I asked for an ombré set and the first tech told me she couldn't do what I was asking but would get someone that could. I respected this because some techs don't care if they don't know how to do something and they'll just butcher it. I showed the second tech what I wanted (picture attached) and she said she could do what I was wanting then half way into doing my acrylic powder told me she couldn't and then changed her mind 5 minutes later and told me she could. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She did a practice nail and it was no where close to what I wanted. I told her this and she got mad at me saying I lied about what I wanted. I told her no I didn't and I was very specific about what I wanted.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I told her I would like a pink French tip instead. She said ok. Then she tried doing exactly the same thing I told her i didn't want but with nail polish. I told her no I don't want that and she said "yes you did you said you wanted this" I told her no and to just put a top coat on it and I'm going home. She tried to paint my nails pink and I told her to stop again and to just put a top coat on it. The apex of the nail is in the completely wrong place, it's lumpy and some parts of random nails don't even have acrylic. I don't do nails but I know what they're supposed to look like and I've watched tutorials before because of the pandemic. The red to nude ombre is what I asked for, the next picture is what she tried to do and the last is what I ended up with. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My friend went with me and she tried to explain to them that it looked wrong. The owner wanted to have me get them re-done, the lady that did them told me they looked great and I was crazy and her coworker tried to gaslight me into thinking I was wrong.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I told the owner I wanted a refund because I told the tech several times what she was doing wasn't what I wanted and he refused to refund me. My wait time was very short, they stayed open almost an hour past closing to help my friend and I, and I was offered water and candies for the short time I did have to wait. ‼Former worker here‼ (I put five starts to make SUREEE people read this review) !!!!!!They DO NOTTTT follow state board's guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting!!!!!!! -When something falls on the floor instead of throwing it away they pick it up and use it -They use the same files (specifically the brown one holly and her sister use), sanding bands, three sided buffers, and toe separators on different people when you are supposed to throw them away after each client - [[HIGHLIGHT]]I remember a client asked me if my tool were properly disinfected and clean because her sister was diabetic (I had no problem with the question) and obviously said yes, later on holly was like "you remember the lady that ask if your tool were clean.. see.. people are crazy"[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] -Claim ac is broken when in reality they are too cheap to turn it on -They use way to high of an rpm on your nails (rpm is the speed of the nail drill) they cover where you can see the number on purpose Fyi- the rpm should be about a 4 max cuz then you risk filing the natural nail too much causing infection and deseases - Thise "free" massages aren't free they be expecting tips and when you don't tip them they feel a type on way about If you ask them watch them deny read more

I stopped by this place last week to get a fill. Now when I get in there they ask me how could they help me I told them I just needed them to fix my one broken nail. They say okay go over to the station and have a seat. The guy comes over and talks in their language and says something to the lady. Then they speak regular English and say " oh we can't do your nail we don't have the colors" I think that was full of it. I felt it was rude. They won't never have to worry about me coming back there or sending anyone as well. They looked at my nails way before then all of a sudden it was they couldn't do one nail.
