Tonight we just went for our spicy cold noodle fix. But we ended up getting that and the meal set for two (...oops). The perfect amount of bounce and chew in the noodles. The broth always leaving a refreshing clean finish. Their meat quality stays top notch. We went with the brisket and black pork belly (unmarinated) so we can pair the meat with the noodles. I ordered the Beef gimbap, Spicy Pork gimbap, Half and Half Boneless Chicken, and the pre-made kimchi that was in the fridge. The order of chicken came with fries and extra sauce on the side. There was more batter than meat, fried to a light crisp. The fries were a bit underwhelming as they were soggy and under-seasoned, though understandably so as a vessel for the sauces. The gimbap were delicious with a good ratio from rice to ingredients. Some of the pieces did fall apart when I picked them up, though. The disappointment of the meal was the kimchi. It tasted a bit spoiled as opposed to the sourness that comes from the fermentation process. Definitely don't regret supporting small, family-owned businesses. Really hoping the foot traffic increases soon for them as they seem to be really trying.

Over the years they expanded their menu but their staple imo is the galbi tang or beef bone soup. It comes with 2 pieces of large beef bones. The soup is delicious and is paired perfect with the mustard sauce. There are other delicious offering such as the thistle rice bowl. I'd say because of the limited menu everything is great. The parking lot can be packed especially in the weekend as all the church goes come by. Most of the clienteles are usually middle aged or older so you know they know what authentic Korean food is. The service is extremely efficient and very friendly. The place is clean just like most Korean restaurants. Nothing to complain about. Order the galbi tang and you'll be coming back.

The dish listed that it was for 2 people but it can honestly feed up to 4. We had plenty of left overs. The flavors were complicated and delicious. It was perfect for that cold day. Our order did come with some pickled radish and a free sample of their soft serve. Service was pretty good and our food came out quick. Their pricing is affordable but very slightly higher than other Korean fried chicken places. I do like that besides just wings they also have chicken sandwiches if you prefer. The inside is very casual and they have tables and chairs for you to enjoy. Parking is easy since they share a parking lot in a strip mall.
