Great food. The manager Cesar very helpful and accommodating to our food request! The wait staff and hostess provided great service

Not pleasant experience unfortunately... dead inside and took over 30-40 min to get our food out while having a toddler. Thank goodness I ordered his food ahead so he could eat but by the time our food came out, we had to leave because he was completely finished. Literally packaged our food and left and chef came to apologize but come on. It was dead inside. Very dissatisfied. read more

Our favorite place to eat. There food is so good we make it in once or twice a week. Excellent customer service and the patio is perfect for us we bring our dog Sophie she loves it read more

We came in on a Tuesday evening around 8pm the place was packed with people we were actually lucky to find a high table next to the kitchen and bathroom which by the way had used paper towels spilling out the door of the women's restroom. Now to the service it was good and so was the food but one of the plates we were given to eat off of was dirty was sayve on it and we were charged for a hot tea that we didn't order so we brought it to the servers attention and it was removed from our bill. We normally go to the one on Power Rd. And Ray so I think we're going to stick to that location. I can say the pizza and tater tots we fantastic. read more

This place was the worst food I have ever eaten. Atmosphere was grimy. Terrible. Shocked I didn't get food poisoning.

Awesome service and great food! Always the best go-to place to have good food, a beer, and for a good deal!

The service Sophia provided was excellent! We came in as a group of 32, and we were all very impressed with her.

friendly but poor service & I wouldnt ever go there to eat again but for a beer not bad spot!

Cesar and Emily were one of the greatest servers I've had at Native! They were SO kind and very attentive. Will definitely be back to this location! Thank you all! read more

When I arrived everyone was so friendly. The food was very hot and tasty. The manager was very friendly and my waitress was awesome as well.

My son and I went for our weekly "hangout" night, our waitress, Taylor, was so awesome. She was friendly and fun to talk to, she also was prompt with her food service. The manager came over and gave us a free dessert for coming in! The value of the food was good, and the food was hot and delicious. We always frequent this Native, but tonight, the service was exceptional! read more

Cesar, Sarah, and Jocelyn provided excellent service. The establishment was extremely busy but the three of these people handled our large table with no problem. We will be back as this is the best Native by far! We will be back for the General Tao flavored wings!!! read more

Awesome place! Food was delicious & tasty, service was great, people/staff super friendly! Will definitely be coming again soon!

If I could leave a zero I would. I came here with my family for My birthday dinner and in no way did it meet any of our standards. First we waited at least 20 minutes to even be seen by a server which was Laura. I ordered blue moon but it turned out they had an issue with the keg which I can't get too mad about but was not happy about. Second when the server would give us drinks, instead of handing it at the end of the table to the person in our party she handed it to the person in our party In Between 2 people from behind in our party. I've been to plenty of restaurants and have worked at plenty of them to know that this is NOT how you serve drinks or anything for that matter. We finally end up getting our food to find out later on that they had dropped half of our buffalo fries on the ground so they made us a new one which was confusing. On top of that the pizza we order was the greasiest pizza we've ever had in our lives. We were not once met by or even seen a manager the whole time we were there to apologize about the beer or the fries being dropped. The server didn't care less that any of that happened either. Since it was my birthday I was supposed to get a free chocolate chip cookie with ice cream but because of the terrible service and the terrible food that was being served we just ended up leaving feeling like it wouldn't have been great at all. I don't believe we will ever be back to this location ever again. P.S, go somewhere else!! read more

The food was amazing, one time me and my boyfriend went there for a nice dinner and we were limited on money cause we're young still and we wanted fries but didn't have enough so our waitress gave us one on the house so when I get the money imma gonna go back and give her a big tip. read more

Amazing atmosphere for sports or family dinner. Wonderful service and food was outstanding.

I would have to say overall this place is really good to eat. A lot of their sauces are really vinegary. I had the honey hot which was super hot but really good. The native buffalo fries were amazing. Great flavor great everything I would give that a nine out of 10. The only concern I have here our order was messed up twice. My drink order was messed up and my food order was messed up. Also the people next to us had their order messed up. The people in front of us had their order messed up. So I don't know what's going on? If it's the cooks or the servers but you're losing money if this is going on. But for the food I will definitely come back read more

Ordered delivery. Was craving hot wings and I wanted to give these guys a try because most of the reviews complained about service not food(I should have kept reading) I also ordered a 14 inch pepperoni pizza. The pizza was ok. That's where the two stars come in. The wings get absolutely no stars from me. The lemon pepper tasted like regular wings and the hot wings were soft and soggy even tho I got them extra crispy. Over all, I won't be back. read more

Service was slow which is understandable. The chicken sandwich barely had any avocado as you can see in the pictures. The sliders barely had any meat in them... the pickle slice is almost bigger than the chicken, the beef slider had a tiny piece of cheese and super thin patty. The fries were crispy and delicious but lunch here was just a joke to be honest, we would have gone to jack in the box instead. The kicker is that next to us they were having a photo shoot of one of the burgers for social media. Maybe they could use the pictures we took of our sad food read more

First time coming to Native Grill & Wings. They had great food, amazing service and friendly staff!

When you go into Native, you don't expect much but after coming in to the Native at baseline and Greenfield. I was blown away by the amount of care that they had for me. Emily was my server and she did an excellent job and always kept tabs on me and made sure I was accommodated well. Ceaser, the manager Was very thoughtful about the service I was receiving. He constantly came and checked up on me. I will definitely be back to see Ceaser and Emily again! If I was the manager, I would give them a raise just because of their sparkling personalities. Thank you Emily! It was refreshing having an server that actually cared! read more

The only thing worse than the food is the service. I've been coming here for years but tonight was my last trip. Order food at 6:30, said it would be ready by 7:06. 815 I had to complain to the incompetent front desk girl. She just kept saying we dont have any cooks, were so understaffed. She was equal parts incompetent and ignorant with a dash of inconsiderate for added insult. Ten people waiting on orders and after waiting 90 minutes the order was still wrong! Chicken salad had no chicken and no salad dressing. I want my money back! Do yourself a favor and hit Mellow Mushroom on Stapley for superior food and service. read more

Wonderful food and amazing staff ! always a pleasure to eat here and see staff! I am a big fan of the wings and all the sauce options !

One of the best Philly cheesesteaks I've had!! My server Amber, was very attentive! Will go back again for that Philly!! Yummy!

I received such great customer service on a busy Saturday night! I decided to give this location a visit since its pretty new! We arrived around 7:30 and it was poppin! The layout of the restaurant is weird. You have to see it. The food was great and it came out rather quickly. We ordered our Native usual. 18 Parmesan asiago wings, 2 bacon cheeseburgers and 2 house salads. These house salads were the bombbbbbb! So crispy and fresh! Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and always checked up on us. This will be my native spot from now on! *download the native app and receive a free order of wings! read more

By far one of the worse sports bar in Gilbert. First Native that I have been to for Sunday Football where it's not packed. You can tell why it isn't. Old TVs that don't work. They can't switch channels for games. Staff is rude and not helpful. Food is the same as the other spots. Just sad to see such a nice chain have one bad apple. read more
