Its so sad to know Frank left the business. I went few months ago and the service was not the same/or worth it anymore compared to W11th location. Even the receptionist tried to cheat on the bill by charging $1 extra without asking me if I want to take the nail filer they used during the service or not. Basically, it is optional, if you want to take that nail filer they will charge you a dollar, you can decline that option and they won't charge then. But the receptionist told me the bill he will be charging, then added a dollar more without informing me. It's not about the amount but the principle of it that was upsetting. Even the service I received was not up to mark, the lady was in a rush to leave and didn't properly covered the face with mask either. Some of the things were questionably unhygienic and its just not worth taking the risk of contracting covid. read more

Don't waste your time or $ here had an appointment with Steven today who advised me that I need to remove my nails today and avoid all polish for 3-4 months because my nails are thin . He was very judgemental of me at one point telling most nail techs in Oregon wouldn't do my nails because I'm from California and I don't know what good nails are. Hilarious because he did a terrible job on my nails leaving the acrylic thick and no sign of any shaping so they have that lovely lumpy misshapen look. He was not only rude he was cocky and his ego was enormous. I was sure lucky to be blessed with his presence today. I sure wish I would of spent my money somewhere else. Went here for the first time and my nails began to chip after 3 days. They said I could go back for free and get them fixed, however when I got there they wanted to charge me. The redo was lumpy and rushed. My nails were filed unevenly and there are clear streaks. I will not be going back. PS the color samples are way off. read more

This location is the best nails uncorked location, period! The employees are great, the bar / wine selection is extensive, and their pedicures are fabulous! I truly feel like they take time with each customer and give them a spectacular pedicure experience. This place is a bit pricey, but well worth the splurge. Brandon did a nice job on my nails. Not perfect, but expected from one of these quick shops. Filed down to the skin on the sides of my thumbs leaving them raw and painful but other than that, no complaints on him, he was friendly enough. I would say though that all of the employees here make you feel like you're inconveniencing them just by being there. Nobody really greets you, one male employee walking around bumped into my chair HARD multiple times, didn't even say anything, and the overall atmosphere is kinda weird. I was able to walk in and get help for my cracked natural nail right away. She did a great job & from past nail repairs, it seems like it should hold up well while my natural nail grows out. You can't even tell it's any different. The place is quite elegant and doesn't have any trace of nasty odors; air circulation & venting seems good. Customers receiving pedicures were provided what looked like lemon water. Nice! I would go back. Their location isn't on the street side; it's tucked in on the back side of those new apartments on 32nd. I understand Marché / Provisions is moving in right there as well. We made a reservation for 8 people for a pedicure and it was the worst pedicure of my life. They took all of 20 minutes to do the pedicures. Didn't clean the nails or file them properly. Even the bad pedicures I've had in the past have lasted longer. They were not able to put basic nail polish well. It was like a little kid had painted our nails. What a giant waste of money. The boy who did my pedicure made me feel so uncomfortable because the whole time he kept sighing and had an attitude (clearly did not want to be there) he just talked to his gf who was working beside him the whole time. However, the girl who did my pedicure cut my foot with the scrub pad thi she used and burned the bottom of my foot with the hot stone then proceeded to say "oh, she said ouch that's hot". I came in for a full acrylic set with a very basic design, and left with something absolutely terrible. not only with the nail tech 20 minutes late, but the basics of nail prep were not there, the shape is terrible, did not clean up the polish around my nails, the design is basic checkers and there's bleeding color that makes it look terrible. Cannot recommend. My first and last time. I had manicure with polish. It was suppossed to be their "Seacrest Manicure", but that information wasn't given to the manicurist, or was ignored. Pretty rough treatment, and my cuticles are looking awful the day after. 4 layers : base, 2 of polish and top coat were applied very quickly. Then instructions to hold my nails over a vent in the table. Ummm, there was barely any air coming out. Or was it sucking air in? I was told to "stay there for drying". How long? She told me 15 minutes. After 25 minutes I gave up and got up to pay. Nails were smudging because they still weren't dry. Where was the heat/light dryer I've had at evry other manicure I've ever had? Who knows. The nail tech walked away and no one else was around to ask for help. The chair arms were peeling and the glass panel between me and the nail tech was filthy. Lots of dirt and dust around the nail stations. The young woman who greeted me from the bar was very friendly. read more

had an experience that really left a bad taste in my mouth. I had called to see if they had any openings and they said yes and had me come in 30 min before close. they thought I just wanted a gel manicure but I wanted a full set. they then moved me to another chair and said they'd have someone do that for me. after sitting there for about 10-15 min they told me they're closing and I needed to leave and reschedule. THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ME $10 FOR CUTTING MY CUTICLES.... there was not a drop of any kind of product put on my nails. I walked out with my nails looking the same as they did when I walked in. The woman who served us drinks was absolutely amazing and everyone was very nice but my nail tech did a horrendous job. He seemed rushed and left before my nails were even fully cured. I paid $56 for a full set and one of my nails started peeling the same day as I had them done so I had to repaint it myself. Not to mention, the shape I got was nothing like the picture I showed him. My nails came out looking ridiculously thick and square. Very disappointed because I had previously had a great experience with the same guy doing my nails. Never again.
