The owners are so kind and hardworking. They were super careful with my nails, skipping the invasive cuticle cutting like I requested. The paraffin wax was just a little extra and so worth it. The polish selection isn't stellar so I sometimes bring my own if I'm particular (bonus: I can touch it up myself later!). I hope more low maintenance ladies like myself will frequent this place and keep them in business. You get more flies with honey. Be kind! Worth a visit.

I was assisted by Tony, and my daughter had Mary. Both were polite and professional, although they were very quiet. Meanwhile, I noticed another technician nearby who was very engaging with his client, and it really added a personal touch to the experience. Mary was especially gentle with my daughter, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the service was good, but I did notice some inconsistencies in the customer experience. Some technicians went the extra mile by offering clients a color swatch to browse, making sure they were comfortable, and even providing water. My experience felt a bit different. I wasn't given my own color swatch to look through and had to share one. As soon as I selected my color, it was taken away immediately, which didn't feel very welcoming. The salon itself is beautiful, very clean, and even the bathrooms are nicely maintained. One thing I wasn't expecting was being moved to the drying station immediately after my nails were painted. Unfortunately, the water around my chair hadn't been cleaned up, and I almost slipped on my way over. Thankfully, I caught myself, but it could have ended badly. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, but it didn't leave me with the same feeling I had during the grand opening. I would definitely consider coming back again, especially during a less busy weekday when the staff may have more time to provide a more consistent experience.

This was my first time at Nationwide and I will absolutely be back! Someone recommended this nail…read moresalon and to go to Trish, so I set up my appointment and showed up later in the day. Unfortunately, there was an issue with water from the hospital next door so I couldn't get my pedicure. HOWEVER, Trish made sure to come back later in the day (after she'd shut down due to the water issue) just to make sure I could at the least get my ombré nails done. As a side note, she did call me and confirm this was okay before I got there. Not only was Trish very welcoming and easy to talk to, but you can tell she really values the business and her customers. I'm very picky on where I go, but Trish made this place a no brainer for me going forward. Can't wait to come back for my pedicure!
