This was my first time to this studio, and my first time having anything done to my eyelashes…read more I found them after searching for eyelash extensions; my best friend started getting them (in Seattle), and was raving about them so I decided to look into it. However, once I found I Love Lashes!, I found the LVL Lash treatment and felt it might be a better option for me. I am a low-maintenance type of girl who doesn't wear much make-up. Though I love how I look with mascara, I abhor taking it off at night so default to eyeliner or nothing at all, and the idea of the need for regular "fills" was a turn-off for me. So a few months ago I called to ask a few questions, and the girl I spoke with was very gracious and informative. Not being quite ready yet, I didn't schedule an appointment. Last month I finally decided to take the leap, and called but got an answering machine. I left my message and waited for a call back, but none came. I got a little nervous that this was a sign of the quality of the salon... Thankfully it was not. :-) A week later I decided to call again, and again got the answering machine. Argh! I left another message, stating I hadn't heard from anyone despite my call a week earlier, and was promptly called back by Lilian and given a sincere apology. She was booked out quite a ways, but she was able to schedule me with her sister, Marysol, the following Friday. Friday arrived and I made my way to Oakway Center - silly me, I've lived in Eugene on and off for years, but never realized Oakway had an indoor mall section. Guess this place is more than Trader Joes and BedBathandBeyond. Anyway, I got there a few minutes early so took a seat. The studio was small but tidy, and I found the decor to be modern, feminine, and overall quite stylish. Marysol actually ended up arriving a few minutes late, but admitted it and apologized, something I appreciated (I hate it when people try to gloss over stuff like that). She immediately got me situated in their "work" area, which is in the back of the studio behind some privacy curtains, with two comfortable, curved tables/beds for the customers to recline on; she even had a soft blanket to cover me when she noticed I was a little cold (that's not the salon's fault - everyone else was hot and I am ALWAYS cold). Finally, on to the treatment. Marysol was personable, polite and professional, and despite being a bit late, she did not rush. She explained every step before she did it, and made sure I knew what to expect. The actual process was painless and rather relaxing. The video on their website by Lisa Eldridge explains it all, so I knew roughly what would happen. The end result was fabulous! I love it - my lashes are curled just like the pics on their site, and Marysol did an excellent job making sure each lash was curled correctly (i.e. individually separated, no "clumping" like it seemed Lisa Eldridge had, which was my biggest fear). I am completely satisfied and plan to keep doing this on a fairly regular basis. I'll likely try the lash extensions, too, at some point if I have some sort of "big" even to attend, as they do look incredible. Check out their website, then given them a try. You won't regret it.

She did makeup for several people and even provided free makeup for the girlies 5 and under. She was so incredible with all of the kids. Megan is friendly, funny, and very kind. She will put you at ease on your special day. The makeup she did on my face looked beautiful. I felt so confident and stunning. Unfortunately, I have oily skin. I have to be very selective about the products I use because I don't want smile lines or shine coming through. I had to blot a couple times before the wedding and a few more times after. This is not to say that Megan didn't do a good job. This just means that the products she used didn't get my oily skin through the night. For an additional charge it would be great to be able to get a little touch up kit. I know the Bride could have used one. I would also love to see some products for oily skin. Thank you Megan! :)

I paid $10 more for the Deluxe and I thought I would have gotten a little more foot massage and calf massage, but that did not seem to be the case. What I received was significantly shorter than what I paid for, and the result looked unprofessional. The extensions were poorly blended and the color was uneven, making them very obvious and not wearable. For that price, I expected a high-quality, professional result. Instead, I had to remove the extensions entirely because of how bad they looked. When I reached out, I was not offered a refund only a toner or to redo the service with someone else. After spending over $1,100 and ending up with something I couldn't even keep in, that response was extremely disappointing. This experience felt like a complete waste of money. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and double-checking exactly what you're paying for before booking here. I wish there was a button to push no stars. They deserve zero stars.
