At the last minute, I asked for both a red and blue sweatshirt, but the design was for the red - when the writing on the blue wasn't totally clear (although we were still able to give the blue one to my dad). Went to physical location, they said they would get back to me, never did. Kept bugging them and they finally sent a quote, I paid the deposit and asked to schedule a design consult for the new truck, owner said they don't do that. He said he would check to see if I could talk to a designer and again never got back to me. Now their voicemail is full, location is locked most days when I try to stop by. And the owner still isn't responding to me when I asked for my deposit back. One of the worst service failures I've ever experienced. On top of all that, I've recently heard from 3 other of their previous customers that their recent work is garbage. One company had crooked logos on their truck, one was covered in bubbles and another one is starting to peel within a few months. You will get better service and final product literally anywhere else.

Without a word she told us she would provide us with some coupons to make the price for the brochures go down. Was patient asking what we needed and had a wonderfully calm spirit during the whole process. Later today my Mum went to pick up the finalized brochures and inside was a condolences card from her and the staples team. Made me and mom melt.
