I gave him my ideas, and he printed out several versions of what the embroidery would look like. We placed these against the robe so I could see the size and placement and feel completely comfortable before making the final decision. I just picked up the finished robe, and it looks terrific! The embroidery came out exactly as I had hoped. I have no doubt this gift is going to be a big hit. Mark was patient, helpful, and clearly cares about getting things just right. I will absolutely be back to Spectra Color for any embroidery or personalization I need in the future. Highly recommend
