Swear I usually like coming here but only go to one lady, but decided to give someone else a try again. WORST DECISION EVER! Asked for hot rock pedicure lady must have not heard me she continued to put this itchy gel substance on me asked her to take it off cause it irritates my skin and told her I wanted hot rocks again but she continued with her own thing. Cut me a couple times, oh and did I forget to mention water was cold not even warm. I hate not tipping but this lady wasn't even worth the two dollars I gave her sucks for her since I'm usually a good tipper. CALL AHEAD AND SCHEDULE WITH MELANIE trust me you won't regret it. Ive been coming here for a few years now and have always recieved wonderful treatment! The manicurists take their time, even when there's a busy shop! Dila, is my favorite manicurist because she does such a wonderful job! The owner Tina always has a smile on her face!! I recently found Steven on Yelp. I liked the photos and the reviews were great, so I decided to take a chance. I am thrilled that I went to Steven! He is very meticulous and skilled. My nails look amazing! I am very hard on my acrylics and they usually only last 2 weeks (and tend to lift and break). With Steven, my nails lasted 3 weeks with no lifting or breaking, and I could have actually waited another week for a fill. I highly recommend Steven for your nails!!! read more

I went here for the first time last weekend. I switched nail places because the other nail salon I went to in modesto gave me awful service. I was very happy and pleased with nails by Steven. Catherine did a gel manicure on me and I loved it. she took time and effort to make sure my nails looked good. I will definitely be coming back here while I am in town visiting home! read more

Cheap, fast, get what you pay for. My experience wasn't bad, but nothing spectacular, and I stuck with the basic French but was not pretty, but it's typically overly thick at these pedi-mills.Paint cracked fast. I watched the main guy estimate short wait times for people then they waited there so long they were still waiting when I left. read more

Its your average nail shop. I wouldn't go back. My $30+ pedicure was not worth $20 let alone $30. My nails were literary not cleaned. No effort was made to do what was advertised. read more

I refuse to go anywhere else and ive been to quite a few places. They are clean and they are always welcoming and friendly. I always get compliments on my nails I usually do gel nails since I'm a skin therapist and do facials I'm always touching chemicals and exfoliants and they always last for about 3 weeks. My nails were done by Helen. She was very nice and did a nice job on my nails. She did the color scheme I wanted perfectly. I was sad to see one of my nails cracked by Day 2. Then on my first day back at work I broke 2 nails! They weren't even a week old. It sucks I wasted $45 and now am in pain because it ripped my real nail along with it. I clipped and filed them to avoid the pain of removing them so soon. Don't go here if you need your nails to last. read more

Pedicures at this place are the best!!! For $18 you can choose a deep sea scrub or hot stones. The ladies are so nice and do an excellent job. The chairs are so comfortable and give a great massage. Highly recommend!! read more

I was a walk in on a Sunday afternoon. Dila completed the fill I needed. She worked quickly but seemed irritated. She told me it would have been better to get a new set instead of a fill but too late now since she already spent time on drilling for a fill. She made 2 fingers bleed but said it was because I have sensitive cuticles and she had to drill to my cuticle or the nails would lift. It wasn't the most painful experience I have ever had getting my nails done but it also wasn't pleasant. There was a lot of tension and irritation between the ladies working there and it felt very uncomfortable. Before I left, I used the restroom and there was no toilet paper. When I notified Dila, she said "Oh sorry, Steven is not here today." Apparently only Steven can provide toilet paper... Unsure if I will give this place another try... read more

Katherine did an awesome job!!! I love my nails, she really takes her time and looks at every little detail to make sure there perfect... I only get gel manicures and could only get nude or neutral colors for work so its very hard for a nail place to have 6 different nude colors bt this place does they have sooooo many gel polishes to choice from.. And the manager always makes sure his gel nail polish is stocked with all the new colors... This is my new favorite place. read more

I was referred here by friend. I go to Steven he does wonderful nails long last sturdy & consistently beautiful. Stephanie is my gal she does my pedicures. She pays attention to detail and gives me really great massages in the end. I'd recommend giving them a try if you haven't. read more

I've had acrylic nails done here before and loved them! However, on June 14th I had acrylics and a pedicure done. My hands broke out in a rash and then my fingers began peeling about a week later. My feet, still peeling and its July 26th! The only explanation I can come up with is an unsanitary atmosphere. My daughter had her nails done the same day and her hands were worse than mine. I have no plans to go back and would not recommend anyone else go either. read more
