Today I got a Kohl's credit card at a Kohls in a different location and was given 40% discount all day. I was not told that it was only at that Kohl's and was very disappointed that I didn't get to use it after finding several items at another Kohl's closer to me. At the Kohl's at Cross Hill my credit card didn't even work and they were going to give me a discount even though I had to use a different credit card but then they took that away as well saying that what I was buying was a national brand and they could not discount it. I have never been so excited and then so disappointed to go shopping. They also told me that I could go and use a discount if I went online to get some thing I wanted and I came home and attempted that and had no luck either. read more

Although some are more expensive compared to other stores, if you wait for a good deal (sale, clearance, extra % off, Kohl's rewards, Kohl's cash) you can end up really scoring big on your purchase. I had never really shopped at Kohls until a few months ago when I got an amazing deal on a new Keurig. Since then I have been hooked! The clothing is great. They carry all sizes for everyone which I really do appreciate. I have also been able to find some good deals for Father's Day and for other holiday shopping. Their rewards program is definitely worth signing up for. I have earned quite a few rewards and there are very few exclusions for what you can use the rewards on. You don't have to get a credit card to get rewards although there are a few extra perks with the credit card. I really love the fact that I can order online and have items ready to be picked up at customer service. Some days I hate browsing and I know what I want so this option can fit me perfectly! The sales online are also valid in store so I can search online for what I want and even check the stock in store. read more

I wanted so bad to love this place because my mom is such a fan. Kohls sets them self out to be kind a like Dillards but it's not. They have a good selection of products and some fairly decent brands but, everything is chaos in that store. When you walk in and look for a pair of jeans, the racks are just piled up helter-skelter with jeans and it's not the same brands and it's not the same sizes and in most cases you can't even see the size tags and less you jumble through the entire pile. I felt like I was at Sam's Club but these are retail prices. The one employee that I found was fighting a losing battle trying to get the place in order and he was extremely nice and helpful in locating the shirt that we wanted to get a second copy of but he couldn't possibly clean that whole store by himself. It wasn't just the jeans every rack was jumbled up with clothing in different sizes and shapes and colors in brands and every imaginable description stuffed up onto racks and piled on tables and everything was really helter-skelter. It kind a look like one of those super Duper warehouse clearance places where you just dig through the piles of stuff like in an outlet mall. It's not and the things that aren't on sale are marked at retail which I think they choose the retail because for instants a pair of Levi's, plain old Levi's was $55. Some of the stuff was even more expensive than you would imagine, four instance there were thermal undergarments that were $48 a piece for the top and the bottom so if you wanted a whole set it was $96. I could go to Walmart and get nine sets for that much. We checked out at the counter and the checkout lady was also very nice and friendly. I have no problem with the staff other than perhaps they are overwhelmingly overworked and understaffed. Before warned, their regular prices are so inflated asked to be ludicrous. Four instance a not particularly well known namebrand baby onesies are $12-$20. They put them on sale so you're getting it for eight but Carters are half that. All in all I was in there for two hours trying to find some winter clothing for a trip up north for my kids and I ended up with two identical long sleeve shirts, One light weight winter jacket and two pairs of gloves and it took that long to locate these items. Next time I'll just go to the sporting good store and pay the retail at least I know I can get it instantly. read more

This was a nice new kohl's department store. First time shopping here. It wasn't as packed with clothes like other Kohl's locations. The clearance sections were extremely sparse compared to other Kohl's stores I've been in. Hardly anything to hanging on the racks. Each department was tidy and clean as I walked around. Prices were displayed over each item on the rack or shelves. Customer service department was very friendly when I went over to make a return. I brought the wrong receipt with me but it was no problem to look up my account and make the exchange. W I love shopping at Kohl's. Especially when there are coupons and discounts at checkout. Kohl's is one of our go to shops when we need house goods, clothing, and even kid's items. They have a great rewards program, and offer Kohl's cash several times a year on purchases as well. Their sales are fantastic, and you can pick up name brand clothing for a good price. My biggest complaint with them is their racks are so close together, especially with sales items that it is very difficult to look through them, much less walk through. They also have items on wrong size hangers, which can hamper your search. One of the things that has always impressed me about Kohl's is their no questions asked return policy. There are no questions and as long as you have the receipt, or if you have a Kohl's charge they can look up your purchase too. This policy alone makes us much more likely to purchase at Kohl's knowing they back up their products. read more

I am a avid kohls shopper. We have moved a lot so I have been to many kohls. But this location is by far the messiest kohls I have ever been too. The racks of folded clothes are a huge mess. Just piles of unholded in sorted clothes. My kids had a toy while we were in there. And they were fighting over so I took it away and put in on a random shelf and I'm not lying when I say I went there 3 weeks later and the toy was still were we left it. It was in a middle display in the aisle where you have to walk to get to customer service. But I can't not find my sizes I need in anything because how messy the store is. read more

I went to Kohl's in O.P to do some shopping for myself as well as Christmas. I've had an account there for years and even though I like there merchandise and prices for the most part, I will close my account! They clearly had some sales items marked, and even two of the store managers and employees agreed where the items were it was misleading and should NOT have been posted that way. .. August 1st 2018, On this fateful day I had found out after almost being retained in the 8th grade that I was promoted as a 9th grade freshman. My grandmother wanted to take me for some clothes at Kohls as a before school gift. Typically, Kohls is one of my favorite places but this specific day the wrath of my Italian grandmother was unleashed on some very uneducated college age-looking girl that didn't know how to properly bag clothes, My nana showed her how, after she balled them up as if they were dirty laundry. That's not the end, about five of those ringers that they leave on clothes to prevent theft rang after she had paid almost 300 dollars on those clothes. She only took one of the tags off and we had tried to walk out and it happened again. After almost three times going through there agian, a superviser helped us and apologized profusely several times saying this was very out of line of them before asking for my Nana's number. The manager is going to call her to try and revise this terrible experience of ours. read more

This store has quickly become one of my all time faves. When they have a sale, they have a sale. I have never paid full price for anything. My total bill is always lower than what I "saved." Although it takes serious patience to go through their clearance clothes, the bargains you find are a steal and worth every minute. They always have huge savings coupons, promos, and discounts.
