Kohl's is a little pricey for my tight purse LOL. But they always have lots of clearance and some sales. I typically shop the clearance rack and find at least one item to purchase. Usually it's a shirt or a pair of shorts. Over the holidays I found a Christmas sweater I liked. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the store is typically pretty organized. Plus it's a large store with lots to check out. I have also found several pair of flip-flops or sandals at this location. I also like it because it is never too crowded. And bonus it is not far from my house. I will continue to window shop and occasionally purchase a good find at this Kohl's location.

I've stopped here time and time again & never left empty handed... both for the person I'm looking for and something for myself! This particular trip, I went in for one person and came out having purchased gifts for four different people's birthdays! The store is always clean & well-stocked! Sometimes at Christmas the ornaments may be temporarily out of stock, but the gift wrap, cards, and speciality gifts are always suck a great find when looking for something unique! The employees are extremely helpful with their suggestions, locating the items within the store and their wrapping the gifts for me is definitely the icing on the cake!

Pros:great sales all of the time, plenty of parking Cons:high interest rates-don't do it Recommend? Absolutely.

A special thank you to the manager, Ms. Temeka, who was incredibly accommodating from the very first time I contacted her to schedule my appointment all the way through to the final product. She made sure I felt welcomed, taken care of, and completely satisfied with my experience. And can we talk about the shampoo?! That shampoo was right for my SOUL! I'm pretty sure she washed my hair, my worries, my stress, and at least three problems I hadn't even told anybody about. I left that shampoo bowl a different woman! The final result was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the care, attention to detail, and wonderful customer service throughout my visit. It's refreshing to find a salon where you feel like more than just another appointment on the schedule. Beautiful hair, amazing staff, exceptional service, and apparently a little therapy at the shampoo bowl! I will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

I do love the quality of the clothing and if you shop right then you can really find aome good deals and put something together. I can't speak for the woman's side of shopping but I have taken a gander and seen some nice things. As for the men just go what what you like and color coordinate and you can definitely put something together. I remember I was having trouble getting a bunch of sets of clothes and a girl who was working there at the time helped me immensely because I was at a loss so it's really nice sometimes to get on that level of help that you don't normally experience. If you haven't been check it out! And if it's pricy they do in the back have a discount area and pay attention to when they got deals because you might find something really interesting.

There are no mirrors in personal changing room only in common area. So I stepped out to see the fit of a dress I tried on, came back and my personal clothes along with store pieces were collected without me knowing. I asked around and the employees returned them to me including a shirt that was the wrong size from what I originally picked out. (Which was the only item I ended up wanting to buy). Since it was the wrong size they offered to have the right size delivered to me but not informing me of the additional shipping costs. In the end having my clothes taken and paying more than what I originally planned ruined my first experience shopping here.

Parking can sometimes be problematic at this location, just due to the amount of stores it shares a lot with and due to the shear number of people that visit the town center. Luckily we found a space and headed in. When we arrived we were quickly greeted by an associate that let us know what sales they had going on. I headed towards the back, found the shirt I had been eyeing, and was glad I decided to see it in person, because I opted to size up. The shirt was just as cute online as it was in person. When I was ready to pay, the other associate was super nice, provided my kiddo with a prize, and checkout was a breeze. Everything in the store was nicely organized and the staff were helpful.

Store is clean and organized and a bigger space than many other Claire's stores to where it feels roomy. Claire's runs sales that change each day. They have actual good sales pretty regularly to where it will be all the clearance is $2 or all the clearance jewelry is $1. They have even had a whole backpack for $2 because it happened to be in stock and on clearance during the good sale. I check the website because sales are on the homepage, and then when it's the good sale, I look on the computer with my girls at what is in stock at the store that is the good sale, and then take them and they can do the good sale. It's great for getting hair stuff and makeup and accessories. Quality is all over the place for their jewelry. There are deals to be had, if you go in store and confirm quality. So I looked up different ones in town, and this one had the best reviews. I called to check to see what type of metal they have for earrings and I was glad to find out they do have 14 karat gold. The price wasn't bad so I went with my sister to get my ears pierced before we went to dinner at the town center. The lady who pierced my ears was very nice. she knew I was a little nervous. And I was anxious that I would become allergic to them very quickly as I had years prior. However, she took the time to really make sure that she was piercing my ear symmetrically, and they are placed exactly where I wanted. She then also explained to me the cleaning of them and recommended the rapid cleaning solution. It has been about four months and so far I am doing well and they are symmetrical. I cannot thank her enough. They were very friendly and efficient. If I were looking for more piercings, I would return.

I am happy to have a Victoria Secret close by, since this isn't possible everywhere. But for store…read morelocations, this definitely isn't one of my favorites...just the closest one. The customer service lacks...and that is being kind. Lucky for me, if or when I must step foot in the store I know what I'm after and just go get it if they have it...if not, I leave. I have been shopping at Victoria Secret since before most of the employees were born in there and before the internet became a thing for shopping. I think they should consider the fact that some folks are not new to the brand and they know what they are talking about. Things do change, things no longer exist, etc. and being familiar with older styles to help put a customer into a newer, similar fit or style(s) helps. I get not knowing a style from a decade or more ago, but I don't get not knowing a style/item that was around just a few years ago...or just a year or less. The "we've never sold anything like that" is a horrible answer since we know better, the "I don't know" answer is even worse...but the disappearing act since an employee just doesn't want to help is awful. The only advice I can give to anyone reading this if you are like me and have been shopping with VS a long time...call! Call the toll free number and you'll be surprised at the assistance you will receive. They are very helpful, unlike the stores like this one and are 5-stars hands down. Then, if need be you can order it or you can brave the store to see if they have it. Again, I'm just happy there is a location here...it's just sad that this location lacks. I still like VS of course, I've just had many other better experiences at other stores across the US. If you like VS too or are new to VS, please don't let whatever experience you may encounter at this store turn you off on the brand...just shop online or another store. TMI Side Note (and I hope someone at VS HQ reads this): I really miss VS clothes and I'm sad they discontinued selling clothes. Best jeans and tops ever! Loved the dresses too! They were my go-to place when I needed an outfit...ho hum...I wish they'd bring the clothes back!
