Their Tom Kha soup is seriously next-level -- creamy, flavorful, and a little thicker than most versions I've had, but honestly, I love it that way. It's comforting and so satisfying, especially on a chilly mountain day. The wontons are always delicious -- crispy, flavorful, and a perfect little add-on to any meal. Service is super quick and friendly, whether you're dining in or picking up takeout. Portions are solid, but I do wish they included a bit more rice with to-go orders (especially if you're sharing or stretching it into leftovers). We've been craving Thai food for ages but the only local to us restaurant is in Golden and we refuse to patronize that business. We got takeout, see the attached photo of the many dishes we ordered and we loved all of it, it was fresh, hot, and so tasty. Is it real authentic Thai food, don't know, never been there. We ate a lot of Thai when we lived in CA for many years and I believe that was about as close as you'll get to authentic in the states, and for us, Beau Thai was equally tasty. The thing about Thai food that tantalizes my taste buds and makes me look forward to just about every meal I have from that beautiful country, full of beautiful people, is that it is abundant and rich with flavor. That is not the case at Beau Thai. I am not sure if they are trying to appeal to a segment of America, which is not used to flavorful food or if they are just not actually Thai, but the food is literally flavorless. The dishes that my family had were pretty diverse we had Tom Yum soup, the children's fried rice, chicken, basil, tofu, pad, Thai, drunken noodles, with tofu, and Satay chicken. The only thing that was passable was the satay and only barely so in that the chicken was very tough, despite there being some flavor. I didn't even know a flavorless pad Thai was possible. I am kind of sad in these challenging economic times that I spent $75 at this location. I will not be coming back and I usually do not post such harsh reviews, but truly that is how bad it was. read more

We traveled from Texas to see the scenery and enjoy Colorado! We were looking for a good place to have lunch and drove in to Evergreen to have lunch here. The food was delicious. We enjoyed Tom Kha soup (pot), I had combination fried rice (I really liked the fact they removed the tail shell from the shrimp, my wife had Mixed Seafood stir fry and my daughter had the yellow curry. I love Beau Thai Evergreen! I frequently crave the chicken pad Thai and visit a couple times a month. The hot tea is great, nice hot sake, and service is always prompt. All the staff is so kind and attentive. My food always arrives very quickly. It's so nice to be able to order online in advance as well. Well we hadn't been here in a while. We were hoping the food had gotten better. My seafood dish which was $20 was a big let down. The sauce was delicious, but everything in that bowl was so overcooked. The shrimp had literally turned into rocks. My husband's dish the potatoes were not cooked all the way through. Our server didn't visit us until he saw that we were done. We told him of the issues, but he didn't care. Didn't say anything. Nothing. Just walked away with some dishes (didn't even clear the whole table). The other people there were very nice. Our water was taken care of and one of the ladies that didn't speak very good english got my husband some more chicken (instead of potatoes). At least she made an effort. So sad. This place was a fantastic hidden gem! We stumbled upon it as a date night for my husband and I to enjoy. My husband got the fried rice and it was wonderful, came on a large platter and super tasty! You will not be disappointed with anything here. Started with the Tom Kha soup and it was incredible!We also had the panang, yellow curry, and pad see ewe. All amazing and extremely flavorful. I'm new to Evergreen and love Beau Thai! I order pick up at least once a week. Their crab wontons are the best I have ever had. They season them so they don't just taste like cream cheese. The curries, drunken noodles, and pad Thai are all delicious! They haven't cut any corners during the pandemic and I really appreciate it! The spice level is perfect when we order the second spiciest option. Thank you for making such great food! Edit: 12/7 ordered basil beef and asked for extra basil. When I picked it up they informed me they didn't have any basil. I'm confused how you can make a basil dish without basil. They offered to add something else to it, but not a different entree. The dining room here looked stunning. Paintings of scenes in thailand and the decoration was pretty nice. Service was great, and the food was pretty good too. I ordered the vegetable pad see ew and the basil chicken. The pad see ew was more like a pad thai - the noodles were not as thick as I expected them to be. The veggies were crisp and fresh though, and the flavors were all there. Some of the noodles stuck together though, but that's a minor complaint. The basil chicken was amazing though. Only been here three times. First time they said pick up is 20 min. I arrive 30 min later and it's another 15 min. Next time they say 20 min and I arrive after 40 min and it was ready after 20 smd cold. Third time If they just said 20 min and I arrived 30 mins late end like the first time they say it will be another 15 min. This place isn't very good at all now that the Folks that own the Himalayan Restaurant next door bought out the Thai's that used to run what was a top notch Thai Place. First of all, don't play Nepalese/ Indian Music in a Thai Restaurant and also don't hang pictures above the bar of Nepal Villages. Now, we can start on the food. The Shrimp Pad Thai had literally ZERO seasoning on the Shrimp. The Fresh Spring Rolls are not at all good anymore and are vegetarian and have no shrimp in them. This spot was the perfect lunchtime meal to fuel up before a hike in Evergreen. They are doing takeout only during covid, but there is a table available to sit outside. The price during lunch was between $10 -$12 for most dishes. We ordered the chicken and the beef pad Thai, at medium spice level and were very satisfied. The meat was well spiced and the noodles retained a lot of flavor without being too greasy. Peanuts were given on the side. We also got an order of the chicken fried rice and the portions were HUGE, easily enough for two people. Lots of vegetables and rice, not much meat though. Get a side of chili sauce. Authentic and affordable. Ordered take out of medium spiced beef pad Thai and chicken massaman curry but they made both dishes with chicken which was disappointing for the hubby. I get to visit Evergreen to show homes or visit friends here and there and my good friend suggested this place. It's a small little restaurant tucked away in the shopping center. Parking can be a little tricky, but otherwise not too terrible. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by the friendly wait staff. I ordered the Panang curry and I'm quite particular with my Thai curries mainly because I don't like it extra sweet.I like my curries a little more salty than sweet, but overall a very good balance that is a little hard for me to find at restaurants at times. When my curry came out it looked delicious, and it did not disappoint. I even made sure to take the leftover sauce home so I can add more to the sauce to make more curry. It was also very spicy( I asked for mild-medium), but adding it to the rice helped and it was so creamy and flavorful I didn't care.
