Love this store and the owners. Exceptional service and everything in the store IS cool. I have bought furniture right off the floor as well as ordered through catalogs. I bought the most comfortable powered sofa there. I just love my patio furniture and fire pit. The poly materials look like new several years later. Highly recommended! read more

I purchased Ashley box springs at Everything Cool in St Augustine, FL for a king bed and a queen bed in September 2020. They started squeaking getting into or out of bed, They also started squeaking when you were in bed at night trying to go to sleep. I tried to seek remedy with the 10 year box spring warranty but squeaking was not covered of course. Not to worry, Ken and Gloria, owners of Everything Cool immediately said not to worry that they have our backs on this one. They offered us replacement foundations that are superior in quality to what we had originally purchased in September 2020. We paid a small fee for the set up, delivery, and haul away of the defective box springs. Well done and thank you Ken and Gloria. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your store to others and will go out of my way to do so. Plus Everything Cool has really cool stuff for your house decor!! Exceptional customer service!!!!! read more

We just moved here to Saint Augustine from California. I have to say, Everything Cool is the best furniture store I've ever been in!!! From the time I walked in the store to making my purchase and leaving, I felt the warmth and love from the owners and all the employees! They have a nice selection of all types of home furnishings. Plus most Everything is in stock!!!! Mary Kay was my sales girl! And I just loved her. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for! They also have their own delivery team that offers top notch white glove delivery. I'm looking forward to returning for paintings and decor for our new home. I HAVE FOUND MY GO TO FURNITURE STORE. It's wonderful when you find a local shop that has the best selection, absolutely the best customer service and a no pressure shopping experience all rolled into one! So, I have to rave about a local furniture store called 'Everything Cool' that I found here in Saint Augustine. They have a very large selection of furnishings and the service is top notch. I had fantastic service from the time I made the order to when my furniture was delivered and set up. The delivery guys were wonderful too. They took great care making sure they didn't scratch a wall, put everything together and placed it where I wanted it and all with a smile. They were very polite too. Everything Cool, you are a rare find in this day and age! (Oh, and I will never shop at those big box stores again!) Five stars just aren't enough! read more

I was looking for a new sofa but when I walked into their store, I found SO MUCH MORE. I swear, I will one day own everything they sell because I love it all! I purchased the perfect sectional and mattress (and a lot more) and found the perfect honey hole for future purchases. Trust me. You will love them as much as you do the furniture and decor. They go above and beyond what is expected from them. Definitely not a chain retailer! read more

This place is a hidden gem! We had ordered a sofa sleeper a couple of weeks ago from another furniture store. It was supposed to be delivered November 20. They called and said it would not be in until December 1. Needless to say we made a decision to go on the greats sofa search. We were able to find Everything Cool Furniture. Ken and Gloria, the owners, said they did have a sleeper sofa available and it was to be a floor model. We saw it, loved it, bought it and it was delivered the next day. Great service and impeccable with their word! Love their inventory and styles. We will continue to do business with them and send business their way. read more

Gloria and Ken are top notch. My husband and I own a beach front vacation rental in St. Augustine that needed a furniture makeover. The only problem was we had 2 days to complete this bc we are fully booked with no vacancies until end of summer. Gloria and Ken went to our home (same day), designed our home, texted over pieces they recommended and had everything delivered for us by Sunday morning just in time for our Sunday afternoon checkin. They don't deliver on Sundays, but they did for us, because we needed help...that's the type of people they are and business they run. From start to finish they completed everything in 48 hours - INCREDIBLE! Our guests checked in Sunday at 4pm to a gorgeously decorated home. They emailed us raving about our home! The furniture is high quality, delivery fast/efficient and the customer service is exceptional! Gloria/Ken also hung all our new art for us and reinforced an existing bed that was loose. We shop A LOT of furniture around the US for all of our homes and this experience/company is by far the best experience we have ever had. Thank you, Everything Cool (Ken & Gloria) excited to see your magic in Ponte Vedra soon. read more

We bought a recliner from Everything Cool and subsequently had issues with the mechanism. Although it was just out of warranty Gloria worked with us to find a replacement part. When it turned out the chair had been discontinued and the part was no longer available, she sent a brand new replacement chair! Everything in the store is indeed cool and the customer service is the best! I'll be back when I need new furniture and have sent friends in the meantime. You can't go wrong here. read more

Where to begin! First off, what a fantastic selection of furniture! The owners are incredibly friendly and they are there to help you in anyway possible (the other employees are fantastic too). We had just moved to the area and were looking for a new couch/mattress and came across this place. We were greeted immediately but were also left to ourselves to shop on our own. We found a selection of great items and were directed to their other store where we met Ken and Gloria and they are incredible human beings. Upon ordering our items, we were given an expected delivery date of the following week. Unfortunately, a few days later, we were told the items are on back order and wouldn't be out until a few weeks later. Since we had guests coming we weren't able to wait until the expected delivery date, and we were using lawn chairs in the meantime. Sydnee was very commutative from the start when our delivery dates kept getting pushed back and heard our concern about sitting on lawn chairs. Ken reached out to me to take care of me during this unexpected delivery snafu and offered us a loaner couch in the meantime. This business went above and beyond to help us not only as customers, but as humans, ensuring we were taken care of. We weren't just a transaction to them, we were taken care of and made sure we were comfortable until our order arrived. We ended up going another route in order to get something sooner and Ken came down immediately to talk to me about options we had. Cannot emphasize enough, how great this business was, not only with their products, but customer service, and the delivery men were very friendly and put all the furniture together. Excellent work to ALL the crew of Everything Cool and can't wait to do business with them in the future! read more
