Deep Dish - Large - Pepperoni

Deep dish pizza was okay. My partner likes it. I'm not a big fan of the crust. We got takeout and it was cold despite coming a few minutes before recommended. The place is a little dark, but has great discounts for Wright State students.

It's not Chicago but it satisfied my craving for deep dish pizza. The restaurant was clean, the service was fantastic, and the food was excellent.

Be prepared to wait. I could see the wait if it was busy or ordering the deep dish pizza. However this was not the case we ordered calamari as an appetizer which was very good cooked perfectly and not chewy with banana peppers and marinara. Small salad also it looks small coming out but packed with protein and very good the honey mustard dressing is light and refreshing and the Italian beef which was a great size and pretty good not exactly like a Chicago style but close the auju was really salty. Great parking, great size dining area, and plenty of restrooms with changing tables if needed for babies. The staff was friendly just the food comes out very slow and only 4 other families was dining in at the time.

The pizza did not have any flavor . Waitress was nice though. The sweet teas was not sweet. And I know sweet cause I got diabetes and it didn't affect me at all. SENDING HATE FROM THE PARKING LOT

Not my favorite Giordano's location. The pizza came out warm, as opposed to steaming and burn your face off hot, which led to a weak cheese pull. I need the burn the face off hot in my life Pizza. That being said, the pizza is very flavorful. Also recommend getting a family style salad as you wait for your pizza, as you'll wait about 40 minutes for the deep dish to be ready. Giordano's, when cooked right, can't be beaten when it comes to pizza. Deep dish is supreme! The flavor of the pizza is excelelnt.

So not a big Chicago style pizza fan but I always like to try new things. Had the individual lunch special and it was really good. The waitress explained how different t the small and regular pies were and the longer wait time for larger pies. The staff was helpful and super friendly. 45 minutes to cook is a long time but I will try them next time. Good place to

Deep dish pizza (pepperoni and extra cheese inside) and then 1/2 with black olives, as well. SO good!!

Great deep dish pizza and great service. Our server told us to be prepared to wait the 45 mins for the deep dish since they were made to order-- but it was a well worth the wait! It was crispy, gooey and delicious! Highly recommend-- but do bring your phone, or a book bc it will be a wait. Also! If you want an appetizer definitely get their house made cheesy garlic bread. It's SOOOOOOO good! We will def return!

I love Giordanos in Chicago, so I was excited to see an Ohio location! I tried to order ahead online, but it kept booting me out, so I called the business number and they were really nice about just taking my order by phone! I got a deep dish of course, which requires significantly more time, but it was ready as promised. I arrived to pickup my order and it was easy to find the take out area. The restaurant itself is large and very nice with a decent bar and patio as well. Multiple staff members greeted me in my time there. I got a small build your own deep dish which was perfect. The crust was done right, the sauce was good, plenty of cheese and the veggies had a nice flavor and freshness. I also ordered a chopped salad. I LOVE Chi chopped salad as they include pasta in it, but id never had it from Gios. Their version was delicious and I could have straight been drinking the honey mustard dressing. YaY for a Beavercreek Giordanos!

It's sort of like a tavern style with thin crust, minimal sauce, and toppings all the way to the edge. It's cut party style into rectangles/squares. This location was huge! The decor was old-school and the prices were as well - beer was super cheap! You order pizza at one counter and all your drinks at the next counter. They will call out your pizza order number over the speaker when it's ready. We got a large size supreme pizza to share and a couple drinks from their cooler. The pizza came out and I was intrigued. The sausage was definitely a strange texture... it looked like worms and didn't have a strong flavor, but overall I did like this pizza. It's similar to others of this style that I've had before, but I guess it's not for everyone. I don't think I'd need to get it again, but I'm glad we tried it!

It is a thin crust and I really wanted to like the pizza but it just didn't do anything for me. Restaurant is dated but functional. They are geared to handle big groups so, that is good if you have a group. We also got their Philly Cheesesteak sub and again...just mid. It was a big sandwich for only $9.00 BUT it was like a cheesesteak patty, not broken up like a normal cheesesteak. You had to order your food at one area and then pay for your drinks at another. Girl at the counter was relatively helpful when we ordered but when I needed to ask for silverware the two I asked just somewhat grunted at me that they were "over there" and I had to ask someone else. So, a lot of staff just not engaged staff. So, I can say I tried Marion's but I will most likely not try it again unless someone else is paying and has a strong argument why I should try it again.

But, while you're in the area, you need to eat. We were looking for Italian, and the Yelp reviews led us here. It's a small not-a-chain Italian restaurant. The ambiance isn't why you go, it's the great food! I say that because there are only 3 tables inside that can seat 4 or 5 people maximum. And it's not fancy looking. But the pizza was excellent. My adult daughter declared it was the best pizza she'd had in a couple of decades. And she's a picky eater. We all enjoyed the pizza. A especially nice touch is that they have a bulletin board where people have pre-paid for meals for people who can't afford to eat. If you are in that situation, you walk in, choose a receipt, and take it to the counter to get your free meal. It obviously hadn't been abused, as there were at least a dozen pre-paid receipts there. We really liked that community service aspect. But the only reason I'm writing this review (after the fact; sorry I didn't get photos) is that the pizza was great and the cost was also great. We highly recommend them!

Service is simply impeccable and the family owned business and passion is demonstrated in everything from the ordering process to the actual quality of the food. Now, getting to the food, the portions are quite hearty, food is priced incredibly well. We ordered two types of pasta - the baked ziti and the chicken Alfredo. Both were incredibly fresh and delicious. We ate our leftovers for days and the quality was still great, food still tasted fresh. We got salad and that was just filled with fresh ingredients, it's very rare for a salad to pull you in, but this one just looked so good you had to have some. They gave plenty of dressing too. Just absolutely so good, you know they can't be that good if you're trying to keep a diet, but you can't help but want more. This place is not far out of Dayton, I want everyone to know about it! My son, an anime fan, and I went to Izakaya last Sunday afternoon. We wanted a table, but were told that every table was reserved (even though there were plenty of empty tables). I was pleased that this new and unique restaurant was so popular. We sat at the bar and after 15 minutes flagged down one of the two people tending bar for a menu. After almost 20 minutes after closing our menus, I again flagged down a server to take our order. My son had two exotic looking drinks that he found delicious. Our pizzas were very good, although be careful about the toppings as they can really run up the cost. We saw amazing Korean corn dogs and noodle dishes coming out of the kitchen, so we well be sure to try them next time. I highly recommend examining your check carefully. First of all, cheese for your pizza is $1 extra, shredded chicken is $3 extra. My son's two drinks were $23. I didn't notice the "Large Party" fee of $10.83 until I had already paid the bill. How 2 people constitute a "Large Party" is beyond me. And to add insult to injury, checking out on their app, I was asked to tip, and I did! Mind you, the service was deplorable. We didn't receive silverware or napkins. I had two tissues in my pocket so we used those as napkins.
