The pizza is fresh and handmade, the only downside is that the pizza tends to be very greasy, and sometimes inconsistent. The service here is amazing. The first time I went to this establishment, there was a bit of a wait for the food. While this didn't pose a problem for me and I didn't feel inclined to complain, they gave me a gift card as an apology. This demonstrates that this business deeply cares about their service and quality. Especially because nobody had even made a comment about the wait time. Old scratch is a cozy little place, excellent for big groups or family gatherings. Their menus are excellently designed. All of their graphic design choices are very intentional and gorgeous. Unfortunately, it is a pizza place that does chicken, and their pizza is mediocre at best.
