    Pad Thai with pork
    Robert M.

Lunch time mid-week and we were craving Thai food. Ordered Pad See Ew tofu and Pad Thai pork. The Pad See Ew tofu was great with the tofu cut into 3/4 cubes and caramelized and nice touch for tofu. Pad Thai with pork was also better than average, with the noodles cooked to the right texture. Service was fast, noise levels were low and the restrooms were very clean and comfortable. The restaurant is closed late afternoon between lunch and dinner. Estes Thai Restaurant is the Thai goto for Thai in Estes Park.

I am a big Thai food lover. Haven't really been able to find a good Thai place other than my favorite in PhX, AZ, however this is an incredible Thai place. Prices are normal, size of portion is somewhat decent, and the flavor and spice is on point. I got the beef drunken noodle and the noodles were so fresh, the beef was good. I also thought they did a great job seasoning, spice, and making dishes not dry! It was just a great Thai experience.

Good I guess What I got the yellow curry and also the Thai Fried rice both with tofu. The curry was a little flavorless, maybe I need to ask for spicier.. the potatoes were a little undercooked as well, would've been better a bit cooked. The fried rice was good. Environment Stand alone building with quite a bit of parking available. There are a lot of seating inside. Very casual environment. Great spot for lunch after a hike. Niceness of the Staff Quick service, they were very attentive, was able to put in my order and got my order fairly quickly. Dollar It was decently priced, around 13$ per dish Yes I guess why not. Not many Asian variety in the area so that was great

We stopped here after a long day in the park and we were hungry. We ordered food for carry out and it was ready in about 15 minutes and we went back to our hotel and ate it. It was very good and hot when we got back to the room. The prices are a little high and the portions are smaller than our local place but that is probably just the area. We really enjoyed the food.

We had a wonderful experience at Estes Thai. We came in on a Thursday around 6:30 and didn't have to wait. Our server was with us shortly and was very friendly. We ordered chicken pineapple fried rice, shrimp pad Thai, and spicy fried rice. It's more of a laid back atmosphere and prices are very affordable, but the food is delicious. The shrimp pad Thai was the best I've ever had. Overall would highly recommend!

Top - drunken noodles with chicken (1/3 filled salad instead of dish) Bottom - beef with broccoli (overcooked and very watery sauce)

Ordered Tom yom soup with chicken, beef with broccoli, and drunken noodles with chicken (mild/medium spice) to go. Took about 15 min for the order to be ready as they stated. The soup was ok flavor but the chicken was a little too chewy. The beef with broccoli was way overcooked (both meat and veg) and the sauce was brown and very watery. GF said it looked liked dark dishwater. The drunken noodles had a nice level of spice and flavor but I feel they only gave me 2/3 of my order as the rest of the takeout container was stuffed with lettuce and a tomato slice (see pic). Went in around 5pm on a Friday night and there was 6-7 cars parked and eating in. Tried this place due to the reviews but was disappointed on the quality of the food.

A great takeout experience in Estes!! Ordering online was incredibly easy, pickup was quick and friendly, and overall, the food was great! I opted for a classic, Pad Thai, and a dumpling appetizer - all the food was delicious. I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for a cozy takeout situation while in town :)

Yum! Nice and spicy on all of the dishes we ordered. For starters we had a chicken larb salad and the fried shrimp. The larb was delicious and one of the better ones I've had in recent memory. The fresh mint was fantastic and added another level of flavor to the dish. The fried shrimp were not my favorite. It had a piece of chicken wrapped around the shrimp that was almost like jerky. I think it was fried for too long??? My main meal of spicy shrimp fried rice was a huge success. Perfectly cooked shrimp and seasoned rice were on point. It also had some green peppers and fresh basil in it. I really enjoyed it. The service was ok and so were the prices. We went to the rooftop after we ate because on the door it said rooftop dining with a view. See my picture for the views. Overall I would recommend and come back over and over again!

Starving after a morning of hiking, my family and I visited Estes Thai to fill our bellies. We were quickly seated and our order was promptly taken. We ordered the Tom Yum Goong soup, Green Curry with Shrimp and Pad Thai with Shrimp. Every dish was well balanced. I liked that they used a variety of spices and chilies to create a balanced taste in the Green Curry. The Pad Thai also had a great flavor with a small smell of the char from a hot wok. Would definitely recommend this place if you're hungry and want to leave happy.

This was the best place we've had on this trip. The noodles were delicious and savory. From entering the restaurant to leaving, they had great service and cleanliness was superb. I had drunken noodles - should've got with shrimp or tofu. Chicken was drier but still decent. If you can't handle spicy food, don't get it. Otherwise it was SO good!! Also ordered thai tea, delicious!! But you have to be a fan of thai tea in the first place Friends got the rice and epic pad thai. Everyone basically finished their plates cleaned. We'd be back again if in the area. Must try if you like thai food!!

Came back again because my last visit was so good...this was even better! I had the best soup of my life; large shrimp, medium spice, lemongrass, cilantro, and mushroom broth was flavorful yet light. My partner got tired of me talking about it. His shrimp fried rice was also delicious. Pretty sure you can't go wrong here. Service was quick and helpful too.

An acceptable option if you are looking for Thai food while out and about in the Estes area, but the quality of ingredients and execution are slightly below average; more so pertaining the latter. Flavor and texture are not best represented here but the menu is vast to accommodate many preferences.

    Black pepper shrimp.

One of those places you want to give a 0 star review, but can't because it's not an option. If you know what Thai food is supposed to taste like, DO NOT COME HERE! Everything was the horrible, we got two different noodle dishes and the Tom Yum soup. First time visitor of Colorado and we stayed in the Longmont area to hike the Rockies. After a tough hike we were left with few dining options on a weeknight and this was one of the few non-chain restaurants open. It's so important to support small businesses, however this is not one of them!! While Julie was friendly when I was ordering, but things seemed a bit hectic when I went into get our meal. The restaurant doesn't have dine in options, but it was dirty and messy inside. Our meal took longer than expected but Julie was nice enough. After I paid and tipped, I was provided a box to carry out my items which included a soup. I was super careful but it's a disaster waiting to happen. By the time we arrived to our hotel and started eating we realized the food tasted off. The Tom Yum soup was one of the worst soups I have ever tasted. It was made with the absolute crappiest broth concentrate - not authentic and it tasted SO SO BAD. The fake sour taste and the strange sweetness was completed by old tasting mushrooms and uncooked cherry tomatoes. Whyyyy????? The noodle dishes we ordered were also awful! We got the Pad Kee Mao and the Pad See Ew. The Pad See Ew was inedible, every bite was worse than the last. The sauce was horrible and inauthentic (like a dollar store version of sweet & sour?), and the chicken has a strange chewy texture. It was completely indelible. The Pad Kee Mao was slightly better but the chicken seemed old and dry. We were able to muster about 4-5 bites. We barely ate any of the food - we ended up having leftover bread and a few apples for dinner. If you want decent food, just go anywhere else. My experience was all around horrible, and when I got ahold of the restaurant, I was unable to get a refund. Absolutely not worth the time, money and effort to eat this food. Honest rating is 0/5 stars.
