Ordered and arrived, told it would be a couple minutes, manager asked for my name and they figured my pizza wasn't even made! I went outside and in a few minutes it was made very fast. The manager gave me my order with body language of knowing they screwed up and didn't offer anything compensation. Got home, opened the box and it was a sloppy pizza and wasn't baked all the way. Everyone has a bad day but every other order from this location screws it up! Who is the district manager? Do they even care? Never order from this location. Every other location is great. read more

This used to be our go to place for a good pizza but we have not been there for a while but if a location in Middletown had not opened up, the five or ten minute drive was worth the drive. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The inside space is small but I don't remember waiting long an order read more

Ive been disappointed far too many times not just by this location but Jets pizza as a whole.. when this pizza is made well its some really enticing comfort food but for the last year-year and a half it has been: Overcooked, undercooked, delivered late, delivered soggy, and most of all.... Every time it is overpriced, even at its best. 2/10 read more

Walked in today and didn't get a hello, just a "picking up." From the female. Walked in with $10 extra for a tip and didn't want to leave any of it for the customer service. Got home and I ordered ranch with my salad, instead got Italian and the chicken was rock hard crunchy. Scared me so I just tossed it. It's 11:30 on a Friday, do better. read more

Very soggy, too much sauce and not much cheese. Ordered slices, just wasn't fully cooked. I will try again since service was great. read more

do not order here. they cancelled my entire order after I waited for 2 hours because they didn't have the drink item that I ordered. instead of providing the rest of the order (pizza and wings) they just cancelled the whole thing and didn't notify anyone. read more

Never disappoints. I love introducing people to Jet's because they are always happy no matter what we order. But the BBQ chicken with jalapeños? The best. Never had an issue with delivery or accuracy of order. read more

Decent hand tossed pizza with alot of sauce. Nice young guy at the counter. I noticed the register countertop wasn't cleaned and asked if he could maybe wipe that area up as it looked quite unappetizing. He said the hand sanitizer was out too but thanked me for the feedback. I came back about 15 minutes later to pick up the pizza and the register area was still a mess. Two young people were working and no other customers were there both times I came in. If staff can't bother to maintain a 3 foot countertop, what would you think is going on in the kitchen.? Not impressed. Will try them once more to checkout the deep dish. read more

Jet's Pizza - Register area - Pizza Near Me - Springboro, Ohio

Pizza took 3.5 hrs to be delivered. Pizza tasted horrible!Do not recommend. Get your Pizza somewhere else.

Love jets pizza but this location could have better customer service. ordered 2 pizza one pepperoni and one bacon ranch, I get home after waiting 30 minutes or longer for our food and they were both pepperoni. Our child doesn't eat pepperoni so it was very frustrating! they didn't bother answering our calls or even attempted to make it right! won't be coming to this location. when you pay over $14 per pizza, you'd expect to get your correct order. read more

A jets pizza commercial came up on TV so I decided to order one for pick I ordered the Detroit style pizza with three toppings for pick up It was ready on time god at home thought it was kind of tasty but boy was it dry. I don't think I would try another one read more

The Detroit style deep dish pizza is awesome! Perfectly baked and delicious! The pizza was hot and ready when we arrived and on time as promised. Staff were very friendly. read more

Fresh fast affordable and fun to eat. In today's world of you cannot find good customer service I felt the ordering process and delivery was smooth and professional read more

Love the Detroit style pizza/crust and LIVE for their ranch. Usually quick and fairly priced.

Not sure what happened to this pizza place. Placed an online order for pickup - pick up was 6:20 and although they could see the order it wasn't ready had to wait an additional 45 minutes in the store for my order. Just a bunch of young kids fooling around no adult management around- 0 customer service - no apology - nothing. There are a ton of pizza places- if you want to compete you need to provide ar least a minimum of customer service. read more

Thin crust pizza was really good as well as the hand tossed. Wasn't a huge fan of the breadsticks or jalapeño cheese sauce. Service was good and fast delivery. read more

We used to order from here all the time. Not sure what happened. The food was more than a half hour late and ice cold. For the price they charge, it should have been made right. Called and was hung up on twice. Never again. So many other options and much cheaper! read more

Great thick pizza with a buttery crust. My go to pizza in Springboro. Good pizza, great price, and friendly service. Consistently good.

I really enjoyed the cheese pizza. The crust was thick and full. I felt that the atmosphere in the store was incredible and lively. The workers were extremely friendly and I felt they actually cared for my well being. read more

If you like a thick Sicilian pizza crust, this is for you. Excellent pizza and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

My go to pizza place lately. Thick, crunchy, buttery detroit style pizza. They don't skimp on the toppings or cheese, and whenever I pick up, the pizza is always fresh and delicious. I personally order with light sauce, as they put it on heavy handed, but that's my own personal taste. The New York style pizza is pretty good too if you want something with less crust. The pizza tends to be a little pricier than other places nearby, but I always get a pretty good amount for my money, not to mention my order is always right and it's always ready when they say it will be. read more
