Came here yesterday because I placed a mobile order for pickup…read more I love that I can order online and normally within 2 hours I can pick up my order. On this particular day, I ordered a few boxes of cereal. BTW, cereal tends to be cheaper at Target. This particular box I purchased was at least $3 cheaper than at my local grocery store. I placed my order and within 1.5 hours my order was ready for pickup. I pulled up into parking spot 1, went to the mobile app, let them know I was here, my spot number, and within 2 minutes, someone was coming out to bring me my cereal. They verified the confirmation code, and put my cereal in the trunk and I was on my way.

0 stars would be the TRUE rating…read more I had the most unfortunate experience of having one of the absolute, worst customer problem resolution scenarios in my life. An absolute loss of 2 hours of precious time. Ultimate sacrifice. I do make this review taking absolutely no personal offense to the actual employees, but you could palpate the "CORPORATE POLICY" verbiage in every other single sentence. Coming face to face with the corporate greed of Target's policy, I will never trust a big retailer box store to do the right thing. So eye opening to corporate greed. This all began As I was trying to return 10 items (remaining boxed and unopened) amounting to almost $400 in June 21, 2026. At first the customer service rep asked if I had returned any item to Target before and I said yes maam? After the scanner kept saying "ineligible to return" and myself looking extremely confused, her response was "oh that's probably why, there is a $75-100 limit on returns per year". I was shocked. "What do you mean" what type of policy is that?" Target THEN recommended that I contact the manufacturer of the devices.... my response was "the manufacture has 0 to do with the business and profits of Target, they can't force a return through a 3rd party based on Target's policy". Their response was "well there is nothing we can do" They then recommended that I call customer service team. I explained the scenario to them and they said yes after 90 days, there is nothing that can be done. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor to which the lady had said "yes let me transfer you" I should have just let it all go, after 5 more minutes of being on hold, the phone just transfers to an end call tone.... During this entire interaction I kept my composure to try and find a solution through the problem with proper problem solving navigations, asking questions, seeking help and being open. On second attempt, I came into contact with Jessica who was extremely kind. She made her best attempts and said it is up to the individual store leaders as they are "empowered" to make the best decisions. I said "oh they keep saying that it's corporate policy and say nothing can be done" then the manager, who was also very kind said that we would lose money if we took your products back and we couldn't refund anything. I kept trying to explain that y'all are also pointing fingers to recommend me contact corporate when they are recommending I contact the local store. She then said after 90 days, their inventory all switched Out and then there wouldn't be anywhere to capture the charge at or some type of wordy response that was meant to be confusing. I replied "yes maam I understand that, but all of these items are still on The floor, these stores make their own codes and tags all the time. These items could have been put back in the store to be sold no problem. I'm just shocked that we live in a world that a leader at a store has 0 control to give any type of store credit for unopened items, which are honestly still all being sold. Again the customer is always right I returned back into the store after walking in the parking lot to find a solution. I spoke with Alexa and really just was honest that I likely won't be able to shop here any more which is sad. I had an eye opening naivety lifted out off my mind (for which I am so thanking Jesus for, and not trusting in these corporations that make BILLIONS of dollars off of the backs of Americans annually). I genuinely hope a Target corporate exec reads this. PLEASE. Do more to improve customer satisfaction. You really don't care by your actions. Thank you. --Lost customer

This is a pretty decent Marshalls located in Jacksonville Beach…read more I came here looking for some sort of sweatshirt or half-zip sweater to battle the strong beach winds and unfortunately didn't find a single one (very odd, I know). However, I did find an insane amount of deluxe edition books that I love at the back of the store, near all their stationery products. As the bibliophile that I am, I couldn't pass up the opportunity and bought a few copies that will keep me entertained while freezing at the beach. Besides that, I also got some great deals on snacks and a few other items for the family. So at the end of the day, regardless of how odd it was not to find a single women's sweatshirt, I still got some great deals on other stuff.

Once again, the theme of my reviews lately are "I just came here to browse". I headed to the shoe…read moredepartment first. I'm not a huge shoe fan. Truth be told, I tend to be in flip flops or sneakers most of the time. This particular trip I was looking for a nude pair of sandals to wear with a dress for family photos coming up. Typically I'll just buy a pair of sandals on Amazon to avoid having to sift through a shoe department, but found a nice pair of heeled nude sandals that looked like they could be a winner. I tried them on, they were slingbacks, they had a velcro strap instead of a buckle, and they had a heel. They were also priced at $24.99, which was a good price. I looked around the remainder of the store, and luckily for me I didn't find anything else, because I really didn't need anything else. I wound up purchasing the sandals. Checkout was a breeze, the associate was nice. Parking was fine here, just be careful there are always people coming and going out of here.
