I tend to like to just relax when I'm getting my nails done, no offense but I don't like to chat and have that whole conversation thing. So I got two technicians today that were perfect! First was Will, I got a pedicure with regular paint. Very gentle kept checking to make sure all was well gave a really good massage very thorough painted my nails beautifully. I would like to figure out how to have a little longer soak in a little hotter water, so I need to figure out what to ask for to make that happen but other than that it was perfect. Then I got builder gel with very short tips for the first time, with Terry. They couldn't be any more perfect than they came out! Exactly what I wanted. I was going to say no polish on the top but he showed me a clear tiny bit tinted top and I agreed. I want to go out my real nails, and this will get me on my way. I like that I could relax and let them do what they do so well, without having to make small talk.. outside of checking in to make sure I'm okay and that what they were doing was good. I was seated right away with a nice, older technician, but the service was incredibly rushed and careless. She used barely filed my old acrylic the hardly put on any new acrylic and skipped proper prepping with the primer, so I am already expecting these to lift and chip. The filing was uneven and she barely buffed them--you can literally see waves in my nails right under the polish. The shape is fine - but they were already shaped from regular nail person. Barely any cuticle oil or cleanup around the edges, either. To make matters worse, the station was dirty. The brush she used to sweep away dust was full of dried gel and hard as a rock (wash your brush!!!!) and the UV light looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. It felt very gross and unsanitary. I definitely won't be returning.

The majority of the nails' polish was cracked after 2 days and after closer inspection, most of the nails weren't even fully painted. Most were painted slanted and missing a whole edge of color. The older lady that did my nails was too distracted talking and she filed two of my finger nails so short that they got to my skin and started hurting. I told her she was hurting me and i got no response. She also burped in my face. Completely disgusting. Now after 3 days i have multiple chipped nails. Every time ive gotten gel nails they last me weeks without chipping/ cracking so this is Extremely disappointing. The place itself was dirty. The actual wait ended up being much longer. My niece and her friends were also rushed through their nails because they were kids. Their services felt very bare minimum, yet there was still no problem charging extra. The most concerning part was when my sister's nails were cut to the point of bleeding. There was no acknowledgment, apology, or offer to make the situation right, not even a small discount. There was also another customer who was waiting for her manicure and needed to leave. I offered to pause my manicure and start my pedicure so the technician could finish with her and she could leave sooner. Despite trying to help them manage the situation, there wasn't even a simple "thank you." Overall, the experience felt disorganized and lacking in customer service. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those situations matters. Unfortunately, we left feeling like the customer experience was not a priority.
