Their parking lot gets filled pretty quickly, so while they appear to have ample parking, sometimes you have to park pretty far away. When I entered, I went to the back, where I thought online order pickups would be. I had to pick up two separate orders, one for my dad, and then one for an order I placed yesterday. When I arrived, I went to the back, but this was the self serve pickup. Being totally confused, I asked an associate, I gave her my order number and she says, I don't think it's filled yet after checking and there being no record of the orders. I wound up leaving, then because I didn't want to come back, I downloaded the app and noticed one of my orders, the most recently placed one was canceled, due to the item being out of stock. I came back in, asked an associate about the order my dad placed. Come to find out one of the items in his order, the one that was for pickup was also canceled due to lack of inventory. I wish Kohls would do a better job of making sure items are in stock before allowing you to pay, and then saying your order is good to go.

Order most items online so when returning I now sit in 30 minute lines because they have 1-2…read morecashiers. I use to walk in and return within minutes before they restructured the store and make returns be at the same place for check outs.

It is just like a treasure box so you will have to keep looking around for what you need. The staff is nice and the clothes are mostly always put up, rather than on the floor. The fitting room can get better lighting but otherwise this is a quick stop to get what you might need at a discounted price.

I went to the back to look and it was the smallest clearance rack I've ever seen. Also, of maybe the dozen items on the clearance rack, everything was sized 16. I think that's the smallest size Lane Bryant carries. So, nothing for me there. The store is nice and large. It's well organized and there are plenty of items to choose from. I went ahead and gave it 3 stars because for those who live in St. Augustine, it's nice to have this store so they don't have to drive all the way up to Jacksonville to visit a Lane Bryant.
