Kim is wonderful and this quaint salon offers a great space for creative techs and clients! I am super particular with my nails and Kim was open to listening and made the appointment very comfortable! My dip nails look great and she took her time to shape them near to perfection ! The salon is easy to get to and the prices (unlike other Austin salons) are totally reasonable! I enjoyed my visit and really like Kim and her work! Great spot!! read more

Kim is an amazing artist. I was looking for someone who would make a fantastic clean and awesome job since the guy who used to do my nails in the last past 2 years moved away. 10/10 recommend Nails Euphoria, every time!! I've gone to other places but they just aren't as good! Story time: I had my nails done and the nail tech did not do the design to my standards compared to the reference picture. I mentioned it to the owner, Kim, and she immediately made it right. She offered to fix them herself, and offered to tailor up the design a little to make it look more feminine. Which is what I wanted. See picture for before and after for reference. Now they weren't terrible before. But it just wasn't what I wanted, ya know? Everyone is always super kind. Special shout out to Kim, manager and nail tech and Marissa at the front desk. read more

Kim is amazing! She fixed a bad set of nails I had gotten from someone else there. She ended up soaking off the set and doing a new one. The nails she did were beautiful and not too thick. I got dip with hand painted designs. Kim is professional and very skilled. Her application is smooth and I'm very pleased to have found her. She suggested the color we went with and I love it. The shape is perfect and I appreciate her attention to detail and honesty what shape would best suit my fingers and nail beds. The receptionist is also very kind and helpful. read more

(From my experience on 6/28/24) I have been coming here for years, even after moving 30+ mins away. I stopped getting fake nails but would come here regularly for a pedicure. My birthday was earlier this month and I decided I would treat myself with a pedi and fake nails that would hopefully match in color. I admit that I did take longer than they would have wanted to choose a color and once I did I was told that they did not have a match for my nails...weird because they said all the ones I was looking at had matches for both. Pedicure is done and she does my nails, I tell her what I don't like about it them throughout the process. She says she's done buffing/filing and leaves me with the pics below. Meanwhile the whole time the owner- Kim is doing someone else's nails right next to us. I overhear they have to push out the next client bc of me, this makes me feel bad and I thought I'll just get over it even though I don't like them. The salon is busy and I don't want to cause anymore trouble. I pay $120 for nails, pedi and tip. Get to my car and realize these nails are fugly, I'm going to politely text Kim and address my concerns. The screenshots speak for themselves, my birthday was that Tuesday so no I couldn't come in that day. They might be nice to you at first but don't let it fool you, it doesn't matter how much money you spend or how long you have been a customer here. This salon obviously doesn't accept any type of criticism as you can research in other reviews as well. I've had workers here over the years tell me that they don't get paid enough, this place is always cycling through new people. I would not recommend. read more

I came here because my regular nail place is becoming inconsistent. While this place is a bit further from home and a bit more expensive I admit the color options are the selling point. The shop is very small and not as upscale as I'm use to but it is clean, professional, and the employees are courteous. Fanny did my nails and she was gentle and made sure I was satisfied. I will return to try more of their dip powder colors. read more

Hands down the absolute best nail salon that I have ever been to! Very professional, clean and the staff is amazing. I like to get very creative with my nails and they have been able to duplicate any design idea that I have asked for flawlessly allowing me to express my creative side. It's been a long while since I've had my nails done. That being said, I yelped all the nail places surrounding me and settle on this one. I walked in 30 minutes after opening, there was only one other guest there so they accepted me no problem. I always liked matte black nails with gel polish and a pedicure, I've had matte black so I know what they are suppose to be like. I had two people working on me, I opt for the next package for the pedicure with the scrub and just a regular manicure with the matte gel. It's so expensive here, my total came to $88 which is really mind blowing for me. Yelp has a check in for 10% off for first time guest, so $80 plus tip. I tip well and I am always nice to the workers because I know how it can be stressful with a difficult client. Everything felt rushed to me. I feel like everything extra that I paid for, it is usually included in the nail packages from previous salons that I went to and I only pay half the price out the door. For the price I paid, I hope to have high quality looking nails. The shape I asked for was almond which I received and like, but the matte black is awful. There are streaks throughout the nail which shouldn't be there and bumps. There is a gap between my cuticles and where the paint starts which is annoying me. My pedicure is uneven. You can see the layers of paint because the technician didn't go over properly. From far away it looks great, but as I inspected them closer I was very let down at the quality. I didn't expect BOTH technicians to do a poor job. For $100 I spent, I will not be coming back. They are both sweet and nice, but I feel they rushed because I am not a regular. 2 stars for the customer service. read more

I have been getting my nails and pedicure from Nails Euphoria for about 4 years now. I will typically get intricate nail designs on my manicure and a gel pedicure so I end up spending about $170 once a month. If the staff and service wasn't AMAZING, I would not be spending my hard earned money here! Kim is the most talented nail artist I have ever come across. She is extremely detailed & she does an amazing job EVERY SINGLE TIME! If you are trying to book with Kim & by some miracle she actually has her books opened (has happened all of three times max in the last 4 years I have been with her), RUN don't walk to book. & yes when you book with Kim you have to provide card information because again she is a nail artist and her time is MONEY! So get you a temporary card if you don't feel comfortable giving your card information over the phone. The staff is so sweet and accommodating! They will check for specific nail colors for me and will even try the combos I like on their own nails or swatch things for me to make sure I'm going to be happy with the results. I am a very loud and interactive individual so I have never had any issues having a conversation with any of the employees or asking for them to make the pedicure water colder or warmer or fixing a spot I didn't like, etc. Someone mentioned the staff speaking in a different language, which often happens when people are bilingual or multilingual. I know this is at times a foreign concept in the United States but English isn't the only language people are allowed to speak. Additionally, many English language learners at times have difficulty translating language specific words to English, so it is often easier just speaking in their native language. Further, individuals in general often feel more comfortable speaking in their native language so just something to keep in mind when coming into contact with ethnically and linguistically diverse individuals. I have recommended and continue to recommend Nails Euphoria to my friends and family! Kim will have my business until she decides to cut me off! read more

The technician was very rude. Continued to laugh and speak in a different language. No communication with customers. Very unprofessional nail salon. They even had to start over on my daughter's nails. our nails look horrible! PLEASE STAY AWAY! Let's just say we will not give another dime to this place! They don't even offer drinks or snacks! Came in to treat myself with a pedicure on a weekday. Called in to make an appointment for me and a girlfriend and was able to come in quick. Nail technicians were very nice and completed our pedicures in a timely manner. The place itself appeared clean and sanitation procedures seemed well. I just was not pleased with the paint job and work done on my feet. The nail technician I had insisted she use the cheese grater on my feet after I requested for her to use a pumice stone instead (as the former makes your feet grow out more calloused). My friend ended up getting an ingrown toe nail a week after her service was done, possibly due to how the nail technician was doing her cuticles. Overall I l like the place itself but was not pleased with the deluxe pedicures we got. Maybe it was an off day, but I'm not sure if I'll be back. read more

I would not recommend to come here! I arrived with an appointment for designs and then it was over booked. I waited 1.5 hours to get my nails done...and the person said they could do design ended up unable to do. As a result The older man was criticizing me for the design I wanted that I was being so picky. What's worst is they didn't oil my nails or massage me. I left feeling shitty with my nails and belittled. To make it worst...The design i picked didn't not even matched with their work they provided.. Disappointed. I like the staff besides the older gentlemen who was beyond rude to me. read more

10/10 would go again. The staff was fast and efficient. I was able to sit right away without an appointment. The nail tech did exactly what i asked for and my nails are perfect. I rarely ever get my nails done, when I do it's a one time big time kind of thing. So I do mani-pedis. I've always had bad luck with nail salons here in Austin... but not today. Such light and gentle hands as they cleaned my nails and a very accommodating staff. They seem to understand how to clean off nails of different types due to experience which is great. I came in with an idea I got off the internet and it was free hand drawn onto my nail which was just fine and came out looking cute! I will definitely come back! read more

Moved here a little while ago and decided to check them out based on their instagram photos and yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. Everyone is friendly and it's not as large as others I tried but was very busy at 10 am on a Friday. The owner and workers are kind. My person, Dana listened to what I wanted, saw the picture and picked the perfect options (I'm one of those people who is particular but not always sure what she wants). I will be back. My pedicure really hurt. My technician clipped my skin by my toes too aggressively and now my toe is swollen and red. She did not attempt to communicate and spoke to another technician during my service. I was looking forward to the massage chairs and it wasn't very relaxing. Honestly, the place had bad energy that morning and I wish I walked right back out. My toe hurts when walking. read more

I came here to get some acrylics removed that I had done at another salon. Lily really took her time and to slowly remove the acrylics so my natural nails weren't damaged. i was shocked how strong they still were after she finished removing them!! It was really great she paid attention to detail, my nails feel great. She was so precise with everything and double checked everything from filing to cutting my cuticles. Went here today for the first time after seeing some truly amazing work on their Instagram account. I had on really awful acrylics and needed a completely new look. Teresa saw me from start to finish , she was even able to salvage my REAL nails. She did a dip ómbre look with a rose gold glitter and lemme tell ya - I could not be happier with the results. She also waxed my eyebrows and lip - was super nervous because I was so used to how my old girl did my eyebrows . But she did an EXCELLENT job . Average price for what they did. Really friendly , was out in about an hour and a half . Just a tip - make an appointment . read more

I have been coming here since 2006. I have seen a few different owners in my tenure with My. Kim is the current owner and all I can say is "WOW"!!! A younger vibe, amazing selection of nail colors, laughs, giggles, more up to date techniques and a general amazing customer service atmosphere. I highly recommend this business. Before starting, I showed Lynn (the manager) a reference photo of exactly what I wanted. The photo stayed in front of her the entire time. She quoted me $75, and I chose two colors up front, which were also in front of her from the beginning. Halfway through the service, after acrylics were already applied, she told me the colors I had chosen were "for regular polish, not gel," and made me change them. I was very clear from the start that I wanted a sparkly base and chrome, which was clearly visible in the reference photo. She assured me that even though she was using a matte color, it would "end up sparkly." This was not true. She then applied gray over my nails, a color I never wanted or approved. The design looked nothing like the reference photo. When I finally spoke up, I was told that if I wanted my nails to actually look like the photo, the price was now $90--a price that was never mentioned before or during the service. Changing the price after the service has already gone wrong is completely unacceptable. The final result was nothing like what I requested and honestly looked terrible. I paid $70 for nails I hated and was extremely upset afterward. When I called the next day to explain that I was unhappy, Lynn yelled at me, told me that "anywhere else this would be $100," and dismissed my concerns. This was never about the price--it was about lack of transparency, poor communication, and misleading customers. This experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I will be disputing the charge and reporting this business. I do not recommend this salon.

After giving it some thought, I do believe I clearly communicated what I wanted, and I ultimately feel that I may have been overcharged. To start with the positives, I called ahead to see if they had availability for a walk-in. They told me it would be about 30 minutes, but I was welcome to come early and sit in one of the massage chairs while I waited. I appreciated that and did exactly that. It was relaxing to sit in the chair while they finished with other clients. Once they were ready, my pedicure began. I originally selected a lower-tier service, but the technician explained the Detox Pedicure very well and suggested upgrading. I agreed, and overall the pedicure experience itself was pleasant. While the pedicure was being done, another technician started on my hands with the manicure, but when another walk-in client arrived, that technician left to start a pedicure for the new client. The technician finishing my pedicure then move to her station and continued with my manicure and applied the clear dip. It was a seamless transition and excellent team work. I will say that I did like the quality of her work on my manicure and the dip. However, I did notice something with my pedicure. I had asked for clear polish on my toenails, and while it was drying it looked like some white dust had settled on the polish. I was trying to figure out how to mention it, but when the technician later applied oil to my toenails, the white appearance seemed to disappear and the nails looked glossy, so I assumed it had just needed to be brushed off. When I took a shower later that day my nails looked like I originally saw with a white dusty and matte look to it with some spot shiny. When I went to the register, I was surprised that the total was $130 before tip. I had calculated the $55 Detox Pedicure plus the $45 dip manicure, which I thought would be around $100. I assumed I may have miscalculated and didn't question it at the time, so I paid and left a 20% tip ($26) for a total of $156. When I got to my car and reviewed the receipt, I noticed there was an additional $10 charge listed for a "Cuticle Trim", along with a $20 "Additional Charge". $30 extra on to the bill. At most salons I've been to, the price of a dip manicure already includes the basic manicure prep such as cuticle trimming and nail shaping before the dip is applied. I get my nails done fairly regularly, and this is the first time I've ever been charged a separate and unclear $10 cuticle trim and $20 additional charge fee on top of the dip manicure price. The menu did not clearly indicate this additional charge, and it was never communicated to me beforehand. While I did enjoy the service quality of the manicure and the overall pedicure experience, I was not happy with the final finish of my toenails and was especially disappointed by the lack of transparency in pricing. This experience left me feeling unsettled. Clear communication about pricing, especially additional fees, is important so clients can make informed decisions before services are performed. Unfortunately, I don't feel that happened here. For that I don't plan on returning.
