Very unclean, unprofessional and simply ghetto. First time and last time I will ever go there, I don't recommend. The nail tech by the door was very rude and unprofessional rushed my nails and did a sloppy job.

I gave them a 2nd chance and moon did my mani and pedi yesterday! I believe in them again. I will come back to moon. Only $25 for a mani pedi and I tipped. Overall a good experience. I didn't get gel, just regular polish but this style will last longer! However I do swim, and workout, so those days we'll see how the paint lasts. I'll be back in 2-4 weeks for a touch up and I may get my brows done. Vibe was sooo chill too, the ppl inside were nice .

So my kids went to get their nails done. Only 1 got them done due to the huge ugly mess up. They went to go see Kevin to do her nails. Omfg Kevin did horrible. They told him over and over what they wanted and even showed a photo. He disregarded everything they were saying, saying he got it and knows what to do. He really thought he did something. I used to go to nails on LA for decades, and they have drastically changed. And yes, they were talking crap in another language, cause they had to fix the nails how we wanted. If they were not rude about fixing the nails, I would have gave more stars but how you talk crap about us when your nail tech messed up. Thank you to the lady who fixed the nails even though she had an attitude too.

These mfs right here man lol...Sooooooo I see why the ratings on this place are so low being that I'm not from this area, I made an unexpected stop to see if they would be able to take me for a full set and pedi. It was well past closing time but the door was open and the sign reading "open" was still lit. Cool. I walk in and ask for my ish and the lady with the mediocre 80's blowout is like ahhhh we close at (whatever time she said, didn't matter) but let me see blahhh blahhhh blah... I really didn't care because I had to use the bathroom, is it a yes or no lady, damn?! I'm like ok I'll be back while you guys figure out... I'm walking to the bathroom and here comes the eyelash Sargent basically telling me I look like a bald face eagle and I need lashes... so somehow I end up being enlisted in the eyelash army and agreeing to get her $30 set.( knowing damn well I didn't want any of those lashes smh but I figured the more services I get the less likely I'll be turned away) so after some debate, they decided to take me for a full set, eyelashes and a pedicure. In the middle of my pedicure (after being cut with the cuticle nippers on my left big toe annnnd having another nail tech have to stop her service with another client to do acrylics on my big toe because they have unqualified staff performing services,smh) after some discussion amongst themselves (of course I can't tell you what was said and I'm sure that was purposefully done) it was decided that they were "out of nail tips" and would be "unable to to do my full set" all of a sudden. Lol, whet?! What does that mean because why would you do that? I already knew what was going on, so I knew what time it was. Lol excuse my language, but they had me fukced up... But being the quick thinker that I am, at least quicker than a group of people who had to come up with an excuse to be lazy, I decided since we're playing a game I'll play along. There's more than one way to skin a cat baby, lol. Lemme get a gel manicure, KMA! I don't even get gel manicures but since you guys wanted to play up let me get my licks in too! So now y'all gonna still spend the same amount of time and get less of my money(plus I'd been wearing acrylics so long I needed a proper manicure). In total I payed $85($95 with tip) for some lashes, mani, and pedi, whereas in the SFV it would have been way more. I know they were pissed, lol I just sat there smiling as hard as I could under my mask, knowing as much as they thought they'd one up'd me by being deceitful and divisive, they still couldn't leave until my services were finished. Oh and they had a client without a mask sitting in the salon the whole time I was there. Really? Smh! Only thing I enjoyed was Sugar's (the eyelash lady's name) candor and the cute guy with the tattoos on his arms who broke one of the gel polishes. Everything else is just ghetto as hell. Woke up to my eyes feeling like I had needles piercing my lash line(too much glue and improper lash placement) and looking at a manicure/ pedicure that looks like the second slide in a "what I asked for vs what I got post" Its off to K&K nails in the valley on glenoaks and van nuys for meeeee!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. This place has HORRIBLE customer service. I would advise everyone to go somewhere else if the owner isn't there. The daughters do not know how to successfully run a business. They also talk about you in front of you. (I understood what they said.) I confronted them, and they didn't say anything back. I'm not from town, and when I do come I usually get decent service, never coming back. SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! read more

Im suprised this place hasnt closed down. It violates all the health codes in the book. These codes are there for a reason so that us as customers do not receive some type of bacteria. The floors are cluttered with crap and dirt everywhere. Because the cliental is high the nail technicians give terrible service. They treat you poorly. I understand the prices are cheaper but also understand that lowering there prices is cheapening the nail industry. Definitely a place i will not be returning to. read more

What happen to the eyelash lady? I haven't seen Ann in months and the other ladies do a bad job to my eyebrow and eyelash. I won't come here anymore because this nail salon is a mess inside and outside. The construction near by made the air fill with dust and you can hear loud noise. No worker does their jobs properly and yells across the room in their language every five minutes. If you don't want lung cancer, don't come here! read more

I'll admit, I was a sucker for the cheap prices, I've been there a few times for a pedicure, manicure, gel manicure or eyebrows. The service is rushed and employees can be very rude and pushy. They let in street hustlers trying to sell you DVDs and perfume so you can't even relax! The place overall is packed to capacity and is so dirty I can't believe I've visited as many times as I have. My worst experience was one time I came in about an hour and a half before they closed. I had to wait nearly an hour to be seen, and when I finally sat down for my manicure, I was told she would just "paint my nails, no manicure" because it was close to their closing time! What the hell?! I waited that long to be told I'd be getting a half ass service? I think not. I told her if she didn't have the time to take me, then she shouldn't told me that beforehand, and demanded that she give me a full manicure. She did, but I wasn't satisfied. Not to mention all the customers make the place so classless and ghetto. I never see anyone clean the utensils or the foot baths, and their towels are always crusty and most likely used! I finally realized this place is disgusting and won't be returning. The prices are great, but you get what you pay for. I'd recommend spending a few extra dollars and having a better experience elsewhere. read more

So I've only been to this salon three times my nails for prom , a party I was attending , and today for a baby shower I have this weekend and let me just say the first two times my nails turned out great loved the color and shape everything my nails were done my some guy can't remember his name the first time ,the second time I had them done by Jonny Love and let me tell you he is the best !!!! Totally recommend to get your nails done by him sadly he wasn't in when I went today . So my mother and I got a pedicure and the person who attended my mother did a horrible job she didn't take her time literally was done in 10 minutes while the person I had was great took her time and made sure my toes where done correctly. As to my manicure I'm not so happy with it the shape of the nails seem funky under them it's not cleaned properly there is more acrylic on the side of my fingers then the actual nail there is air bubbles in my gel polish I hate it.The place in general is disgusting there's no type of space between each station your literally behind the other station person. I literally saw a cockroach by the washing sink disgusting the trash isn't even emptied out .The place is in a ghetto area I get it but at least trying to keep there place clean would be something to consider . Also the ladies are literally taking gossip in front of your face they won't even try to be discreet about it and don't get me started on the nail technician that was vaping it while doing a customers nails the customer looked so bothered by the smoke in her face like what !!! Who vapes while working I don't get it . Then the lady in the front couldn't get my amount correct tried charging me someone else's manicure like what the hell !! This place isn't always bad but something about today man just depends I suppose. read more

the best time to go to nails on l.a is early in the morning or before they close. the lady in the front is the best for eye bras i'm always the first one there or the lastone out. morning is the best because most of the ghetto people are knock-out. read more

This place is a dump dirty and nasty, they won the Hoodie awards I don't know why. I hated that microphone business every 2 minutes the hollering in Vietnamese language was annoying It was bumper to bumper with ghetto women and their children with prostitutes parading through the parking lot. I got the gel nails that cost extra $$$ chipped next day those nails are susposed to last 2-3 weeks. They do great designs but a poor rushed job on your feet, in fact a pedicure is susposed to be relaxing but it was painful then my foot started burning and I realized she cut my toe. The workers English is poor. Then the owners daughter had her eye on my man and was watching his every move ..til I had to politely tell her that man over there you keep staring at is my husband. The only credit I will give this place is variety of attractive designs. I will never under any circumstances revisit this nail shop. read more

She recommended booking with her next time, lol. The owner/manager was very responsive to my concerns & rush to get my nails fixed, which I so appreciate. But at the end of the day, I did not receive the nails I requested. Because of this experience, I don't think I would return.

This is the most GHETTO place I've ever been to.
