I got there and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. No problem. I get started. Water is super hot- Great. I choose my deluxe pedicure $37. He talked me into adding the Volcano spa- $10. I chose tropical citrus. Smelled just like home (Hawaii). Flowers and pineapples. The tech kept poking and cutting my toe cuticles. I had to say it hurt a few times. Then I just bared it. This is part of why I gave them 2 stars. The other price is the additional charge that they couldn't explain. My total was $80. Where did the additional charge come from. I didn't get anything extra done. $47 to $80. If you go there, just be clear to ask what they're charging you for. I won't be going back.

The polish was so sloppily put on that it was flooding my cuticles. When I asked If they could touch up all my nails they just kept filing and filing my cuticles to get the polish off, only for my cuticles to still be covered in polish. I also have a piece of fuzz on every one of my nails that was just covered with polish. I can confidently say that I would have done a better job on my nails had I done them myself at home. I'm disappointed to have wasted my time and money on this place and will never be returning. If you want a quality nail set, I would steal clear of Cozy Nails!

A man working there tried to calm her down, but the lady asked my sister if she wanted to fight and kept saying random things. She then tried to make my sister pay, but the man told her not to. She later asked my sister what she wanted to pay, but eventually just said not to worry about it. As we were leaving, he threw a small chair. Needless to say, we won't be going back. He proceeded to "clean" it with a dry rag. No cleanser. I said I'm sorry but I'm going somewhere else. It is misleading because it's in a boutique area of town. It is true that it is now called Thumbs up. This experience left me questioning the cleanliness of equipment used. I would rather walk around with ugly nails than have them done in a dirty place.
