I first visited this salon back in February and had such a great experience that I knew I had to come back--and I'm so glad I did. This time, I treated myself to both a mani and a pedi. Since I only go every two to three months, I like to splurge a bit and get one of the nicer packages. I chose the "Dreamworks" (or something like that), and let me tell you--it was dreamy! I relaxed in the massage chair with a margarita in hand while getting pampered. Hanna took care of my pedicure, and she was amazing. We had a great conversation about life and kids--just easy, genuine talk. I'm on my feet a lot for work, plus dancing and skating in my free time, so my feet need some serious TLC. Hanna really delivered. Danny did my manicure, and while he was quiet, he was incredibly gentle and efficient. My hands felt well taken care of. Needless to say, I'll definitely be back. When he was removing my callus with a "cheese grater " which is illegal in the state of California to use in a nails, he turned my foot and nicked my ankle . To cover up his mistake he quickly applied a sugar scrub and it make it worse it stung and make it supper irritated. Danny also cut my cuticle too deep and I was bleeding even when I got home . [[HIGHLIGHT]]After experiencing this i contacted the owner Luis I believe he was very professional and offered to give me a free service to compensate for the inconvenience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I should have not gone, again I got Danny again and now he cut my free edge again and now I have another infection . Probably the worst gel manicure I've even gotten. Extremely sloppy job by Angie. I had to ask for them to shape my nails before applying the base coat. My nails and skin were flooded with the base gel. The gel color got all over my skin and when I asked them to remove it, they cut me multiple times. I was told they were only cutting the gel, and as they were saying that my finger started to bleed. At that point, I decided that was enough. They added oil to help and handed me the dirty towel to wipe my hands. Would not recommend seeing Angie for any services. I had a pedicure done by someone else and that was fine. Sad because I loved this shop. I was charged for additional services I did not request. $101 for a pedicure & $20 for a cuticle removal/nail trim. In total I paid $141. I don't want to say the employees name because I do like her work & she's been a nice person. But she basically did services I didn't ask for & wasn't transparent about the additional fees until the very end. I booked the basic gel pedicure & I wanted a pink French tip. She ended up adding callus removal, mask, scrub & 2 acrylics to my small toe nails. She charged me for the tropical pedicure (which I didn't book) on top of not completing all of the services under that list. I've been at this shop 3 times before this. I've gone to the same girl. Even with my previous visits, I actually requested additional services but never paid $101 for my pedicure (excluding the $20 cuticle removal that she also wasn't transparent about). [[HIGHLIGHT]]I went back in, spoke to the boss and the employee. The boss said he could give me $10 back "that's the best I can do" his words.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The employee wanted to give me her tip back. I didn't take either. I don't want her tip. I just wanted transparency because I've never paid this much here or anywhere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was very disappointing to experience this. Also, the owner could've reimbursed me for the additional charges I didn't request, not just "$10". Especially after being over charged almost $50. This visit was really sad to experience. This was my mom's first time visiting this nail salon, and unfortunately, her experience was awful. The shop itself was dirty, and the pedicurist's station was very unkempt. The technician was not only rude but also extremely rough, despite my mom's visible arthritis in her feet. My mom expressed her discomfort multiple times, but instead of adjusting, the technician became more irritated and aggressive, repeatedly telling her to "just relax." The pedicure itself was poorly done--her nails were unevenly rounded, and the polish looked sloppy, almost as if a child had done it, she cut 2 of my moms toes, making her bleed. When my mom tried to share her concerns with the owner, he showed little to no care. Instead, he spoke in another language to the staff, and nothing was resolved. To make matters worse, she was charged in full for this terrible service. This was not only a painful but also a very disappointing experience. I told my mom not to tip because the service was unacceptable. This place is unprofessional and unsanitary--I do not recommend going here. read more

I walked into today to get a last minute pedicure and Tiffany took amazing care of me!! I mentioned to her I had a very sensitive left foot due to a nerve issue and she was very careful and checked with me multiple times if the pressure or scrubbing was okay and she confirmed what areas to avoid. Horrible nail shop took my daughter here last night for her first side of acrylic nails. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Walked into the shop and I asked if they had time to do. Two full sets of acrylic. They told me. Yes. I asked if they had a specific color. They also told me yes, once we sat down they proceed to tell me that she no longer had time for acrylic, and could only press ons buy not to worry it would be so much cheaper than acrylic acrylic she quoted me (50) for each since we were getting dame nails[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] . [[HIGHLIGHT]]However, shortly after we have the nails already on, she tells us she does not have that color anymore. And my daughter now has to pick a different one.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Since me and my daughter were getting the same exact that's the nails. It should've been the same exact process. They did not allow my daughter to wash her nails. After she finished filing them. Instead, what she did. Was she used acetone on top of it and told her it was because they were cleaning the sink so she could not wash your hands. Then after she did not want to add a pink base coat that I had on my nails and wanted to leave them completely clear. Mind you the glue showing in the background from the press on nail, on top of that the nail that had no idea. I was able to understand what she was saying or that. We were still filming a video that (WE ASKED BOTH NAIL TECHS IF IT WAS OK TO RECORD )because my daughter was making a TikTok on the video .[[HIGHLIGHT]]When i did a translation audio the Nail Tech was making fun of my weight. Couldn't believe my daughter was 10 years old. Said she was too big. Was complaining about having to do the nails for my daughter got upset because my daughter wanted short nails, not long nails other nail tech that was working on my nails was upset.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was requesting an initial, and if I wanted an initial, she was gonna charge me more again. This was all on the audio. It also caught where she says. She's just gonna add her own tip because I'm not gonna tip her aside. From that towards the end of the night. There was very much a lot of termites in the shop at the end for the total charge. They ended up charging $164 for press on that only had french tip This video is very long and I will definitely be closing into a social media with the translation post. They are very unprofessional and a simple. No, we are not able to do nails for you. Both at this time would've done enough. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I did confront attack and explained to her that I didn't understand why she was being so rude as we asked her if she had time to do the nails, and we had showed her a picture since the beginning of what we both had Wanted. The exact same.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They shortly proceed to turn bright, red, and realization that I understood what they had said, and she's scrambled to find the words to say. Oh no it's because she didn't want a bow mind you in the video audio. It shows that my daughter tells her she does no longer once a bow when she is barely doing her Nails. I will definitely be contacting the health department regarding the termites. I will definitely be contacting the better business, bureau, and my bank.
