This was an excellent find on Yelp, located just off the main downtown Golden strip. My daughter (9yo) had never had ramen before but gobbled down her kids' noodles with egg in a flash. My chicken katsu was similarly delicious. Reasonable prices for quality and location. Would return.

Nosu Ramen is a cute spot right in the center of downtown Golden. Their patio is nice because it's not on a busy street. We had a bit of an early dinner and happened to make it for happy hour! They had really good drink and app deals. I got the honey paloma for only $7 and the apps were half off too! I love a good happy hour! I ordered the miso ramen because it was the veggie option, and I really loved the variety of veggies they put in. It felt like a very good fall ramen with the sweet potato and squash. It was a big serving so I was able to have leftovers the next day, too!

Finally got to try this highly-rated ramen spot in Downtown Golden! My partner and I were immediately seated on the outdoor patio. Inside seemed really cute, too. It's clear from the customer service and online presence that Nosu really cares about upholding a quality experience. My favorite part, however, wasn't the ramen. I didn't enjoy the Pork Belly Ramen because of the broth and the tough meat, BUT I really liked the appetizers. We got the Karaage and Sesame Braised Cabbage, both of which I would get again and would come back for!

Nice to sit outside in the summer! Not our favorite ramen but always good to try something new. Apps were good and tuna in the salad was yummy.

I've been waiting for last nights visit. It's such a pleasure dining @nosuramen. Always! With the very capable hands of Mason in the kitchen and the staff like Ashley you will have a very pleasant experience. Everything was excellent but the new find and favorite of the night was the Sesame Braised Cabbage. Its Charred cabbage, chili crisp, lotus chip and some magic done right! The flavor was incredible! The heat perfect. Nothing too silly to make someone like me avoid it. I've never eaten cabbage prepared like this one. Genius! The Tangerine-Sake Sangria was new to me. Refreshing. Love it! I also love their Pork SoupnDumplings. The soup did it for me! The Agedashi Tofu was surprisingly very tasty! This is not the boring tofu you've been avoiding. The Tataki Tuna could be a meal in itself and was a head-turner! But if you came for the ramen by all means. Their Pork Belly Ramen featured here is loaded with big pieces of delicious tender pork. My preferred white meat! Don't forget their mochi for dessert and their very delicious cocktails! We love this place! Kids even love it. They always get the kids ramen and the mochi! We come everytime we're in town

Delicious ramen in golden. I like how they have different meat options like I got the duck ramen which was really great. The meat was super tender and flavorful. The broth lacked a bit of depth but I think it's cause duck is probably just a less flavorful base honestly. The fried chicken was so juicy and crunchy. Our server was also very friendly and the ambiance was nice as well. Definitely recommend.

Oof it's hard to rate this one. I rounded up to a 4 because a majority of the people in my party liked their meal a lot. We, bigger party of 5, were seated quickly. It was pretty busy on a Thursday night but they are moving through tables fast. Once we ordered, I swear our food came out in 6-8 minutes. It was fast. We all got ramen, so I'm sure the broth is pretty much done, but still the speed was impressive. I got the pork belly and think my broth was very strong on ginger. It had a sweeter profile than i am used to an prefer for my ramen. Noodles felt a little thinner and harder than I'm used to, and the bamboo shoots were very chunky, again thicker and tougher to chew than I'm used to in ramen. Two people in the group got the braised chicken ramen. One person with this dish was raving about it and the other was satisfied but she has a favorite ramen place back in her hometown, so she didn't expect it to exceed that. Another at the table got the duck ramen and that was by far coolest presentation wise. It looked like a big old duck leg right on top. He was very pleased with his meal. The last person got the vegetarian ramen and was very pleased as well. Overall good experience. Appreciated the variety this place offers in terms of food and nothing beats ramen on a cold wintry night. Maybe not the absolute best, but definitely a place I would still recommend.

I am OBSESSED with Nosu. Easily one of the best restaurants in Golden, and, dare I say, the Denver area. They're constantly innovating their menu to flow with the seasons, and they're even able to accommodate my food allergies. The staff is so fun and sweet, and have always gone above and beyond for me. It's such a cute space with high vibes, and the music is always so fun . This place is such a gem, you have to come and check it out!

Finally a ramen place near me that's worth dining at. Been here before the COVID shutdown a couple of times, dined inside and out on the sidewalk. Ramen is a dish that is very forgiving for takeout, so I don't mind getting it to go. The menu is very comprehensive for both small plates and ramen bowls. I tried a few things from the the small plate section, and I would say my favorite were Blistered Shishito Peppers and Pork Belly Bao Buns. I've tried the Duck Ramen and the Fried Chicken Ramen, both were awesome. The broth is very flavorful and rich. Definitely a great place for ramen, especially near the foothills. The staff is always pleasant and nice to interactive with. Parking is never an issue, with street and garage parking available near by. I confidently recommend this place.

Pros - Server was very attentive and appetizers/drinks came out promptly…read more Cons - Rice to Fish ratio was terrible, never had AYCE put so much rice and so little fish on a nigiri. Qualify of the fish was questionable and looked just shy of being tossed out. The menu was also very small for an AYCE and the rolls were not clearly marked so we ordered two rolls but they were deep fried, without any clarification on the menu. Overall - I tried to try a new restaurant but ended up regretting it. $31.99 for AYCE but I've had buffet sushi that's way better. Wouldn't come back here again even if the price was half off.

Sushi Uokura is the only AYCE (all you can eat) sushi place in that general area (Golden/West…read moreLakewood) and it is very unfortunate that they seemed to have gone downhill quite a bit. Sushi Uokura used to have the best fish to rice ratio amongst all the AYCE places in the Denver metropolitan area which is no longer the case. The menu has always been the smallest as well which wasn't too much of an issue until recently where it has shrunk even more (I believe they only offer 7-8 nigiri) and no unagi (fresh water eel). Another unfortunate change is that the service used to be really good but lately it's been bad with long wait times to be seated and to put in our orders, infrequent check-ins, and incorrect food coming out at times. It seems like it is more of a management issue than the servers themselves. I used to really like this small, family-feeling AYCE spot and I hope they return to their previous, better form.
