Without a word she told us she would provide us with some coupons to make the price for the brochures go down. Was patient asking what we needed and had a wonderfully calm spirit during the whole process. Later today my Mum went to pick up the finalized brochures and inside was a condolences card from her and the staples team. Made me and mom melt. We truly appreciate her attitude, kindness, and help during this time. What a wonderful employee that this location should be very proud of.

At the last minute, I asked for both a red and blue sweatshirt, but the design was for the red - when the writing on the blue wasn't totally clear (although we were still able to give the blue one to my dad).
