We were in town for a concert and there are not many options for close by food. There was parking right in front. We both got a small pizza, which we liked. We were starving when we got there since we had gotten up early in prep for the 2 hour drive. We skipped breakfast. I wanted the nachos to start, but there was a charge to add the salsa on the side. I can't eat tomatoes so was annoyed with the upcharge. We went with the wings. We should have skipped since they came out with the pizza and were mostly burnt on the back sides and were dry. The crust was excellent. The pizza took longer to make than I think it should have. I ordered on a Monday or Tuesday night around 630pm- so in fairness, maybe they were slammed? The toppings were moderate. I really wanted ricotta on my pizza. I know they have it in house because they offer it on the calzone. They refused to put ricotta on a pizza for me. I don't know what sort of pizza place is opens for as long as this one but can't figure out how to put spreadable cheese on a pizza. The price was high too. In my opinion Sarah's could charge a couple dollars less and open up on their willingness to dump anything they have in house onto a pizza. So friends (Veterans) ordered pizza from here tonight to be delivered to my place. 4 of my dogs (3 were service dogs) went out while they delivered the pizza. They barked like dogs do but none were attacking the driver by any means. 10 minutes later we get a phone call telling us the driver now has PTSD and they will never deliver here again. I waited a while before deciding to go talk to the manager. I drove up and was ignored for quite some time prior to being treated like crap while trying to discuss it. I attempted to explain that I didn't mind him calling my dogs unruly but him diagnosing the driver with PTSD was disrespectful to those of us that have it. He proceeded to explain that he knows all about it cause he has family members that served inVietnam. Really!!!! I am a gulf war vet however the guy with me is a Vietnam Veteran. Then the F bomb was dropped a lot. Needless to say my family will no longer be spending money at the Brookville branch of this pizza place. read more

Poor service. Was given the wrong order (which was similar to my order) and then got home and they had called twice for me to return the order. I had to go back up and get my correct order. They had charged me incorrectly and the worker (possibly the manager) made me pay a $3 dollar difference (which I did). Sarah's Pizza is by far the best around! The fact that it's locally owned makes it even better! We normally have the two delivery guys, Nathan and Justin I think are their names, and they are great! The service was great and the food was good. I had to use the restroom and in order to get there I had to walk by the pizza oven. Not very safe! Had probably the most expensive pizza on Sunday evening that I've ever had. An 18 inch pizza from Sarah's in Brookville that ended up costing me $46. Yep, $46 for 1 pizza. Here's why. The pizza actually came to $22.79. I gave a tip, bringing the total to $26. Maybe not a great tip, but not bad. Here's the kicker. They called me about an hour after we got the pizza claiming that I had paid them with a bad $20 and wanted me to give them another $20 to cover it. They didn't bother to call the police to report the bad bill. I have no way to determine if the bill actually came from me. The way they presented this to me I felt pretty backed into a corner. Rather than pushing back, I caved, which probably wasn't one of my smarter moves. So, $46 pizza. Now, on the other side of the coin, I'd have to say that Sarah's has lost a customer. I did what Sarah's should have done themselves, and called to report the incident. The officer taking the report found this to be a rather strange situation, also mentioning that it really was Sarah's responsibility to report the counterfeit bill. I have ate at all of the Sarah's Pizza's and this one is the worst. Their toppings on their super deluxe were skimpy and their cheese sticks were almost burnt. This was the only branch that did not coupon. On top of everything, their customer service was terrible. Save your money and go to one of the other branches. read more

I'm from West Alexandria and the food at that location is way better, but it's still Sarah's and I still love the mashed potato pizza. The subs aren't as good as they are at the WA location, actually I won't even order them anymore from Bville. But the pizza is still good! Love the super deluxe!! read more
