Walked in today and didn't get a hello, just a "picking up." From the female. Walked in with $10 extra for a tip and didn't want to leave any of it for the customer service. do not order here. they cancelled my entire order after I waited for 2 hours because they didn't have the drink item that I ordered. instead of providing the rest of the order (pizza and wings) they just cancelled the whole thing and didn't notify anyone. read more

Decent hand tossed pizza with alot of sauce. Nice young guy at the counter. I noticed the register countertop wasn't cleaned and asked if he could maybe wipe that area up as it looked quite unappetizing. He said the hand sanitizer was out too but thanked me for the feedback. I came back about 15 minutes later to pick up the pizza and the register area was still a mess. Two young people were working and no other customers were there both times I came in. If staff can't bother to maintain a 3 foot countertop, what would you think is going on in the kitchen.? Not impressed. Will try them once more to checkout the deep dish. read more

Love jets pizza but this location could have better customer service. ordered 2 pizza one pepperoni and one bacon ranch, I get home after waiting 30 minutes or longer for our food and they were both pepperoni. Our child doesn't eat pepperoni so it was very frustrating! they didn't bother answering our calls or even attempted to make it right! won't be coming to this location. when you pay over $14 per pizza, you'd expect to get your correct order. read more

A jets pizza commercial came up on TV so I decided to order one for pick I ordered the Detroit style pizza with three toppings for pick up It was ready on time god at home thought it was kind of tasty but boy was it dry. I don't think I would try another one read more

Tonight is Pizza Cheat Meal Night. Then, then you are met with the audacity of what the Jets Pizza App has to offer. The audacity of what it has to offer in the world of great Apps of the new roaring 20's. Like the great Dominos Pizza App & many others like it. Gotta love the delivery tracker, am I right? Now don't mix my emotions or assume my future, I will cherish my Buffalo Ranch Chicken Deep Dish Pizza with extra ranch on the side with every bite. Not sure what happened to this pizza place. Placed an online order for pickup - pick up was 6:20 and although they could see the order it wasn't ready had to wait an additional 45 minutes in the store for my order. Just a bunch of young kids fooling around no adult management around- 0 customer service - no apology - nothing. There are a ton of pizza places- if you want to compete you need to provide ar least a minimum of customer service. read more

Great thick pizza with a buttery crust. My go to pizza in Springboro. Good pizza, great price, and friendly service. Consistently good.

My go to pizza place lately. Thick, crunchy, buttery detroit style pizza. They don't skimp on the toppings or cheese, and whenever I pick up, the pizza is always fresh and delicious. I personally order with light sauce, as they put it on heavy handed, but that's my own personal taste. The New York style pizza is pretty good too if you want something with less crust. The pizza tends to be a little pricier than other places nearby, but I always get a pretty good amount for my money, not to mention my order is always right and it's always ready when they say it will be. read more
