When I asked why, they said I had chosen the second option for my pedicure. I said I had selected the basic option and that I had been asked if I wanted a polish change and asked if changing polish cost an up charge of $10. They told me yes, a polish change costs $10. I don't believe it. I think there was miscommunication and I was given the upgraded pedicure although I clearly stated I wanted the basic pedicure, which is an unfortunate rip off.
