Fish is Warm. I got 3 different types of Nigiri (sushi they call here) so trash. Old and warm. The rolls tasted like King Soopers Rolls. Honestly it's only rated well because it's the only one near. I'm pretty sure the mountain town of Evergreen appreciates this restaurant tremendously. This quaint sushi place attracts mostly families. When I stopped here a few to get me something quick to eat before my side gig at a business nearby several weeks ago, the place was quite busy with mostly families. I don't know if I can completely agreed with the near perfect ratings (5 star) as I didn't find the quality of sushi "great", this place at least has good workers that care about businesses that draw in daily. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted. Once I placed my order (after perusing the sushi and the regular menus), a man (not the lady who took my order) walked over to me from the kitchen and placed a glass of water in front of me even though I didn't ask for it. What a kind gesture this was! Despite the fact that the restaurant was somewhat busy, it didn't take too long before my food came out of the kitchen. Hence the service is polite and quick here. I got... 1) Hamachi and Tuna sashimi; didn't taste super fresh but not bad. 2) Kurobuta sausages; okay-ish, nothing spectacular. 3) Abocado roll and eel hand roll; decent and yet the nori of the eel hand roll was bit soggy where I got the impression that the roll simply sat on the kitchen counter for a while. The unagi itself (however) tasted okay. I'm glad that I got to try this restaurant. Unfortunately I do not understand the high rating for this place. I loved the atmosphere and the workers were extremely nice, but it seems like the locals really prop this place up to be something it's not. We spent $50 for maybe a total of 15 pieces of sushi which were significantly less quality than what we are used to even just down south. The rice was not as expected and honestly for as little sushi as we got for the price and the quality I cannot give more than 2 star's sadly. Cute place but I cannot recommend it. read more

Once you find the restaurant, it is clean and cool inside. The service was pretty quick. And we enjoyed our lunch. The tonkotsu broth is actually very delicious if you're around Evergreen & would like something hot. I am from California visiting my son and we had dinner at Nana Sushi Thai and experienced really great food and service. It was wonderful to speak with one of the owners who are from Thailand. We are use to getting really good food in California so our standards are high and Nana Sushi met the mark! So glad there is a great place for us to come back to.
