Cat & Cloud is off my radar, but some quick internet research suggests that they are based in Santa Cruz, CA. They have a 4.5 Yelp Star rating. The Answer blends Ethiopian, Colombian and Brazilian. It was balanced and pretty good. I didn't pick up any flavor notes in particular, which may have to with the fact that it was cold brewed rather than hot brewed and then chilled.
