Phoebe and family have always been quick about getting me in within a reasonable time (even sometimes same day) which has worked wonders for my very busy schedule. If there is an immediate issue, I can come back and they will make things right. They are clean, very professional, affordable, and do very good work. I often get designs and based on photos alone they are able to create beautiful work ! I've been very happy with my time coming to this salon and would highly recommend!

So far I've always had a great experience and my nails always turned out great and long lasting. She did my nails very efficiently, there was one time it only took 30 mins for an acrylic fill. I also really like the color options at this place. One reason I moved from my previous nail place is because I got bored with their nail polish collection. Although, LB nails studio is more expensive than my previous spot. So far I feel like the price difference is worth it because I'm always happy with the results. Ana is probably one of the best but she is very biased and does not think highly of Black customers.. Despite years of getting services with generous tipping from my family I noticed she started cutting my services short or abandoning them altogether when white customers came into the shop. Also I noticed she would rush to give them post manicure hand & arm massages while telling me that service is not included. After witnessing this behavior on several occasions I finally brought it to the attention of Mylene. While she apologized profusely Ana never bothered to address the situation with me or apologize. In light of the recent social media uproar from arrogant and racist Asian service providers regarding Black customers I feel compelled to share my experience. It's really appalling behavior and attitudes and very hurtful. So despite overall decent treatment, Ana's behavior plus the fact they haven't gotten any new nail colors in years I feel compelled to share this honest review and the low rating. If this situation had not occurred I probably would rate them 3-4 stars but I can't get past the blatant disregard.

That's why this experience was especially disappointing. My mother recently had her nails done before traveling. Within a few days, the gel began peeling. We immediately contacted the salon and provided videos. We were told they would work something out with her and offer a discount, so we expected a reasonable resolution. When my mother returned, however, the experience was extremely upsetting. My mother is an immigrant and speaks limited English, but she always does her best to communicate. While she was trying to explain what happened and show the owners our previous messages and photos, Phong, his wife, and the client he was working on were laughing at her. She was told they would only fix one nail, despite multiple nails peeling within days. What hurt most was hearing them call my mother "crazy" for thinking all of her nails could be redone. She was simply trying to explain a legitimate concern. My mother called me extremely upset and close to tears. She felt embarrassed and humiliated. As her daughter, it was heartbreaking to hear. I called the salon myself and explained that we had already reported the issue and provided proof. At that point, this was no longer about how many nails they would fix. It was about how my mother was treated. After nearly eight years of supporting this business, I never expected her to be treated this way. If someone struggles with English, they deserve patience, kindness, and respect. Not laughter or humiliation. I requested a refund, and the owner said she would provide one. I hope she follows through. Unfortunately, after this experience, my family and I no longer feel comfortable returning. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, especially when they are simply trying to communicate and resolve a problem.
