A few days later, he called to say it was done. HE CAME BACK TO MY HOUSE and delivered my newly repaired (and cleaned up!) laser printer in TOP SHAPE. WHAT AMAZING SERVICE!! I don't know of ANY business that makes house calls anymore (except plumbers and they charge WAY more than Mike did!). I was VERY impressed. Excellent customer service. No hassles at all. Excellent repair work (it's been cranking out pages like new for a month now). AND, BEST OF ALL, the repair cost was WAY less than getting a new laser printer! I also get my toner from Mike now - he delivers that too - for a price much less than Staples / Office Depot and about the same as the super discount online places, BUT YOU AREN'T DEALING WITH SOME faceless internet company! I highly recommend Mike at Business Equipment Systems for toner or laser printer repairs!

Or at least tell me the name of the thing that I had been calling the "clear plastic cover thingy." To my delight, a human named Al actually picked up the phone! I was expecting to leave a message, maybe have to call back in a few days, etc. But Al picked up the phone, was very affable and extremely helpful! Not only did he help me identify the name of what I needed, he offered to send me a couple in the mail on the house, and even packed the envelope while we were talking! Wow, I mean, that's going over and above the call of duty. Al really made my day with his kindness, and I'm really grateful that he made my search for the window plate so easy.
