This was my first time at Nationwide and I will absolutely be back! Someone recommended this nail salon and to go to Trish, so I set up my appointment and showed up later in the day. Unfortunately, there was an issue with water from the hospital next door so I couldn't get my pedicure. HOWEVER, Trish made sure to come back later in the day (after she'd shut down due to the water issue) just to make sure I could at the least get my ombré nails done. As a side note, she did call me and confirm this was okay before I got there. Not only was Trish very welcoming and easy to talk to, but you can tell she really values the business and her customers. They overcharge and put add ons when you check out. Polish change on feet at $15 when they are already doing a full price pedicure. Then a nail removal fee for a manicicure when they charge you $50 already for a manicure. Walked out of there $110. Way too much for the service I received. In town visiting family and found them online. I had excellent service from Tracy who did my pedicure. This was probably the most attentive and careful pedicure I've ever had. I have an almost ingrown situation going on and she carefully retrieved all the imbedded skin! It was awesome. My new go to for the Woodlands area. DO NOT COME HERE. i came here and got a full set and asked for square shape, the lady was incredibly rude and wouldn't file them down more when i asked because they were closing. The next day one nail had fallen off then my nails started to peel and just looked horrible so i decided to call nationwide and tell them how i felt. The woman told me to come in the next day to fix them and said of no charge. I came in and could already feel the rude energy. A man started doing my nails and started using the filing drill and was cutting my hand which i understand accidents happen but i told him he was hurting me as there was blood on my fingers and he shock his head and giggled with no concern. He then proceeded to ask me to pay before he painted my nails, at this point i was already so upset with the service and the way they were treating me. I explained i was told they were gonna fix them for me for free. The lady and man proceeded to YELL at me that i needed to pay $20 for the nails. I told them i was told otherwise and i'm not gonna pay. They started talking in veitnamese to each other and were laughing at me. I was so upset i walked out in the middle of him doing my nails and left. I will never ever be returning solely for the incredibly horrible service. I'm not the type to complain but this situation was over the top. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! UPDATE: it's been a few days and another nail already broke, super cheap products. read more

I wanted a close place to get my nails done and here was this place, wanted to give it a try. I went in as a walk in and there was no one there (as in customers)and no wait. It's not the prettiest of places but it works. Some of the workers were sitting and watching YouTube with their shoes off. After two days after getting my nails done the color is coming off the tips of my nails and you can see some spots weren't completely covered with the color. The tech was pretty rough/ rushed and I left with a couple bloody cuticles. They didn't do the shape I wanted and I asked for it repeatedly. The nails do not feel secured, it feels like they can break off at anytime. Would I go there again and get powdered nails for 40 dollars again probably not. read more

I would like to relate my experience with Nationwide Nails and Spa. I went in for a pedicure. The pedicure I received caused my toes to bleed. The technician had taken a brush and vigorously brushed between each toe. His hard brushing wore an abrasion between my toes. I pointed out to the technician that my foot was bleeding. He called over his supervisor and they spoke vehemently in Vietnamese. The manager turned to me and said that my foot was like that when I came in. I disagreed but the woman called me a liar. I never yelled, cursed, or threatened nonpayment. I her that I was leaving - I did not get a full pedicure - no polish. I paid my bill - $30. I did so because I didn't want anyone to think that I was trying to get out of paying. I simply want to complain about the rough treatment and then the completely horrible customer service. I did absolutely nothing wrong yet my foot was bleeding and I was called a liar! read more

Got my nails done here about a week and a half ago. Literally the worst set I've probably ever had in my life. One nail has already broken and the rest are scratched and dull. The edges close to the skin are chipping. The under part of my nail wasn't sanded or anything and when I showed my fiancé my nails he said they looked dirty right after I had just got them done. Also the tech didn't ask me what shape I wanted so I got square round instead of the coffin shape I came in with. The shape of the nail thing isn't that big of a deal for me but i expect my nails to look decent for at least 3 weeks... not here. read more

I had a dip done there, the lady who did my nails was using that electric filing drill tool so careless that it bled my skin on two of my fingers on my right hand. Little amount of blood came out but this lady never acknowledged it, despite we both clearly saw it. No apologies, just nothing. Of course, I was hurting during the rest of the process especially when she had to apply other coatings.... I didn't want to say too much bc I had used them regularly prior to the Pandemic. (This is my first time coming back). More shockingly, she somehow became a little irritated and even seemed somehow unpleased when I didn't leave a tip in the end....
