Asked before any work was done if she could do the design. She said "similar ". Through the manicure process, no proper removal of previous gel, multiple dings of nail tip while attempting removal of previous gel ( have multiple chips in several nails), heavy use of acetone meant for clean up causing bubbling of the gel. Could not complete any small part of the design. Even a small heart. Just saying I'm having to go around looking like a manicure mess. Yes, you didn't charge me. But my heart won't let me have this happen to another professional exec. Just spend some time at a real nail salon - they will give love to send you the right direction.
