Horrible eyelashes!!!! I went to get eyelashes extension the lady that did them was in a rush she did my eyelashes uneven the clue was very cheap the eyelashes looked very cheap as soon as I got to my car I took them off and and the came out very easy again CHEAP clue and some of my real eyelashes was stuck to to the fake eyelashes and its extremely loud inside I don't know about you but if I go get my Mani and pedi ,eyebrows etc I want to be relax read more

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. This place has HORRIBLE customer service. I would advise everyone to go somewhere else if the owner isn't there. The daughters do not know how to successfully run a business. They also talk about you in front of you. (I understood what they said.) I confronted them, and they didn't say anything back. Im suprised this place hasnt closed down. It violates all the health codes in the book. These codes are there for a reason so that us as customers do not receive some type of bacteria. The floors are cluttered with crap and dirt everywhere. Because the cliental is high the nail technicians give terrible service. They treat you poorly. I understand the prices are cheaper but also understand that lowering there prices is cheapening the nail industry. Definitely a place i will not be returning to. read more

What happen to the eyelash lady? I haven't seen Ann in months and the other ladies do a bad job to my eyebrow and eyelash. I won't come here anymore because this nail salon is a mess inside and outside. The construction near by made the air fill with dust and you can hear loud noise. I'll admit, I was a sucker for the cheap prices, I've been there a few times for a pedicure, manicure, gel manicure or eyebrows. The service is rushed and employees can be very rude and pushy. They let in street hustlers trying to sell you DVDs and perfume so you can't even relax! The place overall is packed to capacity and is so dirty I can't believe I've visited as many times as I have. My worst experience was one time I came in about an hour and a half before they closed. I had to wait nearly an hour to be seen, and when I finally sat down for my manicure, I was told she would just "paint my nails, no manicure" because it was close to their closing time! What the hell?! I waited that long to be told I'd be getting a half ass service? I think not. I told her if she didn't have the time to take me, then she shouldn't told me that beforehand, and demanded that she give me a full manicure. She did, but I wasn't satisfied. Not to mention all the customers make the place so classless and ghetto. I never see anyone clean the utensils or the foot baths, and their towels are always crusty and most likely used! I finally realized this place is disgusting and won't be returning. The prices are great, but you get what you pay for. I'd recommend spending a few extra dollars and having a better experience elsewhere. read more

So I've only been to this salon three times my nails for prom , a party I was attending , and today for a baby shower I have this weekend and let me just say the first two times my nails turned out great loved the color and shape everything my nails were done my some guy can't remember his name the first time ,the second time I had them done by Jonny Love and let me tell you he is the best !!!! Totally recommend to get your nails done by him sadly he wasn't in when I went today . So my mother and I got a pedicure and the person who attended my mother did a horrible job she didn't take her time literally was done in 10 minutes while the person I had was great took her time and made sure my toes where done correctly. As to my manicure I'm not so happy with it the shape of the nails seem funky under them it's not cleaned properly there is more acrylic on the side of my fingers then the actual nail there is air bubbles in my gel polish I hate it.The place in general is disgusting there's no type of space between each station your literally behind the other station person. I literally saw a cockroach by the washing sink disgusting the trash isn't even emptied out .The place is in a ghetto area I get it but at least trying to keep there place clean would be something to consider . Also the ladies are literally taking gossip in front of your face they won't even try to be discreet about it and don't get me started on the nail technician that was vaping it while doing a customers nails the customer looked so bothered by the smoke in her face like what !!! Who vapes while working I don't get it . Then the lady in the front couldn't get my amount correct tried charging me someone else's manicure like what the hell !! the best time to go to nails on l.a is early in the morning or before they close. the lady in the front is the best for eye bras i'm always the first one there or the lastone out. morning is the best because most of the ghetto people are knock-out. read more

This place is a dump dirty and nasty, they won the Hoodie awards I don't know why. I hated that microphone business every 2 minutes the hollering in Vietnamese language was annoying It was bumper to bumper with ghetto women and their children with prostitutes parading through the parking lot. I got the gel nails that cost extra $$$ chipped next day those nails are susposed to last 2-3 weeks. They do great designs but a poor rushed job on your feet, in fact a pedicure is susposed to be relaxing but it was painful then my foot started burning and I realized she cut my toe. The workers English is poor. Then the owners daughter had her eye on my man and was watching his every move ..til I had to politely tell her that man over there you keep staring at is my husband. The only credit I will give this place is variety of attractive designs. I will never under any circumstances revisit this nail shop. read more
