What is even more concerning is that the zebra design on my index finger has already smeared after only a few days. A set of nails at this price point should not be falling apart almost immediately. For $105, I expected professional-quality work, attention to detail, and durability. Instead, I received a set that looks unfinished and is already showing significant defects. This level of workmanship is unacceptable.

Holly said that with hard gel manicure it's an additional cost so it would be total of $41. While my sister did the gel manicure (by Gina) & gel pedicure (by Helen) with cat's eye color which has an additional cost of $30. They offered a free drink of your choices of wine, beer, tea, water, etc. which I thought was really nice since I have never seen any nail places offered that before. I went with green tea while my sister went with herbal tea. They were all very friendly and helpful. I felt very refreshed and clean after getting this done. The nails came out pretty, but only thing I didn't get from the manicure was lotion and massage. I just noticed Vivian used the oil to put on my hands and arms. I was waiting to see if I get lotion and massage, but had to hurry up and leave since my sister had an appt after this. When we got the pricing, the total for me and my sister was $236. I wanted to get clarification of the pricing, but didn't have time since we were in a rush. Next time we come, will make sure to do that since I was trying to look at the pricing menu and I couldn't figure it out what the cost to make it to that. However, I would come here again, but make sure they did provide all the services that should be included and ask for a breakdown of the services since no receipt is provided of the breakdown.

I rushed to make it on time, only to wait another 30 minutes before my service even started. Linda performed my pedicure, but the service felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. For the price I paid for a standard pedicure with a gel French tip, the quality of both the service and the finished result did not meet my expectations. I also noticed that one of my feet was not properly prepped before the gel polish was applied. When I got home, I discovered that the entire gel polish on one of my toes had already peeled off in one solid piece because it hadn't adhered correctly. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and don't feel the service was worth the cost.
