I have been a few times for my acrylics and each time I have gotten perfect nails. The shape, color, and care of my nails is unbelievable. My gel acrylics last at least 3 weeks. Each nail artist is amazing. They spend as much time as needed to ensure you are perfectly satisfied. I even had two ladies working on my manicure once because they wanted to be perfect. I was recommended to this place by a friend she said its a lil expansive compared to others places I didn't care about the price until i saw their work .This place is a joke drove there from all the way from sunland requested to get coffin shape instead they gave me mix square & coffin none of my nails were measured to make sure they r even equal on the wide & length i had to keep telling her thats one pinky is longer. Right thumb is square the left coffin, left middle finger is coffin the right square & tilted after telling the lady that from the start after she put on the nail tips that its not straight even owner(Gigi) came tryin to fix it to coffin shape still ended up with a square shape. This place doesn't know customer service after i saw my nails i didnt even stay for pedicure took over hour& half for full set this is not worth $65 I wouldn't even pay $20 for what i got on top. At the end I showed it to GIGI SHE SAID THEY R EVEN 1st & Last time ill be going to this clown nail salon.it was my birthday i got soo annoyed. Only positive things to say about my experience at Nails Paradise! Arpa has been doing my nails regularly for a year and I'm always so happy with the result. I highly recommend her, especially for Russian rubber nails and for cute nail art. My manicure lasts 3-4 weeks with no lifting, and I'm pretty rough on my nails. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I'm so upset and angry and I can't believe this place. They completely destroyed my nails and cuticles I'm in pain and they looks disgusting. The lady Anna has no idea what she is doing and I was just getting gel x nails it's so easy I could have done a better job myself.it's not like they were sculpting the nails or doing something that takes skill. Another woman had to remove the nails she had done because they were full of air bubbles and applied incorrectly and soak and file all of the gel off of my skin and nails. The cuticles were full of gel and removing it by e-filing tore my skin up even more. I went in with nice healthy cuticles which I take really good care of. That will take at least a month to heal plus the damage to my nails which will have to grow out. They're still burning. The worst part was when I left I was going to pay for the second woman's work and the receptionist told me that she can't see any damage and that Anna said she didn't do anything wrong and that "we can check the camera, she never touched my cuticles!" She called me a liar when I said that she did, probably to cover her own ass from getting sued when I get an infection. And basically the whole time she acted like she really couldn't care less she was rude and bitchy and neither she nor the first manicurist apologized at any point. I couldn't believe how unprofessional she was. She could've at least pretended to give a fuck. Nancy was very nice and tried to help fix my nails after what the other woman had done but I felt like she rushed and didn't do a thorough job reapplying they nails. Plus she continued shaving my nails so much after they were already damaged from what the first one had done and I told her it was hurting. The nails are applied with spaces on the side where my natural nail is showing and that means they will start lifting very soon. Also the shape and length are not even. Also they filed the nails after finishing color and top coat, removing the color around the edges. You should also know that even though they have all these nice pictures of detailed designs they told me they couldn't do even a simple design I showed them. Maybe there's one person there that does those. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE , YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Btw you can't even see how bad the nails are damaged underneath. But you can see the cuticles and horrible edges of the nails that will probably fall off by tomorrow. Can't even redo them because the cuticles hurt so much I'm so traumatized I won't take chances on the nail salon anymore. I do a better job myself at home. This is totally unacceptable. *** Wow now the owner is even replying to my comment and lying. How could you possibly even see that closely in a video? You can send it to me or post it then? So there's no damage unless I was bleeding everywhere? Could you be any more unprofessional? I'm not the only one who has commented about these problems on here, plenty of similar reviews. And btw she did 7 nails not 3 and im pretty sure she did cut my cuticles but ******* I didn't say she cut me with nippers I said that my cuticles were torn up because they were full of cured gel flooded under the cuticle and in the sidewalls, then they tried to remove it by filing my skin. ******** Why would I make stuff up? I added a picture of a cut to the review. It wasn't bleeding but you can clearly see a cut. The other areas were more of abrasions not cuts. read more

This was my second time here the first time I came I had a great experience. So I decided to come back. I wanted the poly gel extensions. Booking online they gave me two people as options. It was not the same person as last time but I figured why not. Well... this woman named Ana who didn't speak any English. This is a predominantly Armenian salon so I can understand, but there was zero communication. I tried several times explaining the issues I was having with the work she was doing. I'm not sure she even knew what she was doing. It wasn't a miscommunication of what color or design. It was a clear lack of knowledge of what she was doing and me trying to express how unhappy I was. From the look of my nails it's looks like she didn't know how to do poly gel. She acted like it was just an inconvenience and pretended she knew what she was doing. I even said if it's easier or better to do gelx I would rather. The customer next to me tried helping me translate to her what the issue was but she kept telling me that she wasn't finished so that's why it looked like it did. End result is my nails look awful. This is hands down the worst nail experience I've had. They are all different lengths and crooked. At the end the receptionist asked if I liked them. I said it is what it is because at that point I sat 2 hours in her chair and I wanted to leave. Didn't seem to matter if I liked them or not. The reality was I should have refused to pay for these. I wanted to try a new nail salon and saw NailsParadise had some great reviews. I called on a Thursday evening and no one answered but I immediately got a call back and was able to get an appointment for that upcoming Saturday. The salon is cute and stylish. They have each seat separated by a clothing rack and a curtain (for COVID-19). I saw them cleaning everything and everyone was wearing masks so I felt pretty safe in regards to the pandemic. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure: Total $60 I do not know the name of the two workers who did my nails but they did a great job. However, I felt very rushed. Everything was so quick. I am not the kind of person who likes these real fast massages, that's the best part, and it should at least be a couple of minutes. It was essentially 10 seconds on each side. I picked a color hoping they had the same for hands and feet. The one lady said they had the same.. the other lady went to look for it and came back with what she said was a similar color. It wasn't similar.. but it was in the same color family and it ended up looking nice, so it worked out. There was also a strange conversation happening between who I think was the owner and a couple of the workers.. about gender and some racial comments and how many boyfriend.. or who was single.. I don't know how to describe it but it was odd. Not that it's my business but I think especially during these times.. you might want to be a little more discreet with what you're talking about in front of your customers. The lady who did my gel was a little bit aggressive and was adjusting my arms a lot and it was kind of uncomfortable. I had an appointment with Hasmik for gel extensions and while my nails look decent, my cuticles were absolutely destroyed after the service. I had cuts in multiple spots - my left thumb being the worst. It's been a few days since my service and it is still inflamed/sore even with using Neosporin on it consistently. She was very rough with the drill and was not careful around the cuticle at all. The service felt very rushed as well since they were near closing. I think it would be best if they didn't schedule long appointments that late in the day if it will result in rushed work/possibly hurting their clients. I realize the use of drills cause a certain level of damage to the nails but I've been getting my nails done for many years and have never left a salon with my fingers/cuticles in the condition they were after this appointment. read more

I am highly dissatisfied in how this salon runs its business and how the technicians are incredibly not present when working. The space is even not very clean and the technicians dress sloppy like they don't care about coming in to work. I called to ask for gel nail forms manicure and gel pedicure. The receptionist booked my appointment wrong, told me the wrong price over the phone, and the the technician was noticeably upset she would have to stay and do forms on my nails. So she suggested gel tips instead. I told her my nails need to be very strong and she said these tips would not come off. Apparently acrylic is much stronger. I had to go get them fixed one day afterwards!!!! She cut my cuticle and made me bleed because she was looking over her shoulder chatting with her friend while filing my cuticle !!!! She didn't even oiled my cuticles at the end. She kept saying "why are you so worried about your nails being perfect. No one is going to see them. Let me do my thing." She did a sloppy job and made the gel paint look bumpy and uneven. Not to mention glued my nails on crooked!!! The technician was going so fast that she told the receptionist the wrong assignment. I came here because I was in the area. They had good reviews and offered hard gel fills which are hard to find. I had an appointment and waited about 10 min to be seated. Ok that's fine. When got a seat Nancy did my nails. She was very nice but she was very sloppy and rushed. I had to remind her several times to please clean up my cuticles which she ended up leaving until the very end and didn't even do a good job cleaning them. The receptionist was super rude and rushed as well. At one point her and my manicurist, Nancy, made snark remarks to each other right in front of the customers. Clearly they don't get along well and they don't even try to hide it. When it came time to pay, I was told my total was $70. $70 dollars for a gel fill? No extra designs, no repairs, nothing. Just a regular gel fill. I reminded the receptionist that their pamphlet says $45. She went to the back to talk to someone and came back and told me the total was $60 because the gel polish is an extra $15. Nowhere on the pamphlet does it say that.
