I ended up adding garlic and Italian seasoning to it, and that helped a bit. The calzone was supposed to contain chicken and it only had the veggies, no chicken. So a 33% for my first visit I guess. About as authentic as New York style pizza as it gets. The only thing that could make it better would be a coal oven. The crust is thin and crisp like you would expect. The sauce is as authentic as it gets. The owner is a true gentleman and treats his guests like friends. My only complaint is lack of seating. Lately I've been on a pepperoni pizza craving and it's always made and cooked to perfection. It warms up nicely too, if you need to reheat it, and doesn't become gummy or tough. Our delivery guy got pulled over on the way to our house, so I was prepared for the pizza crust to be tough. 10 minutes in the oven to warm it up and the crust was amazing!
