Not pleasant experience unfortunately... dead inside and took over 30-40 min to get our food out while having a toddler. Thank goodness I ordered his food ahead so he could eat but by the time our food came out, we had to leave because he was completely finished. We came in on a Tuesday evening around 8pm the place was packed with people we were actually lucky to find a high table next to the kitchen and bathroom which by the way had used paper towels spilling out the door of the women's restroom. Now to the service it was good and so was the food but one of the plates we were given to eat off of was dirty was sayve on it and we were charged for a hot tea that we didn't order so we brought it to the servers attention and it was removed from our bill. We normally go to the one on Power Rd. And Ray so I think we're going to stick to that location. I can say the pizza and tater tots we fantastic. read more

Service was slow which is understandable. The chicken sandwich barely had any avocado as you can see in the pictures. The sliders barely had any meat in them... the pickle slice is almost bigger than the chicken, the beef slider had a tiny piece of cheese and super thin patty. The fries were crispy and delicious but lunch here was just a joke to be honest, we would have gone to jack in the box instead. When you go into Native, you don't expect much but after coming in to the Native at baseline and Greenfield. I was blown away by the amount of care that they had for me. Emily was my server and she did an excellent job and always kept tabs on me and made sure I was accommodated well. Ceaser, the manager Was very thoughtful about the service I was receiving. He constantly came and checked up on me. I will definitely be back to see Ceaser and Emily again! If I was the manager, I would give them a raise just because of their sparkling personalities. I would have to say overall this place is really good to eat. A lot of their sauces are really vinegary. I had the honey hot which was super hot but really good. The native buffalo fries were amazing. Great flavor great everything I would give that a nine out of 10. The only concern I have here our order was messed up twice. My drink order was messed up and my food order was messed up. Also the people next to us had their order messed up. The people in front of us had their order messed up. So I don't know what's going on? If it's the cooks or the servers but you're losing money if this is going on. But for the food I will definitely come back read more

By far one of the worse sports bar in Gilbert. First Native that I have been to for Sunday Football where it's not packed. You can tell why it isn't. Old TVs that don't work. They can't switch channels for games. Staff is rude and not helpful. Food is the same as the other spots. Just sad to see such a nice chain have one bad apple. read more

pizza was very greasy and was like a mini waterfall when picking it up it was so bad I had to use more than 5 napkins to dab off the grease and from the grease it caused it to be soggy which caused my daughter to choke on the breading without the cheese. our sever Laura, wasn't very attentive as our whole family of 8 went without water till the end of our meal. as she was refilling a drink for our table she brought it back and handed it over from behind the booth which wasn't very professional AT ALL it was more rude than anything as the drink could've easily been knocked out of her hand. personally we all won't be returning to dine here moving forward. this place needs more servers and an experienced bar tender as well as the one who was working the bar tonight couldn't serve the alcohol our table had wanted due to not being able to open the keg then she dropped a whole bunch of glasses. again this place is just NOT it. an absolute SHIT SHOW! I received such great customer service on a busy Saturday night! I decided to give this location a visit since its pretty new! We arrived around 7:30 and it was poppin! The layout of the restaurant is weird. You have to see it. The food was great and it came out rather quickly. We ordered our Native usual. 18 Parmesan asiago wings, 2 bacon cheeseburgers and 2 house salads. These house salads were the bombbbbbb! So crispy and fresh!
