Amazing as always glad there back in Ohio !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The last couple of times I got pizza, it had pieces of onion on it. I order sausage pizza, so it is not complicated. How the onion gets on there is beyond me. I am allergic to onion. Complete carelessness. read more

I grew up in Trotwood & the Godfather's on Main Street (Trotwood) was THE place to hangout after football games. Of Outback in those days, the name of the game was seeing & being same. That they had the best deep-dish pizza (while still hot) was a bonus. I thought they all went out of businesses around '87 or so. It was great to find this location near the Dayton Mall. I regaled my wife of stories of high school glory (Al Bundy style) as we ate. The pizza is not as deep or hot as I remembered, but the service was great & the trip down memory lane was priceless. I will definitely stop at this location every time I come back to Dayton now. read more

I have not eaten here since I was 19 , and now, I am 50. I discovered why. I ordered delivery last night, and the crust was awful. Also, I had maybe on a small pizza five pieces of pepperoni. I would recommend not eating here for the prices. read more

Ok , finally went. Asked my phone , what's for dinner and it recommended godfathers pizza. Thin crust pepperoni Italian sausage black olives . . Going back for a deep dish. Workers were good and dining room was clean 30 minutes away but most everywhere is 30 minutes away Give it a try read more

Ordered carry out. This time was a surprise. The crust was just not up to par. Have gotten here before and was excellent. The crust was flat and ingredients separated from edge. Love this pizza but this puts a damper on future considerations. This was at the Miamisburg location. read more

Went today to the Godfathers Pizza on Springboro Pike .... Got there at 12:15 Door was locked ... It was advertised they would be open at noon starting today ..for lunch ... I saw someone inside - I called - they stated the dining room isn't open until 4. The site states noon also ... It wasn't .... read more

We were excited to try this pizza place but we were disappointed. After ordering the pizza it said the delivery time was 10:08... the pizza arrived at almost 10:30. The pizza couldn't even be classified as warm. We asked and paid for extra sauce and this pizza had almost none at all. Definitely won't be ordering from this place again. read more

I loved Godfathers as a kid. Thick pan Chicago-Style deliciousness. Fun family atmosphere. Our recent trip to the Miamisburg Godfathers was nothing like I remembered. The pizza was terrible. It had all the taste and texture of a bad frozen pizza. It came out super fast, which leads me to believe they are just popping pre-made cardboard pizzas into the oven. There are so many GREAT pizza options in this area: Marion's, Piscenello's, A&Gs, Ron's . . . Why would we ever eat here again? read more

We got our pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage. It had way too much salt - only ate it because I was starving. Service was good. read more

Ordered online for a specific time of delivery over an hour later. 20 minutes after it should have been delivered we called and they said it had been delivered. We live in a small condo front door 3 feet from my chair. We checked and it was there but no one rang our bell or knocked. It was cold and had to be reheated in the microwave. The store was not apologetic because it was delivered which is the end of their obligation. Won't go back to that store. They use door dash but should be liable for the delivery. Please pay attention to this review. Maybe they will care more for their customers in the future read more

Best pizza I ever hade I loved their pizza and enjoy the manger he was nice and the employees are nice and respect me like a normal person I complemented the manger give me free monkey bread and employe Mohamed Jumi is a cute hard worker I enjoy this place I hope I can come back give a big tip probably get that employe number he was hot read more

I love pizza. But, let's just say, all pizza is not the same. There are some that are too greasy, overcooked, too doughy, not doughy enough, not great ingredients, too salty, etc. So many things can go wrong with a great pizza. But, over and over again, Godfather's Pizza offers the best and most delicious pizza ever. I'm never disappointed. I'm always excited to go to the Dayton Mall area so we can stop there for a slice of pie. The Dayton Mall location isn't the same as the Huber Heights location, but equally wonderful. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help with anything needed. The place is always clean and taken great care of. It's a great place for couples and a great place for families or groups. read more

Great customer service. They were able to accommodate our 35 person bus lot of people. We ordered ahead for pickup, and ate on the grassy field behind the store. Ice cold water, and a great attitude And a really good pizza. Thank you for being there and helping us, as compared to some your other high named competitors. Boy Scout Troop 237 read more

Godfather's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Dayton, Ohio

Godfathers pizza is a nostalgic place we used to have these in Cincinnati over 20 years ago or longer. I was so glad to still know they existed in the Dayton area. The pizza was good but the quantity has changed over the years. The pizza can only be purchased as a small medium or large no slices available, the slices seemed to be smaller than I remember. I will say Godfathers pizza is still a good fresh pizza. It will be great for them to stick around for many years to come. If your in the Dayton area do yourself a favor and stop in for the Godfather's experience. read more

This is a new location near my house, but I've had Godfather's once before and thought it was good. We rarely eat pizza out now that my husband taught himself how to make pizza and has a steel pizza plate to cook on. Also I have a diary allergy so I can't eat a lot of diary anymore, which makes going out for pizza really hard. We ran to the Home Depot for some things and decided to stop here and grab lunch. With this place being brand new, it is really nice and clean inside. The staff was polite and nice. They were on top of taking the dirty dishes from us and asking if we needed anything. My husband is boring so we just got a medium cheese pizza, the garlic bread, and two drinks. I think the overall price for what I got was way too expensive. The pizza is just ok and the garlic bread was like Texas Toast I could get at the grocery store. Maybe you have to try other types of pizza's for it to worth the price, but I found the food to just be really plain. read more

When it comes to pizza and salad and service. I have to say kudos to the godfather. The moment you walk on the door you are greeted wits smile. Ordered a classic combo, chef salad, and two diet colas. $36.96. We are it there. We sat down ate our salad with pepperoni , ham, broccoli , carrots, tomatoes, onions, all of the dressing you want. Plus a mixture of cheeses. When the gentleman brought out the heavenly creation. It was hot. The server came by at least 2 times and asked if they could bring us anything. The third time they brought a Togo box and two free refills of the diet soda. I'm telling you we have been there at least a dozen times. What a great little secret. read more

The reviews for this place are not good and I really don't understand why? Our Food was amazing we ordered the Supreme pizza it was filled with so many toppings and it tasted AMAZING, we also ordered garlic bread with cheese it was so light and delicious not heavy at all. The staff was so nice and helpful and it's a very clean restaurant. We've been Four times and every time it's been the same, Amazing food, Great Service and a super clean restaurant. read more

I'm from Youngstown Ohio which is full of local awesome pizza shops. Moved here not long ago and heard about this place. First reaction was it was so expensive as hell. It was $50 for a medium pizza 6 beers and small cheese sticks. One of the best pizzas I've ever had tho honestly. Huge crust. Cheese was really good quality. read more

Pros: 1) Very tasty pizza, medium to thick crust, not too thick. Toppings were very good quality, loads of cheese. I have to be honest, this was the best thicker type pizza I've had in a long time. I love how they put full strips of bacon on the meat lovers pizza, crispy and quite scrumptious. 2) big salad was very good too, not the best, but very good. Lots of ham cheese and mushrooms. 3) Pop? it's pop, free refills. We had a pitcher. CONS: 1) Price!!!!!!!!! 2 large Pizzas, 1 salad, and 5 drinks. $64.00. Granted we could have eaten at pizza hut for less than 40 bucks, probably less than 30 bucks really. This Pizza was far superior in my opinion, but would I go here in stead of a cheaper place? I don't know, I could pick 2 large ones up at PH or Dominoes for 25 bucks anytime... We splurged this time and was not disappointed. 4 pieces and I was over stuffed. If the price of a large was 5 bucks cheaper I'd give it 5 stars. read more

The pizza was good, and well prepared, but $20 for a 12" is too steep to come very often. read more

Godfather's Pizza - 3 screens with sports. - Pizza Near Me - Dayton, Ohio

Stopped and bought three slices and within 15 minutes of eating them I was sick to my stomach. This is not the godfathers you remember. It's really like speedway window pizza. read more

This place is awful. My husband, daughter & i were excited when this new location opened because we have never tried Godfather's pizza before. We were super disappointed. First off, when we walked in the girls behind the counter were incredibly rude, awful & not helpful. I wanted to leave right off the bat, my husband said to just give it a chance while we are already here. We ordered a large one topping pizza and an order of garlic bread. The food was ok. I wasn't impressed. I have heard nothing but good things about their pizza & don't really understand what all the hype is about. Plus it was pretty exspensive. We will not be back. If i could give a negative score, i would. read more

Yes it's Godfather's, but still not like the Huber Heights location, or Indiana locations for that matter. You order and pay as soon as you walk in the door, so know what you want. There is no salad bar at this location. It's basically a slightly larger version of the Sugarcreek location. Feels very cold and sterile in the dining room. The pizza is still pretty good, but the execution is kinda rough. Seeing as they just opened, there is always hope. I miss the old Chillicothe, Ohio location that had the pizza and salad buffet. Hopefully Godfather's revisits their roots. read more

Very clean place on the inside, super nice staff. We ordered the jumbo and it was insanely big. Fed three of us and still had half a pizza left. The pizza had quality toppings, and was really good. I highly recommend giving them a try. read more

Love their Taco Pizza. Since they have opened this location when in the mood for a taco pizza this is the only place to get one, but get it with the original buttery crust. Fresh dough and plenty of toppings. Manager is nice and friendly. Staff is all smiles from the moment you come it to the moment you leave. read more

After having to wait longer than expected and told to, we were surprised and pleased to think that they had given us bread sticks as an apology. It was only upon getting home that we learned that they had given us the wrong order and we had to bring everything back to them and get our now cold order and only a "sorry" to make up for their mistake. This pizza is not cheap, not by a long shot. The pizza itself was eh, I've easily had better. So not only do we have to pay an arm and a leg for what we thought was going to be great hot pizza, but Instead we have to travel up there twice to get pizza going on cold with only a "sorry" to make up for it. Bad customer service, bad service, mediocre, cold, and lighter wallet. I highly doubt that I will ever be eating here again, and I encourage you to think twice before you do. read more

Really thick pizza with lots of toppings. We ordered a jumbo Classic Combo, which feeds about 5. Probably around $25 but its a lot of pizza. Service was good, drinks were free refills. Nice place with a few flat screens on the walls as well. Booth was comfortable. read more

Food is always fresh and hot. Staff is friendly and service is fast. It is just overpriced and I was told they don't offer specials or else I'd give 5 stars read more

I have been very happy to have a Godfather's back in town since they opened, and have ate there many times since. However, this year they have raised the prices and the cheese and toppings are getting skimpy. This caused my latest pizza to taste like plain bread because the crust overpowered everything else due to there not being much else. Not a good move when you are already overpriced. Please do not assume your customers are dumb and will not notice business practices such as these, you will be quickly forgotten if you do. read more

Excellent pizza. Great service from the kids that work there. Please is simple clean and nice. Go there for some good food.

Classic Combo is a pizza you can't refuse! Nice to see a home town pizza joint from Omaha in Ohio! Their Taco pizza is in my opinion the best Mexican style pizza you can get! Try it on thin, you won't be disappointed. read more

Wish I could say something good but all I can say is #%^* this place I have been going there for several years to all locations eating my pizza the same way & now that there's a mistake in my order the general manager wants to argue with me that his pizza is made as advertised instead of just saying sir we can make this right one man don't stop the show but I am #%^*ing done with GOD FATHERS read more

I had ordered a Veggie Pie. I got it home. Okay, yes it was hot, but was flavorless. They dice up everything. So the veggie flavors are lost in all the cheese. Also the dough was not cooked through. It tasted terrible. I like a crisp crust on my pizza and because the dough was under-cooked it left the crust soft and chewy. I only could get one slice down. Such a shame to pay $27.99 and not be able to eat it. read more

Used to eat this pizza every Friday night 30 some years ago. Got the Large Classic Combo just like I did back then and it was exactly the same! I was so happy! Best pizza ever! read more
