She gave me what I asked for but it's been less than a week and the gel is already lifting. I thought the point of builder gel is so that it lasts longer than a normal gel manicure. I paid $55 for a set that's lifting less than a week after. It's disappointing to spend that amount and it not even last. I will not be returning. It is outdated in there and not many selections of gel colors.

I had an appointment for a pedicure and the lady hadn't even started and turned off my massage. Why is she so bothered by me using the massage chair when I'm paying $80! I understand turning it off when they are going to paint my nails (which I myself turn off because I don't want messy nails) but to turn it off before starting is so rude! I turned it back on because my back hurt from being pregnant and then she turned it off again! At this point I decided I wouldn't come back. I'm 6 months pregnant and can't do my own pedicures. I came to relax and use the massage chair but whoever did my nails was so rude and wouldn't let me use the feature. Absolutely ridiculous to have massage chairs and not allow your customer to use them. I also had $30 in rewards which they didn't let me use. They only let me use $15 and said if I wanted to use the entire $30 that I need to spend a minimum of $120. NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THAT IN THEIR REWARD PROGRAM!! I even asked the last time I came because I bought a new house and I am moving so I won't be close by and wanted to use my $30 reward and was told I could use it all at my next pedicure. The worker who took my payment refused to let me use my points and is such a liar. Shitty customer service.
