I guess over time it was diminishing and I didn't notice. The staff was super nice and helpful. Dr Andersen was attentive and I keep having appointments to check on my healing. Honestly, every time we go to a Sally Beauty, we seem to have a similar experience with the employees being rude or unhelpful, including the one in Ceres on Hatch.
