When I arrived, a young lady who was doing nails asked if she could help me. I told her I was there for my eyebrows. Shortly after, she began speaking in Spanish, complaining about customers, saying how rude some are, how some have bad vibes, and how she has to pretend to be nice to certain people. I believe she assumed I didn't understand Spanish, but I understood every word. I stayed quiet the entire time because I didn't want to risk having a bad experience with my eyebrow service if I spoke up. As a customer, I should be able to walk into an establishment and feel welcomed and comfortable, not sit there listening to employees bad-mouth other customers. This experience left a very bad impression on me. If this is how staff speak about customers while others are present, I can only imagine what they say when no one is around. Beware! Unless you enjoy listening to employees gossip and complain about their customers, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Professionalism and respect should be the bare minimum in any customer service establishment.

(Not the usual person I go to) One brow was noticeably higher than the other. I work weekends, so Monday was the earliest I could come back to have them fixed. When I called, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help, she told me that because two days had passed there could be "significant hair growth," and refused to allow the girl working Monday to fix them. She even told me, "Next time don't come when the girl you don't like to do your brows is working." That response was shocking and completely inappropriate. I explained that I'm a regular customer and that mistakes happen, but businesses should stand behind their work. If my eyebrows looked fine, why would I drive all the way back a couple days later just to complain? The frustrating part is that there are actually some great eyebrow artists who work there, but the manager's attitude and lack of customer service completely ruined the experience. A simple apology and offering to fix the mistake would have gone a long way. Instead, I was treated like the problem. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and will unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere.
