and the holidays. Check their circulars for coupons and don't forget that they give you $10 Kohl's cash for every $50 you spend. The sales associates do a good job of keeping the store orderly unlike some other discount stores where it looks like a pack of monkeys threw everything around.
