There was more batter than meat, fried to a light crisp. The fries were a bit underwhelming as they were soggy and under-seasoned, though understandably so as a vessel for the sauces. The gimbap were delicious with a good ratio from rice to ingredients. Some of the pieces did fall apart when I picked them up, though. The disappointment of the meal was the kimchi. It tasted a bit spoiled as opposed to the sourness that comes from the fermentation process. Definitely don't regret supporting small, family-owned businesses. Really hoping the foot traffic increases soon for them as they seem to be really trying.

Over the years they expanded their menu but their staple imo is the galbi tang or beef bone soup. It comes with 2 pieces of large beef bones. The soup is delicious and is paired perfect with the mustard sauce. There are other delicious offering such as the thistle rice bowl. I'd say because of the limited menu everything is great. The parking lot can be packed especially in the weekend as all the church goes come by. Most of the clienteles are usually middle aged or older so you know they know what authentic Korean food is.
