My friend purchased a purse and after buying it, she noticed it had a white line of glue along the outside. About 5 minutes after purchasing the bag, my friend brought it back and they wouldn't refund her. Their return policy is store credit only. My friend found another bag to swap with the original and after tax, she owed $.92. The women at the front counter were giving her a hard time and finally, another employee came over to tell her it was fine and to just take it. While my friend should have checked the bag more thoroughly, for being a "faith-based" store, they absolutely do not care about customer experiences or the quality of the goods they sell. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but this is not a good store to support.

My experience here was one I most definitely will not forget. This store is so aesthetic and magical to say the least, with beautiful clothing, jewlrey, bags, stones, incense etc., and exquisite art work from all over the world such as Bali, Thailand and Africa. I purchased some lovely butterfly wing earrings handmade from Thailand as well as an anklet! Will definitely be coming here more often - maybe a little too often! :) read more
