Large pepperoni pizza with black olives
    Colin T.

Ordered from DoorDash July 7th. Got the large cheese pizza with pepperoni and black olives. This is a solid pizza. Great New York Style pizza but without the grease that come from the big pizza chain restaurants. The distribution of sauce and cheese was perfect. The crust has a nice firm texture and isn't too doughy. I actually enjoyed eating the outside crust which isn't always the case with other pizzas. Delivery was prompt and quick, pizza hot and fresh. I highly recommend.

The pizza crust was amazing the toppings were generous and the service was wonderful. On a cold blustery day it was a comfortable temp inside and we were not rushed

If you live in the East Dayton, Beavercreek, Riverside area or hell even Xenia, and you're not coming to this establishment then what are you doing with your life? I'll tell you what you're doing.. you're wasting it. Came here to say yes this is my first time here, and Napolis pizza DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!! Came here for a Stromboli, ended up with a greek salad and a meat lover's pizza and let me tell you the New York style pizza, is spot on authentic to anything you would find in New York. The crust is thin and crispy, zero flop, the ingredients are fresh, you can tell the owners make their food with love ( you can literally taste it in the quality of food. They also have a board where the less fortunate can get a warm delicious meal for free. The owner, Dino, is just about as nice a guy as you ever want to meet. I give this place 100 starts out of 10, do YOURSELF a favor and GET IN HERE, trust me you don't want to miss this gem.

We've visited Napolis a few times now and let me tell you they don't disappoint. We did a side by side comparison to a neaby pizzaria and Napolis looked and tasted better than their competitor. (Please don't judge by the picture below. Napolis on the left had an unfortunate incident where it was it was hot and fresh and a victim of braking incident ). The sauce was better, pepperoni, better, and general overall service better. They truly are customer focused and we really enjoy the atmosphere as well. A few seats if you choose to dine in. We will return over and over.

Taste was outstanding, very cheesy! A little saucy, and a touch doughy but definitely a great pie!

It is a thin crust and I really wanted to like the pizza but it just didn't do anything for me. Restaurant is dated but functional. They are geared to handle big groups so, that is good if you have a group. We also got their Philly Cheesesteak sub and again...just mid. It was a big sandwich for only $9.00 BUT it was like a cheesesteak patty, not broken up like a normal cheesesteak. You had to order your food at one area and then pay for your drinks at another. Girl at the counter was relatively helpful when we ordered but when I needed to ask for silverware the two I asked just somewhat grunted at me that they were "over there" and I had to ask someone else. So, a lot of staff just not engaged staff. So, I can say I tried Marion's but I will most likely not try it again unless someone else is paying and has a strong argument why I should try it again.

Stand ON line (yep, I'm a pesky New Yorker...) and appreciate the semi "well-oiled machine" which is the ordering process here. Unless you're a regular and know exactly what you want, you'd better get a menu, because once it's your turn, you've got a split millisecond to place your order and move aside for the next hungry patron. Service is good/efficient, and you take a step back to wait for your pizza, or attempt to find a table in the HUGE dining area that's AWASH in a SEA of people who seem to appreciate this place a lot more than I did... Go wait on a second line to get your drink and then HOPE you hear you number called for your order. I did NOT hear my number, even though I was standing practically in front of the counter... NOT directly in front, as the harried, overworked cashier (manager?) who begged us not to stand in the most obvious (only available) waiting area. My 9" cheese pizza and "deluxe" dinner salad (no extra veggies that I could see under the MOUND of cheeeese) were "fine," but truly nothing "special." Yep, I'm a NY pizza snob, but I'm willing to try almost anything once, and while the TON of people working here get an A for effort, the HUGE crowd STUFFED into the large, airless dining hall, so-so food and assembly line production are not something I see myself rushing back to experience again. I'm glad the group that I came with gave me the opportunity to see what I'm NOT really missing....

The closest thing I can compare the taste too is perhaps Flying Pizza, but better imo, I'd never go there again tbh and just come here instead. Plus reheatability is pretty legit too with an air fryer. I think they'd make way more bank though if they sold by the slice, but if you're looking for a legit NY style pizza then this is your spot!

When they closed, I was thrilled to hear they reopened in Fairborn, especially since it's right where I live. The first time I tried the Fairborn location, it was everything I remembered and loved. Unfortunately, the quality and flavor have slowly gone downhill since then. It just doesn't have that same authentic taste that made me fall in love with Verona's in the first place, which is disappointing because there aren't many great New York-style pizza options in the Dayton area. I really hope they bring back that original consistency and attention to detail, because when Verona's is at its best, it's unbeatable.

As you can see from the picture, not only were the toppings generous, but they were arranged as if it were for a glamor shot on a cooking show. The pizza was absolutely delicious. This is a very diverse spot, there are people from all kinds of places that come here. The staff here was very nice, accommodating and friendly. They dress really in character. Third one says: She liked the pizza best. She says she loved it. She liked the action figures above the bar. Something about a character in a bunny costume. Youngest says this: I like the sprite and the pizza. The waiter gave her an anime sticker. It's an anime kitty with hearts. My sweetie says not to ask her because she's really into anime like her daughters are. She did like that they had Coca-Cola including Coke zero. Overall, 5 stars for food and drink, 0.0 stars for service, and -1 stars for adding a "Large Party"…read moreservice fee when there were only 2 of us. My son, an anime fan, and I went to Izakaya last Sunday afternoon. We wanted a table, but were told that every table was reserved (even though there were plenty of empty tables). I was pleased that this new and unique restaurant was so popular. We sat at the bar and after 15 minutes flagged down one of the two people tending bar for a menu. After almost 20 minutes after closing our menus, I again flagged down a server to take our order. My son had two exotic looking drinks that he found delicious. Our pizzas were very good, although be careful about the toppings as they can really run up the cost. We saw amazing Korean corn dogs and noodle dishes coming out of the kitchen, so we well be sure to try them next time. I highly recommend examining your check carefully. First of all, cheese for your pizza is $1 extra, shredded chicken is $3 extra. My son's two drinks were $23. I didn't notice the "Large Party" fee of $10.83 until I had already paid the bill. How 2 people constitute a "Large Party" is beyond me. And to add insult to injury, checking out on their app, I was asked to tip, and I did! Mind you, the service was deplorable. We didn't receive silverware or napkins. I had two tissues in my pocket so we used those as napkins.
