This place is located near a restaurant that I dine at(Noodles & Rice). I ordered my food and told them I would be right back to dine in. They cook fresh to order. So, I was greeted with a very warm welcome from two beautiful Asian ladies. I inquired about their hours and prices and told them I would come back. I was pinched for time and the place I usually go is very busy and with only two employees-you might have a long wait. I came back here on Saturday to get a pedicure and a manicure. A nice man did my pedicure and he gave me the royal treatment($38.00). He made me feel like I was in Heaven. My toes still look great a few weeks later. Now, the strange part-the young lady did my manicure on the side while I was getting my pedicure. I found that very odd and did not really like that too much. It did expedite things, so I did not complain. I was in a hurry to get to the beach for my Memorial Day weekend stay at One Ocean. The nail polish on my fingernails never last. They recommended for me to get gel Nails, which I think is great, but my nails don't handle gel nails at all. No go. I told them about that and they responded well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Pros:plenty of employees to handle the crowds, everyone was so friendly, clean place, prices were very fair, they offered me a cold diet drink while I was there. Great perk. I don't think I can stress enough when I say that the employees here are so nice, friendly, and give great service. I just had the best pedicure of my life here and I didn't think anything would top my go-to. This place looks brand new. No one else was here except for my friend and I. There were only two employees that were working out front, but it sounded like there were more in the back. There's just so much open and natural light here that I feel comfortable and I feel like I'm getting a luxury service. I got the volcanic (tropical) pedicure. They'll make sure that your water temperature is okay, and if we need anything else throughout. My nail tech was super cute, she reminded me so much of my grandma. This woman needs to be protected at all costs lol. 10/10 experience. I'll most definitely come back again. Update: I just got a mini back massage the mother is too cute for this. Don't want you to have an opinion about your nails. If they mess up and you correct them. They will ask you to leave and say "they don't want any trouble". Wasted my gas. Poor service. 0 stars. Poor service. Poor quality. Asked me to go somewhere else when I called prior to to make sure they had an opening. Wasted gas. honestly wasn't a good experience, feel like I wasted $160....i got a full set & pedi, even though the staff was very nice and accommodating I still feel they could have done way better. I don't know where to start, flooding my cuticle & nicking it...showed the lady who was doing my nails my inspo pic, left my phone on the table so she can see it, she then proceeded to tell me she doesn't need to see it, so I turn it off & she ends up doing wrong shape... As I said earlier they didn't have a problem accommodating me & fixing it but the experience overall was just very disappointing. $160 is crazy. UPDATE- umm ma'am $158 is $2 away from $160.. to round it is $160 ...anyways, in reviews your supposed to be honest...the owner sounds very irritated by my honesty ? oh and I forgot she didn't put gel clear coat on my toes just the big one! and im pretty sure there's plenty of more things wrong, im a nail tech myself so i know what quality of service i should be receiving but I don't want to continue to degrade your business, I definitely will find any other place but this lol. read more

I am sitting here finishing up my pedicure as I type and I must say this is the best experience I have had at a nail salon. The Nail Spa tucked away behind Regency mall by Miller Ale House on the strip. When you walk in they have you fill out what services you want and they have a rewards system in place which is awesome. It is a very clean and pretty place and the mother daughter duo are very professional. The deluxe pedicure was amazing and done by the mom. I could have fell asleep if I wasn't talking on my phone lol and my nails are the best they have ever been. My nail tech was the daughter who was gentle and kind and she listened to what I had to say about my nails. I will always come back here you have a customer for life. Came here today with my daughter. Lady did her nails was very nice but man who did mine should not even touch no one's nails. Could not even get cuticular off in a proper way. He turned my fingers in to bloody ones . They hurts so bad I told him to stop. He should be chopping woods not doing nails. And I did send photo to the phone you provided. I'm genuinely appalled at how I was charged 15 dollars for a man to wedge an acrylic nail in between my natural nail and the acrylic on my finger. I definitely see why consumers assume that enhancements damage the nails and/or are skeptical of people who say that the enhancements do not damage nails. Ripping off enhancements is not how they should be removing them. That's like going to a hair stylists to remove your extensions and they rip them off. When you rip off an enhancement, it's ripping off some of your natural nail and as such it's thinning out/weakening/ damaging the nails. The proper way is to soak off the enhancement in pure acetone. Normally, techs will file down the enhancement and make it thin THEN soak it off that way it'll soak off faster. They should not file it off completely either. They should not be using an electric file all the way to the natural nail because that can over file/thin the nails as well. The two stars was for the cleanliness of the nail salon. But I will not be returning. if I wanted my nails to be ripped off I could have done that at home. I'm just a wee aggravated because the rest was an okay experience however if you want customer retention you should respect the wishes of the clients request so long as it's appropriate to the standard you're trying to keep. No where will I pay 90 dollars for a gel pedicure for myself and regular manicure for my grandmother and then be expected to pay an additional 15 dollars for them to rip my nails off. read more

I went in to get a pedi and had no idea they only have about 20 colors on one wall and that is all the colors they allow you to choice for a regular pedi not gel. It's terrible section not many to choice from at all!! If you are not getting gel they will NOT do any nail art at all either! I asked for any type of nail art didn't matter I told them they could choice any design just wanted it on my big toes and was told they ONLY do that on gel nails? wtf i have never ever been told that this was my first and only time here I do not recommend! read more

Terrible. Worst pedicure I have ever had. The only part I enjoyed was sitting in the massage chair while I was waiting for 40 minutes. First off, I paid 53$ for the deluxe pedicure which included the gel. The older lady who did my feet , didn't do my feet for more than 20 minutes. She was completely rushed. She didn't do my cuticles, she scrubbed my feet for literally a second. Didn't file or buff my nails. She barely done anything. What exactly am I paying 53$ for? The worst of all was the painting of my toenails. She paints half of my baby toe and my other baby toe, there is polish on the skin. I was still kind enough to leave a 8$ tip. So that's 61$ dollars down the drain. Let me just say, getting a pedicure is a luxury. It's not cheap. It's a treat. You expect a quality service. It's not even 2 weeks and my nails are chipping and coming off and I paid for gel polish. I don't ever leave bad reviews but this was the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. I could have given myself a better pedicure at home! That's okay. I paid and I won't never come back. read more
