Fried Chicken Wings
Amanda J.

New spot in Applewood, sad to see the last restaurant go out but Man Wah does not disapppoint! We went pretty late on a Saturday night and it was quiet at the restaurant. Our server was so friendly, food was super quick and delicious! The drunken noodles was my favorite, I got it a little spicy and it was perfect with shrimp, chicken and bbq pork. Chicken wings was our appetizer, they aren't saucy but super crispy. And my hubs got the tonkotsu ramen, tasty broth, fresh noods, it was all yummy and we'll definitely be back to try more!

Chow Mein General Tso's Chicken

They called to confirm my order as soon as I placed it which was nice, and it comes with a lot of food, but the General Tsos and the Chow Mein was off. Weird interpretation of each dish and the fried rice that it comes with is completely plain with no egg or veggies. Flavor was decent but textures were funky.

drunken noodles, mongolian beef, Wonton Soup, fried rice, thai tea

super tasty & affordable!!! service was incredible & friendly we will certainly be back! crab rangoon came with 6 pieces & had a nice green onion flavor that wasn't overwhelming. small wonton soup came with 3 wontons & tasted fresh. ordered a large thai tea to split & she put it in two glasses for us! portion sizes were very large & will last me several meals. $54 for crab rangoon, 2 small wonton soups, large thai tea, dinner portion of mongolian beef with fried rice & dinner portion of drunken noodles!

Tonight, they were so incredibly kind to give me extra soup complimentary! Kind gesture that made my evening

We love this place. Prices are unbeatable, foods good and we always get great service. Jenna is so awesome and kind!!! I'll definitely be returning soon because of her. We love this place for an easy going dinner or even sometimes lunch after shopping at the Mills mall.

I have been here a few times and it is always a joy. One time we came while most of the area had no…read morepower so they were super busy. Even then their service was good and the food delicious. I have had their kua noodles and drunken noodles. Both are great! The interior is cute. There are quite a few distracting TVs though so sit accordingly if you want to avoid those.

Nestled near Colorado Mills right off of Colfax lies this little Thai gem. I found out about Klom…read moreKlorm from the Crazy Asians Facebook group, touting it was very authentic...so I put it in my calendar and went the next day lol The interior is nicely decorated and seating is arranged so that you have a great view of the open kitchen. I was greeted and seated immediately upon arrival, and was shocked at the breadth of the menu!!! They offer so many dishes!!! I was only able to snap a few photos of the menu, but they have a full menu online. I decided on getting 1 appetizer, 1 main dish, and 1 drink. I ended up ordering the fried tofu, pork Pad Thai, and an Iced Thai tea. Fried Tofu appetizer $10 5/5 They fry the tofu for at least 6 minutes (per the owner and chef) which gives the outside this delicious shell that makes the most mouthwatering crunch sound when you bite into it. You'd almost think it was fried chicken! It's accompanied by a sweet and sour peanut sauce that gives the tofu this combination of flavors and textures in the mouth. It's a very playful and delightful dish. Pad Thai Noodles $17 4.5/5 Very authentic, and it lets the sauce do the talking without being overly overpowering. The tamarind is forward and present, not hidden by overt sweetness. It complements the noodles well, which are a nice medium thickness, which are easy to eat without soaking up too much sauce. A *little* bit pricey for my single-person budget, but it's honestly worth the splurge every once in a while! Iced Thai Tea with milk $6 (I got this on the house when I mentioned this group!!!) 5/5 Delicious! They also offer it with a lime juice base! So make sure to specify which base you want, if they don't ask. Final Words: I'm so so happy to have an amazing Thai place in SW Denver!! The menu is extensive, so I'm going to have fun exploring all of the dishes. I loved chatting with the owners, and it's very evident they know authentic Thai cuisine. I'll definitely be adding this to my work lunch rotation!! Please go support them and keep this place busy and thriving!!! Edit to add: they're closed on Wednesdays!

I ordered the Panang Curry and it was absolutely delicious with great flavor and just the right balance of spice and richness. We had a group of 7 people and every single person enjoyed their food. Service was solid and the overall experience was excellent. Would definitely recommend checking this place out if you are in the area and looking for good Thai food.

The dish delivered exactly that, and I was still able to finish it pleasantly. They have a nice condiments wall and what appears to be a self-serve drink station. The dining area and kitchen both looked very clean, and the kitchen and front staff all appeared well-groomed and hygienic. For the price, I felt I might have received a slightly larger portion at a comparable sit-down Thai restaurant, but the service here was excellent. I was greeted right away, and even though they were helping another customer, they opened a second register just for me. Overall, I'll very likely be back. I recommend Tuk Tuk Thai Grill, with a small caveat about the portion size.
